Could not recommend Zerorez enough! Augie was the rep that came to our house and he was top notch. Communicated every step of the way. We have some light carpet that our dog likes to lay on (a particular spot) so it took a couple trips for Augie to get the stain out (lots of oil and dirt settled in that area) and he got it cleaned. Augie was very polite and worked exceptionally hard. Very impressed with the service we received. 10 out 10 recommend to anyone in need of a carpet clean.

I decided to try a different company after years of using another. I am amazed at the obvious difference. The company was prompt, answered my questions, and was helpful over the phone. I remembered a few years ago that my good friend, Pam Dixon, recommended Zerorez to me. She had done voice work and ads for them during her morning radio show on KIOA. She confided that she really did like and use Zerorez for her own carpet cleaning.With that in mind, I called and spoke with a very patient and friendly Heather. She set me up with Angie and Morino. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were thorough, answered all my questions and were very professional. Everything was explained clearly and there were no surprises when it came time for payment. In this post-Covid age, it’s hard to find quality help. Augie is absolutely the best! He pays so much attention to detail that if he doesn't think it smells right, he redoes it or stays until he thinks he's got every little smidge of icky smell out and I'm talking about cat pee! Always delightful, good, humored , courteous, knowledgeable, and just fun to be around. I would recommend him to anyone. We did have somebody come in between the two times I've had him. They were very pleasant and nice but not quite as thorough. Definitely ask for Augie. He won't let you down! If anything pops up within a month that you think is a returning smell, he will come right back out and check it out again. I did not have to have him do that the first time, and I doubt I will need him to do that this time. He went above and beyond even took out a couple of spots onto on a chair. Took time to explain to us the system and made sure he used a special fur type cleaning equipment to get the cat hair up. You'd be surprised at how much you do not see and cannot vacuum up with your own vacuum. I can't say enough about Augie and his professional job with Zerorez! Thank you, Augie! I wish I hadn’t waited so long to have Zerorez come to clean my carpets!! The technician, Joshua, was very clear in the information he provided regarding the process, my options, and the costs so I could make informed decisions. We had many old pet stains which were either eliminated or very much diminished which pleases me greatly. I was very aware that they wouldn’t be completely eliminated given the age of the stains but I am very satisfied with the results! Joshua worked diligently and left our house clean and refreshed! I would absolutely recommend this company and will utilize their services again!

Very accommodating to schedule appt.Even with issues with the truck scheduled to arrive, you worked around to get another truck here with minimal delay.The carpet isn't new and there were some walkway, grimey spots that that the technician took the time to pretreat before he began.
