I used to go there all of the time before they were “vetco”. I just had a recent visit for something on the eye of my precious fur baby. The vet was great although she spent less than a minute “examining” my pup. She concluded she would need surgery to remove the thing in her eye. The receptionist has a horrible attitude. (I forgot my card at home) she was not happy. I came back a couple of weeks later to get blood work done, I had an appointment at 2 pm. I arrived at 1:50. They put me in a room and I sat there for 30 min, they did not come in one time. I left at 2:25 I understand places get busy. But 25 min after my appointment and not one person came in to at least let me know “hey sorry it’s taking awhile, we’ll get to you soon. Between the wait and the horrible receptionist, I will not be returning and I urge you not to either!!

I was able to get my dog in to be seen in less than 24 hours, The tech we had was absolutely amazing and the Vet was great too! My pets have received excellent care from both the Jordan Creek and the Clive Total Care Clinics!

Had an appointment for a rabies vaccine for my dog. Got there early and gotta right in. The tech said they didn't receive one of the records I attached in the online check-in. She kept upsaling on vaccines and services, of course. When she was finally finished, she left and said the vet would be in. I sat there for over a half hour on a hard bench, with a shaking, nervous dog, in a cold room, with a cement floor that smelled like other dogs. When I could no longer stand it, we walked out of the exam room and there was no one at the desk, so we left! It felt like everyone took a lunch break! I was almost home when they tried to call. They left a message, saying they paged me in the store, but couldn't find me. They apologized for the long wait, but said it was a busy day and they had double booked. If I would have known that they double book, I wouldn't have made an appointment there. I'd rather wait in line at the low cost clinic, where I expect to wait, and not pay an exam fee and have all the upsaling. I've never even waited that long there.

My cat has been having tons of health issues over the last few months and the staff there now know us by name, they have always been exceedingly kind, excellent at communicating and answering questions, and being transparent about pricing. This clinic performed two tumor removals for $600 dollars when another vet was quoting us $2000 for the removal of just one of them. We've had fabulous experiences with both Dr. Lundquist and Dr. Anderson and every vet tech and receptionist has also been excellent. Last time I was there I was literally crying in the car on the way in I was so stressed out and worried my little girl was going to need to be euthanized. The staff were incredibly empathetic with me, got me to a private area within seconds of walking in, and helped me in every way possible. They prioritized my kitty's care after seeing how bad she was doing and ended up finding a quick solution to help her. I can not overstate enough how much I recommend this vet clinic, if I could give them more than five stars I would. I hope my kitty is through her various health troubles but if she's not we will absolutely be coming back here.

Everything was explained well to me regarding my dog's surgery. The process was smooth and everything was covered from pre-op assessment to post-surgery follow up. The staff was so reassuring and friendly. We had a very good experience.

The manger is very rude and hostile. The groomer shaved too close and my dog has scratched a sore on her face. The store denied having any history of seeing the dog despite two years of consistent business at the vet clinic and groomer. I will not return and recommend others do the same.

I was visiting the area and was able to be seen as a walk in appointment for a quick vaccination for two dogs. All the staff were accommodating, friendly and helpful in seeing us last minute! I will definitely return if I am in the area!

The Check-in process was seamless. There was no wait time. The physician and tech addressed my concern with ease and answered all of my questions. The payment process seems a little more clumsy since the merger of Thrive and Petco. Even still, all in all, it was a great experience.

Great vets that really care. Prices are great and the quality of care is exceptional. My dogs were very relaxed during the exams and acted like they enjoyed their visits. I look forward to using them for many years. Took my third dog to them and as always they were amazing. They are through, explain everything, and answer all of your questions. There may be places that do a cheaper spay / neuter but what Thrive gives with their service is worth way more than what they charge. Definitely get the Thrive Plus membership especially with a new puppy.

They fit within my budget, particularly with their Vital Care program. My dogs like it here more than any other vet we have been to (but still a vet, so they aren't loving it). With their Vital Care being attached to PetCo Pals Rewards I use the $15 PetCo credits for (slowly) building up some naturalistic lizard tanks. I also am a fan of their longer hours/more days. It sucks for the workers, I get it, but with 2 special needs doggos I need a place to fit them in faster rather than a week out.

Everything went well. The employees helped me realize there was no terrible issue with my dog and I came to the conclusion my dog just needed some rest. This seems to be working well and she's feeling better already.

I started going to THRIVE when my chocolate lab was only a few months old. From day one, they have always set my mind at ease, answered any questions that I may have, and treated my boy with so much love. My dog is now a year old, and they still greet him with the same love that they did when he was a puppy. Their love for animals and their clients shows through with every visit. This clinic is wonderful. I’ve been able to get two pets in right when I needed. The clinic was able to handle all of the needs such as x-rays, blood work, and medicine. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. The doctors take the time to discuss your pet with you. I love the online scheduling. You can use Care Credit and your purchase can earn you pal rewards!

The staff at THRIVE is fantastic all around. Dr. Laura Anderson is hands down one of the most amazing and kind human beings I have ever had the pleasure of being around. My fiancé and I brought our hamster in and she was very kind and understanding. Had to bring her back in after a few weeks and ending up having to put her down. Dr. Anderson showed patience, understanding and so much compassion which made the process easier to go through. Dr. Anderson- thank you for helping us with Murphy, we will forever be grateful for you and your staffs kindness and compassion. I brought my dog here a few months ago for diarrhea. Service was quick, they answered all my questions, and explained how to give medications. The price was very good too. I paid $35 for exam plus meds....BUT I had a coupon for a free exam so without that it would have been $65. Still not bad!

Jozey is always so sweet when coming in for both of my fur babies and makes sure they are comfortable at the vet! Dr.Matt knows how to communicate when explaining medical things for my dogs! I also love how caring and responsive they are for the dogs needs and well-beings!

I have a 13 year old golden retriever. I was reluctant to put him through surgery but the doctor was confident that my dog was healthy enough to do well with the surgery. My dog went through the surgery and he came out just fine. They took very good care of him.

Nice staff. Affordable. They don't try to get you to spend more and in my experience (4 visits now I think), they tell it to you straight. There is a lot of things they can't do there, but it's good for like yearly checkups etc and they can refer you somewhere and usually will have a guess about what is going on.

I just took my new baby kitten to thrive for the first time on Wednesday! I had a regular local vets office that i've taken my other cats too for years but their prices were unfair and as they've switched up staff over the years the people working there had just become more unkind, so i decided to try somewhere else for my new kitten. I got this baby kitty sort of last minute and had to get a vet appointment quick, thrive was able to get me in next day even when i made an appointment online at night after close the night before. I'm very much a hypochondriac and that extends to my pets so i was super anxious going in for our appointment but they were incredibly reassuring and kind! They were also incredible gentle with my kitty which was lovely, i've seen other vets be a lot rougher. It's hard watching the pet you love being uncomfortable and they minimized that as much as possible. Going to the vet can also be very anxiety inducing because you don't know how much you're going to have to spend, they were as upfront about pricing as they possibly could be which was great for a broke 20-something, of course there can always be things that pop up at an appointment that you aren't expecting but they definitely do their best of giving you the best idea of what to expect. The vaccines we needed were on back order which is no fault of theirs but they still gave me good heads up and we were able to work something out so my lil Gustav gets what he needs! I've been around a lot of pets and gone to a lot vet offices in my life but none of them have made me wanna tell everyone i know how awesome they were lol. Thrive definitely did that. :)Thank you to everyone at thrive who helped get my lil Gustav right ❤️ we greatly appreciate you

Today my 8 year old Cocker Spaniel had a complete dental. She had a deep clean and unfortunately had to have some teeth pulled. The staff was fabulous and answered all the questions I had. They had given me a high and a low estimate and came in under the lowest. They are great and took care of my spoiled pup!! Highly recommend them!!

This is the second time we’ve used Thrive and this particular location. I would say I am less then pleased with their lack of communication. They apparently have a call center that answers their calls, and I would say it’s safe to assume the office staff and the call center staff do not communicate. The first issue I had with them was my first visit when I had to call back in to get a receipt because they never emailed me one, the rep said she had to ask permission from the vet to send it and then didn’t seem to know what she was doing, making it much bigger of a problem then it really was. Then today, I called prior to my dogs visit to inquire about payment as I would not be the one bringing my dog in. They rep advised me that they would send me a link to pay through a secured portal after the visit. Well apparently that was not communicated to the staff at the office because then I had them calling me multiple times to take a payment a long with the person who took my dog in, when they should have just texted me the link as I made it very clear I work on the phones and can’t always answer my phone. The women at the office then proceeded to tell my mother who was the one who took my dog in that I hadn’t called and then stated when my mom made a comment about how frustrating this was, she replied with “well it seems like poor communication on both ends” It was not poor communication on my end as I called BEFORE the appointment to establish how I could make my payment as I wouldn’t be there personally.. I did what I was supposed to do. It was lack of communication on the offices and call centers end that made this more complicated then it needed to be. Due to the women’s attitude at the office, I will not be taking my dog back to this location. And will look for an office that doesn’t utilize a call center and has friendly more accommodating staff.

My dogs was having issues with his legs Saturday night and our normal vet was closed I called around Sunday morning and Thrive was able to get me in within a few hours! They had us in and out within an hour! The next day I had questions about side effects with the medicine prescribed! I was able to get right through and speak with the Doctor! I will definitely be switching all my pet care to them here forward. Thank you!!

Took my kitten, Toast, in for the first time for an eye infection and they were so great to her and they kept me very informed about her. Very good prices for the care they give. We were looking for a permanent veterinarian and we will most definitely be back! Dr. Lundquist and Regan were very nice and knowledgeable.

I was driving through on my way up to Wisconsin and I was able to make an appointment as I was on the road passing through. They were quick and Covid safe. These people were the first to ever to be able to clip my dog of 8 years' nails. Good job guys and thank you!
