PetCo groomers have been the only reliable place that we’ve been able to give our dog a grooming. We have tried other stores and also other private groomers, but our groomer currently, besides being very accommodating, always cuts her exactlythe way we ask. She always comes out looking great! Love those Vital Care rewards too!

I decided to try Petco grooming after poor service from another retailer who we visited every six weeks for a walk-in nail trimming for our frenchie. We were so impressed with the service, we scheduled another appointment.

This was my second time to take my little dog here for grooming . The first visit was excellent . His groomer was named Claire .. She took abt . 2.5 hours to complete the process . When I got him back . He smelled great . His nails looked so good . She did a phenomenal job trimming them ....On my 2nd visit . He seen Adriane and she had him back there for about an hour and half . I had the same exact package as the 1st visit .Its like she rushed through the entire procedure .Not impressed by her work at all. When she brought him out . I could not tell that she had done anything with his nails . Maybe one or two was barely trimmed . So I sent him back to trim his nails Shorter. She had to go get someone to help her . Who I watched carry in with her . The blue nail filer /buffer. Did they even try cutting them first ? Idk . When he came back out . They still were not done . . Unbelievable .... I was told to bring him back on a Sunday when there more experienced groomer was working ... I wasn't putting my little pup through that again ....They are not the place to take your pet .If you expect professional work.from experienced groomers....45$ and his nails are still long ,uneven ,and look worse than when I took him in.....

We have a rescue dog and he just has they greatest time when he goes for his spa day. We love the attention he gets as well. And they are always great to give us little tips to work with him. And always updates us on things to keep an eye on in case we would need to go to our veterinarian for something. His groomer Kat is amazing!!!

I have had my goldendoodle here twice. They have cut her exactly as I asked both times. Which I haven't gotten at other places. Plus it cost me less. Will continue to use Petco for my other two dogs also. Thank you for listening to what the customer wants.
