I left urgent care came here was told 10min in drive threw came inside and told 15 minutes longer and after 20 minutes "I'll get to it when I can" defiantly the reason medicap is my primary pharmacy. Walgreens is so disorganized and they do not care about their customers. Literally in line having pain and hypoglycemic issues and still not done been here 45 minutes and waiting for what they said was 10 minutes. Still have a 35 minute drive home after injury and in urgent care. Very displeased and highly reccomend medicap.

The pharmacy wait is always long, specifically at this store compared to other walgreens.I looked up the price of children's benadryl online at target and walgreens before going to this store. It was similar. At target it was $8.49 with $1.50 manufacturer coupon. At walgreens it was $8.99 with $1.50 manufacturer coupon. I was picking up a prescription, so decided to get it here. It was $9.79 for the same product once I'm at this store. I asked for them to adjust the price. They called a manager over. The manager tells me the price cannot be adjusted. He says the website and different stores have different prices. He did confirm it was the same product but refused to match the price after looking at and confirming the prices on my phone. I asked him if I was just supposed to go get the product at target and he said yes. So I did.

They have went down hill over the years. Very unprofessional, and rude. I have had trouble getting my prescription for nerve damage pain 3 times even when there were refills on the bottle and had to go without. I was in agony. I'd give them a big fat 0 of I could.

Just left here came to pick up my insulin which I've gotten a text today saying that it is ready to be picked up and yet I get here and they say it was denied get my doctor knows absolutely nothing about this being denied thisplace is contact my doctor. Well my doctor knows absolutely nothing

Walgreens has a chronic problem. If you schedule an appointment for any vaccine prepare to wait about hour after you check in for your appointment. This has happened to my family multiple times. I recommend going to Costco or Hy-Vee if possible.

Waited in pharmacy drive thru for 40 mins. Happens often. Please retrain/ hire someone who knows how to properly oversee operations and staff your organization, especially in the evenings. I’ll be avoiding this location From now on.

I've been going to this pharmacy for 25+ years and think the staff are amazing!! Especially Kenny, he is super fast and great at his Job. I appreciate him and all the staff here!!

Submitted a refill request on Monday which was to be ready on Tuesday morning. I checked the status and it was delayed until Wed morning. I called on Tuesday and was told it was in progress and would be ready soon. Now Wed morning and status is Thursday morning. Walgreens has new system and holds maintenance drugs to be "delivered". As I told pharmacy staff, I am now out of this maintenance drug and will not have it today unless you fill this morning. Refills are usually ready the next day if the same day. If this 4 day wait becomes common, will look for new pharmacy.

The pharmacy people are rude. Especially the pharmacist with the glasses and curly hair. If you don't like your job find a new one. So quick to get off the phone and get on his phone. What's so hard about doing your job and just being nice to people?

The staff is nice, but I’ve never had to wait so long for my prescriptions to be filled. I’ve been coming here for a few months to pick up one super simple, prepackaged birth control prescription and even if I call an hour in advance, I end up waiting around for it to be filled. This was also the case when picking up antibiotics two hours after my doctor placed the order. Seriously have never had a great experience here. Maybe they’re understaffed? Not sure why this is repeatedly a problem, but I’m definitely changing pharmacies.

Waited in line at the drive through prescription pickup for 1 hour and 15 minutes along with 14 other vehicles. I was one car behind the vehicle at the window and a staff member abruptly put up a sign saying pharmacist not on duty. The staff didn’t provide any details, just said, “We’re closed” to the vehicle at the window. It’s 8:15 pm on a Saturday night, the pharmacy hours are until 11 pm and my child just got done at urgent care and was prescribed anti-biotics. Walgreens bills insurance one the Rx is sent so the prescription can’t be transferred unless you speak with the pharmacist. Inside the store the store manager can’t get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy section over the radio to have the Rx transferred to a hospital pharmacy. What is going on, am I in a third world country? Thanks for your professionalism, my sick child and I appreciate it.

Came in a few minutes before closing time which I understand can be frustrating but that’s no reason to treat customers poorly. I had a bad night so I just wanted to pick up a drink and some chocolate. I was trying to be quick since I knew they were closing. When I was walking I was asked if I was ready to check out and felt rushed through the whole thing. When I got to the front he walked up to the doors and said “looks like it’s time to close the doors” mind you the store wasn’t even closed yet. Felt rushed through the whole transition and his tone was condescending. When I went to leave since the doors had been closed he made me open the door myself. As someone who is definitely not the strongest and wearing a wrist brace this wasn’t the easiest for me. When I went to the store I heard him say “it’s late” in a snarky tone. As someone who spends a lot of money on squishmallows here it was very disappointing to have such bad customer service. Won’t be coming back to this store. As someone who’s worked in the customer service industry as a manager this isn’t the way to go about treating a guest when the store is closing soon

When I checked last week with one of the pharmacist, they said they are giving second booster shot and asked me to wait. There were around 10 people behind me so I went home. Today when I went there again for shot, pharmacist declined and saying it is giving only to 55 yrs or older. This is a lie and I made an appointment with my clinic immediately. I am done going here after this bad treatment. They did not respond to me when I said this second booster shot is available for everyone.

Every time I have come in to Walgreens they have always messed something up and or can not get it right the first time. They used to give me the wrong birth control every time I would re order it. I would advise them that it is not the correct birth control and they would tell me that that was the only one that they had... UM NO. You give me the correct birth control. You do not just give me birth control because that is the only supplies you have as of right now. That is not how that works. You should of let me know that the one that I am on will take a few days to get .Then today. I went in to get my eye drops that I needed for my eyes I was the only one waiting in line to get my prescription and they all looked at me and not one person asked me if I could be helped... I waiting 30 minutes and then I left as I did not have time on my lunch break to wait any longer.. It should not take that long to ask someone if they have been helped. Not impressed with this place at all. They need to have better customer service, and they need to take more time and make sure that they are giving you the right prescription.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is my biggest problem! I was at the drive thru pushed the call button another car came up, she picked up my call didn’t say anything and helped the person who pulled up after me!! They’re always slow and you’ll stand in line for awhile before they even acknowledge you! About to change pharmacy.!

After waiting over an hour for my prescriptions to be filled, I was told to come inside and use the atm to pull money out as their systems were down which costed me $4 extra… I’m poor and can barely afford my medications and rent as is. On top of that, I have tried giving them my card information for express pay FOUR times to which they never actually entered. Four times over the past 9 months I’ve been living here. They’ve billed my ex husband which caused issues. It took them several months and reminders for them to finally change my name and address in the system. I get being understaffed and overwhelmed, but the way they treat people is unacceptable. I also used their bathroom while waiting, DISGUSTING. Clogged unclean toilets, toilet paper and sanitary dispensaries off hinges. When was the last time this place was thoroughly cleaned? Something needs to be done about this. ASAP.

I ordered prints for my baby shower online, everything in the edit section fit as far as the cropping. I picked them up and the left side of the invites were cut off. I mentioned this to an employee he said online orders will do that sometimes and to try the kiosk. I pull up my order and again everything fits according to the edit. I used a 35% off code online. The manager would not apply the code because I was ordering in store. I explained how unfair this was as it was nothing I did wrong. It is the Walgreens website and I shouldn’t have to pay for a company mistake. He would only give me 15% off due to policy. I believe corporate would expect you to do the right thing as the manager believed it was unfair as well. I will not buy from here and this doesn’t have to do with the cost but the way it was handled. Poor customer service.

Apparently Walgreen's no longer accepts out-of-state Blue Cross Blue Shied insurance? After waiting over 30 minutes, then another 20 minute conversation with a pharmacy tech who told me I was using a fraudulent insurance company because my company ID number was listed on the front of my insurance card, I was told I could not be helped. I found this interesting seeing how I am an Iowa employee who works for a company headquartered in a different state, and the Iowa Clinic I went to fully accepted my coverage plan and they were located right across the street. I have never been denied service like this, they wouldn't even try to contact my insurance company. I ended up calling the doctors office and having the prescription transfer to CVS. They helped me and had me out the door in under 10 minutes, insurance fully accept and approved.

Just had Manager David go above and beyond by helping me deal with a problem/question about my payflex card. He literally took time to call them for me! And he was so nice and considerate and helpful on the phone! I will not forget his kindness!

Been coming here for 3 years but after today i will be switching to hyvee. Came to pick up my daughters refill and not only was it not filled the attendant was extremely rude. He advised us it would be 30 minutes. We returned an hr later and were advised it would be another 15 minutes. Asked to speak to a mamager and he told us the same thing. Not accommodating at all. I learned the general manager was on vacation and then everything began to make sense.

If you do not fill scripts often then you may have been lucky enough to not have had many issues. I frequent this Walgreens location because it is 24 hours and because I get probably 6+ scripts a month and they are a large enough pharmacy to always have it in stock. This is due to supplier, not to the good work of the staff.I have had issues with technician Kenny in the past. He never asked for balance rewards and it is a hit or miss now.Last week I picked up a prescription. I asked the bearded technician to refill a medication. On my file there is one for 25mg which you can clearly see had not been filled for months. Then there was a 50mg one that had been filled for most recently. A pharmacy technician (I would know because I am a part time tech at a competing pharmacy) would either ASK for clarification which dose I needed refilled, or even should have automatically filled the most recently used one.. So he fills the wrong one because common sense does not always show the same in others and I do not see this until I pick it up the next day.I was walking out and used the bathroom on the way out that day after picking up one script and asking for the other refilled.Kenny walks in, uses the urinal, and walks out without washing his hands. Blatantly in front of me as I was walking out of the stall, he flushes and scurries out. To go handle all your prescription pills.This is poor etiquette, overall disturbing, a health violation, and not to mention extremely ignorant of those who take medications that lower their immune systems. Just because HE likes pee germs on his hands and does not get sick means nothing to customers.I sent in a review and was contacted once by someone from Walgreens. The message was not stating what it was for- just to call back, so I did not. They did not try to ever call me again after this complaint.If you think they care, you may be wrong. I walked out and told a female and Male supervisor who were standing by cosmetics aisle about the issue. The woman responded "Oh. Ew." And was silent. That was all I was going to receive from her and the male did not say a word. She should have went back and told Kenny immediately to wash his hands. But instead she just thought it was "gross" so I guess she cannot empathize.Poor service has been getting even poorer. Kind of hoping my insurance forces me to eventually use a different pharmacy but for now I will take advantage of the poor techs who have to fill scripts over night.Also wait times in drive thru are ridiculous. I wrote all this up while sitting in line at 3:50 PM. Not even after work hours.Would definitely not recommend. Go someplace they care about your wellbeing.

The drive thru pharmacy seems to either be severely understaffed or very inefficient. Two deep in line tonight and took 30 minutes to make it to the window. After asking for my Rx which I was originally told would be ready over an hour prior, I was told it would be another 10 minutes and to circle to the end of the drive thru line...which was 5 deep at that point. After stating that was unacceptable, I received an eye-rolling dirty look from the drive thru attendant. Will be looking for another pharmacy for future Rx fills.Also, just realized this pharmacy is no longer 24 hrs, which was the main reason I have done business with them.

After waiting in the drive thru line we got to the front and they immediately told us they are going to lunch and would be back in 30min. This could be posted somewhere in the drive thru line. Pharmacy seems overwhelmed and under staffed. Not blaming them as they can only do what they can do.

I just want to give a big shout out to staff and management at your store. Being a klutz, I was preoccupied before entering your store today and ended up tripping and falling. It was no fault other than my own. One of your customers came to my rescue and helped me. Luckily nothing serious other than a couple of bruises and a little embarrassment. The attention I got upon entering the store to ensure I was OK was very much appreciated.

literally do not refill your prescription here. i have been waiting 2+ hours for my prescriptions to be refilled. i have a splitting headache and i live all the way in boone. this is the only pharmacy open late nowadays and i cannot go anywhere else. i will never ever be going here again.

The service at this location has completely plummeted over the last several years. The pharmacy is understaffed and communication is lacking. The effort that goes into communication between the pharmacy and provider is next to nothing. You can go literally anywhere else and get better service than this corporate pharmacy.
