We stopped for supper and watch the Girls Hawkeye game. They had the volume rudely loud. It hurt our ears. The food was great. If you weren't deaf when you went in there's a good chance you would be when you came out.

We got some pretty good deals. The store is a great set up, it's far less crazy than the other Coralville store, clean and well organized. Our cashier was very friendly. We will continue to go to this location.

It varies when I go but it's either a really really good experience or I'm invisible to everyone that works their except for the meat department folks and the cashiers and that is very unfortunate and super annoying. Sometimes I don't even want to ask for anything because they act like I'm a bother or an annoyance

I live in cedar rapids 1 mile from the NE Hy Vee and I would rather go to North Liberty the meet & fish department is great they take time and help me and answer all my questions. I order lots of fish 2 times a year and I never have to worry about getting it . They call and let you know if there's a problem in plenty of time to go another route. NE Hy-Vee packs like they don't care and say not sure if we can get it . That don't work with 30 plus people. Never had a problem in North Liberty it's a drive but the trust is worth it.

This store is very flexible in trying to provide for all of its customers. I have found that if they don't stock something that you may be searching for, you can ask them, and they will attempt to stock it. This is a store that truly carries something for everyone!

The woman in the china marketplace was very unfriendly with my wife tonight. I am not sure what the major malfunction was or why she was short tempered. Wild.

I have to give a four star to a grocery store with a full bar inside and restaurants; it’s like a mall! No mask requirement which is sad during a time of high cases of COVID. Otherwise it looks to have everything including a Starbucks that doesn’t do mobile orders.

This is a fantastic Hy-Vee. They have so many fresh options that you can come here for breakfast lunch and dinner and do some shopping in between. You can get all your groceries here and many other things you may like as well. It's clean, spacious, and well run. It is worth your time to check this Hy-Vee out.

Great grocery store. I love shopping here whenever I'm back in town. Great meat dept and produce. Lot's of choices to choose from.The grocery stores in Florida can't even compete with Hy-Vee.

Every time I shop at Hy-Vee I am more and more disheartened by the experience. Hy-Vee used to be a great store with reasonable prices, a good selection of products, and a "helpful smile in every aisle". Now I find a good selection of products, very few smiles, and ridiculous prices. I cannot understand why their prices continue to skyrocket while other grocery vendor prices remain reasonable. A dozen eggs and a gallon of milk - $8?! I can pay half of that at at least 3 other local grocery vendors. Disappointing at best.

They have the food you need, the ppl they hire are always friendly, they have a newer(ish) manager(probably been there over a year now, lol)…he’s a taller man, wish I could remember his name!He goes above and beyond to help you and make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. Even though groceries are overpriced everywhere right now, having friendly helpful ppl makes it a bit easier to deal with.

I recently visited the Hy-Vee store on Crosspark Road in Coralville and was genuinely impressed by the overall shopping experience. The store boasts a wide array of products, catering to all my grocery needs under one roof. From fresh produce to a diverse selection of dairy and meat products, everything was fresh and well-organized.The staff at Hy-Vee deserves a special mention for their courteous and helpful attitude. They were quick to assist and knowledgeable about the store's layout and products, making my shopping trip efficient and enjoyable. The store's cleanliness and the well-maintained aisles added to the pleasant ambiance.However, I did notice a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, I was looking for the Pepperidge Farms Farmhouse bread but couldn't find it. It would be great if this item could be stocked, as it's a personal favorite. Additionally, the space between the Florist section and the checkouts seemed a bit narrow, possibly due to some clutter. This made navigating that part of the store a bit challenging, especially during busy hours.Despite these minor hiccups, my experience at Hy-Vee was overwhelmingly positive. I appreciate the store's commitment to providing quality products and excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning for my future grocery needs and would recommend this store to anyone in the Coralville area.

The fresh food department at HyVee on Forevergreen Rd. should change its name. The cauliflower heads have dark spots all over them. The onions are one step away from the grave, the lettuce and other greens are wilted and turning brown, etc. etc. The shelves have not been restocked, so the selection is even more narrow.Other areas of the store seem better, so I gave 2 stars. Otherwise, my score would have been 1 star.I hope my poor rating helps initiate a change. Today was the last straw. I will shop elsewhere now. But maybe this review will make it better for other shoppers.

Everyone is always nice and helpfulThe big tjing for me is cleanliness. This hyvee is always very clean.Produce is fresh, the bakery is topnotch.The only thing that bothers me is the narrow aisles.

I am in a wheelchair and have difficulty reaching items when shopping. This location provided a team member to assist me for my entire visit. I aslo had wonderful experiences with the Fresh Meat & Seafood, Bakery and Floral departments. The Assistant Manager and Courtesy staff were fantastic as well. I expect Excellent Customer Service when I visit a business but this Hy-Vee location always provides me with Exceptional Customer Service.
