Store is ok. Seen better but have see ALOT worse. Customer service is seriously lacking with the younger employees. The only words that come out of their mouth is the total you pay. No hello, no thank you, no have a nice day. They have 2 registers but the second is never open. This Store is really busy. They need to have more than 2 people working during peak hours. BTW get your receipts. Multiple times I have been charged the wrong amount, also there is a customer survey for the cashier that helped you. (If you say no to the receipt the cashier will do the survey themselves.

The place is always a mess and aisles are constantly filled with boxes blocking the way making it hard to even walk though the aisles to get what you want and too often theres nooene at the counter so you have to wait for the employees to help you because they are too busy trying to stock the never ending supply of boxes that they do not have the room for. The people are nice and that is the only good thing I can say about the place.

There seems to be some management issues here. The aisles are always so full of extra items that do not fit on the shelves, that one could easy trip and fall. Additionally, hours have been cut down recently and are not very convenient.

Staff very friendly and helpful, however, everytime I've been there, the place is always a mess and aisles are constantly filled with boxes/carts blocking the way making it really difficult to walk though the aisles to get what you need. I'm constantly having to push boxes and carts out of the way to even see the shelves and get to them.

It was major stocking day and so all the aisles were stacked, crowded with freight. But the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was very grateful to be able to shop there that day.

I recently shopped at the store in Columbus Junction, IA. Upon entering, ​I noticed the floors throughout the store were absolutely FILTHY!!! There were merchandise carts filling the aisles and merchandise was disorganized & falling off the shelves.

I really like this place! The only complaint I have, is only one line is open a lot of the time I'm there. Other than that, I like it! Dollar General will most likely have whatever you need, ranging from cereal to art supplies!

Dollar General always has something everyone needs. These towns like Junction they all have one in th because rather than drive to a bigger town you pay a little bit more here for what you saved on gas..

Typically kind of messy, but this one was clean. Nice to have this store in a small town! Found my coffee creamer there! Very important, the local grocery store didn't have it.

I don't like how the isles will be filled with boxes and shelves empty. It only takes one person to help a customer not 2 or more to where no one is at the register.

There is only 1 cashier the last 3 times I was there (usually between 3 and 5 pm. We are waiting in a line that is sometimes 6-7 people long. This is a long wait! And I have asked if they have a certain item and was told 'i don't know'.
