We went looking for something specific and they had it. Store was clean, store help was very pleasant. I was a little disappointed that they only give a military discount if you buy their trade name material. If you buy for example Nike, Adidas, there is no discount. Not 100% sure if I'd go back.

I shopped on 2/24/2024 at Kohl’s in Ankeny- Iowa (store 0623) and Albertha was my cashier. I was lucky that she was my cashier for the second time. She checked out my purchases when there was a long line at the front of the store check-outs. She impressed me with her help, efficiency, friendliness, enthusiasm, and kindness . She made me feel very special customer and made the whole experience very pleasant and easy. I wish to clone her and have more Albertha out there.She is exceptional employee and deserves all the best. Thank you Albertha, it was a pleasure dealing with kind people like you.

Went to the Sephora’s Kohls on University. They were fairly busy and only had 2 staff members on duty. They were amazing. Did their best to be pleasant and accommodating... I had to wait a little while for check out but did NOT mind waiting at all! These 2 ladies set the tone and everyone was patient and even made neutral small talk with each other. Great experience … not an every day experience! Kudos to Sephora.

Needed fine jewelry and since they no longer have a big jewelry counter, there was a sign to scan a QR code for assistance. Waited 15 minutes for someone to respond and ended up leaving.

The cashier Angie is rude . If you have a barcode for rewards she won’t scan it . And won’t even listen to what it’s for . Hands down rudest cashier I have ever had .Then assumed I didn’t have a payment when I already slid my card and it said processing waiting for cashier and she’s standing there Um do you have a way to pay . Maybe if you clicked your screen you’d see it went through .

The Sephora staffers are incredibly helpful in showing you products and telling you about trends and products.The experience was a tour of products with no pressure to buy.

Could look up my kohls card, then couldn't give me discount and basically careless about trying instead of making effort of giving discount to make customer happy. Will not return to store or recommend. Waste of time shopping

I absolutely loved my visit at their Sephora! My mom and I were a bit hesitant at first to look at some products but the associate, Hailey at Sephora was such an amazing person! She was so confident and knowledgeable on what she was advising us on. She was super patient to making sure we were satisfied and kept getting to know us to better help us look at different brands! Super friendly and helpful. She motivates us to come back and shop more!!!

I was tricked into getting the credit card at the register. I was checking out one item and the cashier had asked me if I wanted to sign up for the free rewards program. I told her yes and she asked for my ID which I thought was a little weird but whatever. Then I had to put personal information into the pin pad. I stopped and asked her outright "is this a credit card that I'm applying for?" To which she had responded "no, this is just what they need for the free rewards program" was not told until after everything was done that I now have a credit card through them. If I was just asked if I wanted the credit card I would've said no. This should be something that you tell your employees not to trick customers with. I can't even cancel the credit card because the website is so confusing and I don't want my credit tanking.

Little to no maternity clothes at all!!! Hardly any options! Just casual wear and pajamas. Great selection on everything else. Just frustrating, as a pregnant woman.

Store was clean & organized. Hadn't been here for some time & they have remodeled the store. Everything was easy to find as usual, just kind of a shock when walking in. None of the registers were open, except for the returns counter section, so that was kind of strange. Checkout was still fast & easy once I made it to the counter.
