They were amazing with my poodle, and due to medical issues, I couldn't take him to get groomed, and his fur grew out of control and was so matted. They did a great job with him since they had to shave him. I'll be taking him there again!

I had an appointment to have my cat bathed groomed and clipped At 7 o'clock AM when I showed up. There was no way to get in. You need about seven fifteen a m I finally was able to get a hold of somebody and get the doors open and get my cat in. I gotta give him credit. My cat's not the easiest to deal with. And I'm sure she wasn't with them. But they said she was great, and my cat looks great. Everything turned out great, thank you very much, petsmart. And the people were real friendly. And I think they were very nice to my My big fuzzy cat.Kitkat

Me and my fiance got a new puppy and our first stop was this location. They literally jumped through hoops for us and got our puppy Mia all set up. On top of that also brought a coupon book up to me and showed me that I could save on everything they recommend. I can't give y'all enough praise thank you!

Great selection of pet supplies. We bought a birdcage and 4 birds. The lady who caught the birds was very inexperienced and ended up pulling out most of the bird's tail feathers. 😳 Great everywhere else though.

The grooming dep’t claims walk-ins welcome without an appointment for nail trims. Don’t believe it. This past year we’ve been turned away more times than we’ve been seen. Last week was the turning point when we came in and saw the note on the door. We found another place to go to. They did a fantastic job.

Would give this place 0 stars if I could!! Watch out for who your animal is vaccinated through - was declined our appt for dog grooming because vaccinations weren’t from the right place! It would have been nice if this was listed on the vaccination policy online BEFORE driving 30 minutes (furthermore, why does it matter who gave the vaccinations? As long as they were done and up to date). Will never step foot in this place (or any petsmart) again, Petco has my vote for good now!

Great place lots of cute stuff!!! Large store, nice staff that actually spoke to us as we walked in. Almost unheard of anymore. The beds are really nice, soft. The litter box is a must!!!!

Such a great place for pet lovers to pick up necessities within the area. Not idea for people looking for a wide range of animals; as their selection is limited/out of stock at a lot of times. But great for necessities and basic fish 🐟. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. Again, only downside is their limited selection (ie, always out of hermit crabs, african frogs, etc).. But lovely place overall

Kookie got a bath and brush, they even trimmed her dew claws. Staff in the salon was very kind and patient. When I went someone had brought in a siberian husky and even though it whined, cried and even tried to jump off the table other staff members jumped right in to help out. Love this place and the treats seem to be tasty as well.

Never asked me to bring vaccinations & when I got there I was treated very rudely by Debbie & had to cancel the appointment due to this. My dog is up to date on all vaccinations & apparently it's not in the Petsmart database from our last visit in Arizona. What a waste of time & poor customer service.

I usually have good service at this Petsmart. Today was an exception. I scheduled an appointment at 4:30 to have my two dogs bathed. I called a few hours before the appointment to confirm since I had to leave a family event early to make the appointment. When I got there (a few minutes early) I was told they wouldn't be able to honor the appointment because the employee had to leave at 6:00 because she had "plans". She then said she'd called to leave me a message to cancel. My phone log showed my calls to make then confirm my appointment and all my other calls made and received that day, but no call from Petsmart.It's an event to get two dogs to the store. It's a significant time commitment as well. To arrive then experience a cancelation because the employee "has plans" after work is inexcusable. The integrity issue speaks for itself. With the sour taste this visit left me with, I'll likely take my business elsewhere in the future. I'll probably mention the experience to a few friends as well.

Just about anything you need for any type of pet. People are super ffriendly and helpful. Prices are not the cheapest , but generally the quality is high. They also have grooming services, but I did not use those.

It was super easy ordering on line and getting curbside pickup at my local Pet Smart. I needed to get a toy for my cat, so I visited the Pet Smart website, found what I wanted and placed my order. It was past store hours when I finished. My order was ready for me to pickup by 9:30 the next morning. It took less than 2 minutes for the employee to bring my order out to my car.
