I have high standards and they exceeded them 10 fold!! Their installers are absolutely the best!! When they encountered a problem, they solved it with flying colors!! We are extremely impressed with Bachmeier. First of all, Brad Storck (the owner) is fantastic to work with. He stayed patient through all of our stops into the store to look over flooring and help us pick out what was right for our family. They also helped with our tile shower and fireplace as well as our kitchen back splash!He did a great job finding us something that would fit into our budget (not exceed our budget) and something that would work for our household. Brad even went above and beyond to get us a product to work on our stairs as I didn't want carpet. We have children and small dogs, so we needed something that would stand the test of time. We first used Bachmeier back when we built our house in 2013, and went back again in late 2016/Early 2017 to have them help us with flooring for our basement. Again, Brad took the time to work with us and figure out what was going to work.I would highly recommend the quality of their products as well as the staff working there. Great people.

When we asked our friends to recommend a flooring company, Bachmeier was the name we received and I'm so glad we listened. We had to replace our downstairs flooring because of a broken sump pump and Dennis was so quick to get us an estimate for the insurance company, then walk us through our options. We decided to upgrade to a vinyl plank and the space is gorgeous! Dennis helped save us money by recommending carpet from the warehouse for the stairs, then put us in touch with a local who will bind the remaining carpet into area rugs. Even the installation crew was great! We did not plan on taking on a project of this size so soon, but circumstances forced our hand. Thanks to Dennis and everyone at Bachmeier Carpet One Floor & Home, it was easy to turn a negative life event into a positive outcome.

We stopped by Bachmeier because we needed carpet and a window shade for a bedroom that was being completed in our home. We had such a friendly and helpful experience as soon as we walked into the showroom. Kurt and Alexia both were knowledgeable and helpful. They listened to what we were looking for and made great suggestions based on our needs and budget. I felt like we were a priority (even with such a small project). Both Kurt and Alexia checked in several times to make sure we correctly scheduled for installations, had all warranties, and to ensure the jobs were completed to our satisfaction. We built a house, so we needed all of our flooring. Everyone at Bachmeier 's was wonderful to work with, but Nicole was especially helpful! We were on a tight budget and weren't the highest spending customer she could have been helping, but you would never have known that. She worked with me to find the best flooring at the best price, and made me feel like I was the most important customer there. I did a lot of shopping around for this house, and quality, price, and customer service were big factors in my decision on where to buy. Bachmeier's (and especially Nicole) easily won all three!

Bachmeier is the place to go for any of your tile needs. We have worked with Dennis over the past year and a half as we have remodeled two homes, both of which had complete tear outs of bathrooms and kitchens. Dennis worked with us to find the perfect tile for each location as well as going above and beyond to find this "obscure" tile my husband wanted, which came from Italy! Dennis is a rock star. Absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. I needed carpet installed in a short time frame. Measured ordered and installed all in about 1.5 weeks compared to Lowe’s that was over six weeks and it was over $900 more!I will refer everyone to bachmeier’s.

This is the most incompetent business I've ever dealt with. Their workmanship is terrible and they leave a mess. They've had to come back and redo their install work multiple times. They don't keep appointments and never follow up. They called me out of the blue mistaken me for another customer and on a separate occasion claimed they called me and left messages but turned out they had the wrong phone number. I highly recommend you steer clear of this business.

We were extremely pleased with the quick response and help we got from Kelli at Bachmeier Carpet One Floor & Home. I first talked with Kelli on a Saturday and liked the carpet and price. Kelli measured on the following Monday and installed the carpet on Wednesday. It looks great and the installers did a nice job!

Never finished the job!! Only installed part of the quarter round. Called, sent emails, and still not completed. Plus they damaged a wall installing LVP and that is still not repaired. Do NOT hire them. Expensive and poor workmanship. Dishonest. I will never use them again

Bachmeier Carpet One quoted Paramount engineered oak flooring for a small project and was 30% cheaper than Randy's. They were then able to get my shipment included in a larger load from the distributor outside Chicago and had it delivered in record time. Next time I have a project in their wheelhouse I will be back.

Kelli DeVries was knowledgeable about what was available and pointed us in the right direction. Then she worked with our needs to get us exactly what we wanted at a very fair price. We live 50 miles away, so we had to work out details from a distance. Nevertheless, communication was clear and constant. A very positive experience!
