Stayed here for 3 weeks for work. Rooms were very clean and newly renovated. Management was great, very responsive to communication and last minute schedule changes. Check in was quick, easy and convenient. I traveled during winter, but all my room had a deck with a table and chairs which would be fantastic during nice weather.Rooms: Seems like rooms are newly renovated. Very clean. Room had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot as well as a Roku TV.Safety: Doors have electric keypads and the door code is assigned at check in. There is a dead bolt lock as well. I stayed alone but felt very safe.Food & drinks: Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store.

We stayed in room 25. It was lovely. Fresh and clean. I was a later check-in the guy handled everything over the phone and sent my room code to my phone. Each time I spoke with them super polite and helpful. Clean property. Highly recommend. We knew several people staying the same time and they all said the same thing. Great service.Rooms: Very nice. Newly remodeled spacious rooms, smelled brand new! Even shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower for our convenience!! Nice littleoutdoor area with lawn chairs, fire ring, grill and a picnic table!! Worth the price!! Service and hospitality was 100% +!! The motel manager (Cooper) was very polite and very understanding and trust worthy, even when I had car trouble and needed extra time after check out time!! Location is only a block from from town square, a grocery store, restaurant and couple blocks from a gas station! I would highly recommend Nodyroc and have been coming there for many years!!Safety: Pass code to enter the room assigned at check in time, double lock from the inside with outside lights by every door.

The location was suitable and convenient to our needs for the week. The room was well kept and cleaned daily. Comforts were accommodating to every need. Management, was responsive , and Extremely helpful meeting a personal need without hesitation. We will certainly , stay again , as well as referring our fellow travelers to the area. How disgusting, my room was filthy. Oh sure, bed was made with wrinkly sheets that didn't smell clean at all. Some blonde person hair all over the bedspread. Don't look under edges of bed or behind and between night stand and bed! But most important of all, don't, I mean for real, do not look under the bathroom Sink.....! Fair warning ⚠️. Ended up paying $95, the last of my trip money, for my puppy and myself to be so uncomfortable, that we ended up spending most of night out in car and Temps near freezing. After sending pictures and complaints, I was given no relief only a very snarky poor excuse for and apology, "Well I am sorry to hear that but is it just the pictures that are bothering you. I assure you the bed was made and the bathroom was completely cleaned." ........Well, duh?!... called the next day to get contact info for owner, this is the professional response I recieved. " why." Again I'm thinking ... Duh!!!??? The sad part is the person on the phone stated " the room was cleaned, and that he was standing in room watching it get cleaned, well that makes it even worse especially if he was an owner/supervisor or management.I want a refund that's why! . And I recieved nothing more. Maybe I will obtain legal guidance and contact health inspectors and BBB? Granted I did go in and shower but felt just as dirty if not dirtier than before the shower.Enter at your own risk.

Fivesure recommend! Check in was super easy. Newly renovated room was amazing! If I am even back in the area there is no doubt where I'll stay. The photos are of when we checked out. I don't normally review places like this so I didn't take any photos when we arrived but after our stay I had to leave a review. The name is the town backwards.Rooms: Clean. Comfortable. Professional.Nearby activities: Several shops and restaurants nearby and some great churches in town.Safety: Felt very safe here.Walkability: You can walk to several shops and restaurants from here with ease and even a grocery store.

I came out here from Ohio for a 3 week job, said job turned into a 6 week job and all I can say is that this place was fantastic! Sharon's hospitality for our extended stay made it a lot easier to be away from the family for that long. She has an amazing staff that was always cheerful and welcoming. If you are on the road just passing through or in the area for work I will 100% recommend this diamond in the rough.As for the town itself after staying here for over a month; the people here are very friendly and welcoming. This place is special. Ive met some people I really hope to stay in touch with. Very small town but very nice to stay in. I will be coming back to visit!

SOOOO IMPRESSED!!!! my husband and I have stayed at the Nodyroc for several days and were sincerely impressed by the friendly, helpful and very professional staff as well as the clean, warm, comfortable rooms! This little town should be proud to be home of this business!

10 out of 10 would recommend. Nice clean rooms with a home like feel, very friendly staff, great rates. Also has newer styled rooms. Close to good reasonably priced food. And as someone who stays at a lot of hotels/ motels, it’s well worth the rate, which is also very reasonable. Also have a nice little fire pit with plenty of seating, a hanging hammock chair and grill to use. Next time I’m working in the area, it’s where I’ll be staying 👍🏻

Conveniently located on hwy 2. All pinewood interiors with carpet. Warm, comfortable and cost effective. In 4/2022 I pd only a total of $63 for the nite. Refrig, microwave, and spacious b-rm. Would highly recommend for travelers going through Corydon Iowa!

Just wanted to let everyone know that the name NODYROC made me judge the place initially.. I thought what a horrible name for a hotel. Lol. But after some time spent there, I really would rather stay here and wished more places felt like this because I wouldn't mind staying away from home as much. The home-like setting is so much more enjoyable than a hotel setting. I'm not a really big people person and this place seems to work out with that personality trait. It's quiet, comfortable, the staff is friendly but not overbearing, and I've also been educated on the name which settled my heart even more! NODYROC IS ACTUALLY CORYDON SPELLED BACKWARDS. 😆 WHO WOULD HAVE GUESSED?!
