Wish I could give negative stars!! So I went to return something today and the manager named Alan was EXTREMELY rude to me and even told me "I can take it home then" when I was trying to get a refund with my receipt for a $300 heater. IF YOU DON'T LIKE PEOPLE THEN DON'T WORK AROUND PEOPLE PLEASE.

Great location! I really love the new store. The new location is in my favorite area of town, and the building is so much larger and nicer than the previous location. Also I love that they carry more stuff than they did before, this means it is more likely than ever that I will find what I am looking for. The only thing I would change, is I really miss how at the old location you could enter or exit from either side of the building. Now you are forced to enter on one side and exit on the other side.

Store stole $36.00 from me due to a cashier's error. Due to the item could be bought by 1 or cases. I got 3 of these items and got charged for 3 cases, difference of $36.47. The item is Non Refundable so I only got a Menards credit check for the amount that I can use ONLY at a Menards store, when I should have got the cash difference back. The cashier said that I would get the cash difference back. Lesson here folks, watch what they charge you and make sure that it's not a case if you buy 1. Otherwise I have been happy with Menards. I didn't save Big Money at Menards.

Denise at Customer Service was absolutely horrendous. I’ve never felt so mistreated in public by a “customer service representative” in my life. She clearly hates her job and doesn’t value the customer basis. Never shopping here again!

Handy mans dream placelots of hardwear and lumber and stuff for your project. To bad they don't offer veterans a discount like Home depot and Lowes.

This new Menards is awesome. Everything you need for the house or yard is available. Beautiful new store has great layout and the staff is very helpful. A simple request and they escort you to the product you need.

As a business owner, this Menards will do nothing to help you. Several special orders have been wrong or misplaced in my time dealing with them. Latest was I received an email stating a product I ordered was in. Drove an hour to get the product to spend 2 hours and no product. They refused to deliver the piece and never offered anything for my time or inconvenience not to mention a crew and home that was waiting on this part. The days of customer service are over and excuses is all you will receive. As a contractor use one of the more dedicated stores. New bright shiny store same lame customer service. I am done dealing with them. As you can tell from the cut and paste replies to other customers at their previous location, they really do not care.
