I was so disappointed after my last visit with my dog. As usual, they come outside to meet you and with other dogs coming and going I don't get much of a chance to tell them what I want done. I said I wanted a trim and when I picked up my dog, it didn't even look like she got a cut. I even asked if they cut her. She is a pomeranian and is very fluffy. Her behind wasn't cleaned up at all. I had to ask that they do this before I leave. It was very frustrating as she looked back to normal a week later. Not only that, these ladies are not friendly to me at all! I was referred to them and thought by the reviews that this would be a great place for my dog. Even when I called to make an appointment they weren't friendly. I don't think I'll be going back.

Overall body cut was good. The face looked awful. I went here for the 10+ years experience that was advertised. . I had to cut the face a couple times so he wouldn’t look like the bishon I was told they decided on. Asked for teddy bear/puppy cut. I had asked for the face to be cleaned and his ears. I cut both. I believe the little gal did the best she could with the experience she has at the moment. Wasn’t what I signed up for, though. Don’t want to ruin rating so I gave a 4.

Melinda is the best groomer we've ever had for our Cairn and Wheaten terriers. She's respectful of their breed cuts, but also our wishes for how much time and attention we can give to maintaining them. We have senior dogs, and they are never stressed about going in (we have had experiences where we know after one visit we aren't going back because of their behavior). I would recommend Melinda to anyone.

Brought my long hair cat here and had a great experience! I'm always nervous to bring my baby to new places because she is a bit temperamental and if the vibe is off she's pretty fussy. I called for an appointment expecting to get booked over a month out like other places but they had me in in less than three days! Customer service was great and they took care of my cat well. She's getting older now and she can't clean herself like she used to so she needs a regular sanitary trim and a bath. (I strongly recommend the sanitary trim on long hair cats because you don't get rid of their beautiful coat, just the hair that grabs dingleberries) This places prices are fantastic and they treated her well. She came home without "shock syndrome" that a lot of pets have after being to the groomer and she immediately adjusted to being home again and was a happy kitty.

No professionalism.Have used them for a few years now. Was always satisfied with their service...until now.Made an appointment. Was about a month wait (par with others in area). Showed up for appointment and the sign on the door said to call and they would come outside to retrieve pet. Called. Called again.....and again. No answer. No callback. But yet somebody came to the door and unlocked it, then locked it again. She disappeared into the back.I wasted almost an hour driving there and then just sitting and waiting for any response. Nothing!My cat had an apointment because she has very long and fine hair. It mats and tangles easily. Unfortunately the tangles became too much to handle (hence the appt.).she has become extremely uncomfortable and now she has to suffer for another month, while waiting for a new appt. elsewhere............thanks a lot Groomers Inc. for not caring about your clients.

We love Groomers Inc! Staff are profesional and obviously care deeply about the pets and the people who come through their doors. Our Jack Russell always looks beautiful after her beauty parlor appointments and gets so excited when we arrive-she can't wait to get in the door and greet Carolyn, the owner.Highly recommend this groomer for great grooming skills, friendly customer service and a happy dog.

It is so nice to take my dogs somewhere they are excited to go. Instead of shaking and cowering, they run to the door with excitement, and jump up to give Melinda kisses. And she gets right down to their level to greet them with love. Groomers, Inc. is less expensive than the big chain store groomers, and I feel good knowing they love their groomer. I trust Melinda and the staff implicitly with the care of our fur babies. So glad I found Groomers, Inc. and Melinda.

I have used Carolyn at Groomer's, Inc for years. She is very good with the Terrior groups & I have Westies. She's patient, kind, & caring when taking care of my dogs. I wouldn't trust anyone else with their grooming needs. She is simply The Best Groomer I know.

I took my Shih Tzu Cooper here twice. The first time Melinda groomed him and she did an awesome job. The next time Caroline groomed him. When I got him home he was just miserable! He had a big 4 inch long scratch on this throat and he scratched something terrible! I had brought my own shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo, which was an 8 oz bottle was not even 1/2 empty and the conditioner had not even been used!! He has sensitive skin and every groomer should know all dogs have to be rinsed thoroughly! And then she shaved him to the skin on his bottom and under his tail! This poor little guy was is so much pain! I called her and she could not even say sorry! Terrible excuse for a so called groomer! So if you are reading this review please take it seriously and DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! She is abusive and does not even care about your dog.

This place was awful!! I took my little teacup Yorkie here for the first time. When I picked her up I noticed her hair cut was very uneven. As I got my dog home I noticed her ear had been cut and her legs were almost shaved to her little bones.Then the next day she would not walk and I turned her over to see that her private area was so irritated it was hard for her to walk. They had shaved her down to her skin that caused terrible irritation. I had to get medicine to put on it to help relieve her pain. I called and talked to Caroline that just said sorry. I asked for a reimbursement and she stated she would have a check waiting for me. As I arrived there was no check and no one knew anything about it. I have left my number but again no one will call me back on my reimbursement. I would NOT recommend taking your pet here!

Do not let Carolyn groom your pets. I worked there for 9 months and saw her abuse multiple animals. From being overly rough with a blind collie to hitting a tiny little shihtsu across the snout with metal shears. She's a vile person who will be nice to your face and then turn around and say things about you as soon as you leave. I love all animals but this woman, she does not. Take my word for it, even if you've been getting your animals groomed by her for years, and she's the nicest to your face, she's probably hit your dog at some point. I've seen her string a dog up by the ears because it wouldn't stop whimpering, I've watched her let a large dog fall off a table and just hang there for a moment because she's mad at it for not cooperating. Like I said, this woman is vile. Don't ever take your animals here.
