Olivia takes great pride in her work and reassuring my dog’s anxiety, takes the extra time as needed. She recognized Slinky’s first time nail grinding was stressing him and asked us to bring back a different time to finish last paw, which helped a lot. Male check out clerk told me about and helped me set up my rewards account and was very patient with me. Great experience!

Zoe is always amazing with my dogs. They go in the kennel for her and she takes great care of them. They look amazing and smell so good after. She knows what not to use on their skin and makes sure to ask if there is anything that I need to tell her that's new with them.

Our small dog came home stressed out and limping after glooming. We took him to a vet and was asked whether he was dropped or had some accident. We didn't have any accident at home, but didn't have a way to prove that something had happened at Petco while glooming. We are never taking our dogs there.

Would give zero if I could.First, they tried to say that my dog needed the rabies vaccine even though the pup is not 16 weeks old. Born 5.11.22. Still almost 2 weeks away from then.Second, had my puppy’s vaccination records and the date was written down as the age of the puppy instead of a date. For example “7 weeks” instead of 6.22.22” I do not control this.Apparently, math is too hard for these people and they turn away paying customers when simple addition is involved.

We have 2 Airedales - difficult to find a groomer who can do the correct cut - Nikki does a wonderful job! Both dogs Love her - very excited to visit Petco and see Nikki for their grooming appointments!

Eddie was excellent with my very nervous dog. He was very patient, kind and did a great job trimming Buster's nails. I also appreciated that he kept distanced and wore a mask. Thank you Eddie!

I never have a problem setting up an appointment. The store is very nice. The reason I choose the Coralville Petco is because of my groomer Eddie. He is wonderful and I feel comfortable leaving my fur babies with him.

Jessica is the BEST and my dog loves her even though doesn't necessarily like getting groomed. She does a great job and you can tell she cares about my dog.

Heidi takes her time with my dog, Lily. Lily doesn't like getting her toenails trimmed and Heidi puts her at ease, takes her time and calms down Lily during the procedure. It is easy to set up a nail trim over the phone or in the store.
