We have been working with Allison and our black lab puppy for 10 weeks. Allison has been super to work with from the first day through every training. She has helped improve the behavior of our puppy and taught us a lot as well. We can now take our puppy for walks, have company, and have her respond to our commands. We are thrilled with the results and plan to continue training.

The trainers at this store are phenomenal! My year-old Sheltie has gone through beginner and intermediate classes here and I'm very impressed with her results.

I wasn't too sure about the training at a major retail chain, but this store's trainers turned out to be excellent and the PetSmart curriculum is decent.Did talk with another person in training and they didn't have a good experience with a different store's trainer, so your experience will vary.
