We recently purchased new carpet from Floors Direct. Terry Smith was our sales person and was very helpful in working with us to select a carpet and pad that worked in our budget. Scott and JJ installed the carpet yesterday and did a great job. The new carpet looks great and they vacuumed and cleaned up everything once they were done.

Thank you, Floors Direct, for such a positive experience in the guidance and assistance in selecting my new Shaw LVP and Weldlok carpeting for my high traffic stairs. Scott Stillwell is very knowledgeable in all of the flooring in the store and was considerate of my lifestyle and budget when I was at the store. After meeting with him, I left feeling confident of my selections.I can't say enough wonderful things about Cade and Brody, who installed my LVP. This was a challenging old linoleum and carpet tear out and then the install with the small rooms that made cutting and trimming many of the boards necessary. They asked my opinion about some install preferences and were respectful and diligent in providing a beautiful upgrade to my home. They also swept up and kept their work area orderly.Scott P and J.J. were also top-notch carpet installers on my stairs. They made quick work on tearing out the old carpet and foam, cleaning the bare stairs, and making quick and accurate work in laying the new. Another great improvement to my home.I have been beyond pleased from start to finish of my experience with Floors Direct. I will be back when it's time to update flooring in the bedrooms and full bathroom!Thank you!!!

We recently had new carpet installed by Flooring Direct. Terry Smith was great to work with at the store, and she even moved up our install date at my request. She followed up to make sure we were happy after the work was completed. Amir and his team of installers were also amazing. They showed up on time, completed the work perfectly, were incredibly courteous and even cleaned up afterwards. One of the two rooms where our new carpet was installed was nearly half of the basement, which was not an easy project. The work was perfect. I highly recommend Flooring Direct, and would ask for Terry and Amir to ensure a great experience!

I attempted to work with multiple different flooring companies before Floors direct. After working with Terry Smith for a few minutes I could tell the difference experience and quality on what they had to offer. Terry narrowed down our search and never pushed us to spend more money then what we needed to. I had 2 separate install dates with Floors direct. Cade and Brady handled the first install and did everything we requested perfectly. Ivp and Marc did our second installed and also did an amazing job. I would highly recommend work with this company and ask for Terry. With her years of experience you she definitely set this company apart from anyone else we worked with before her.

I am in love with my new floors from Floors Direct! Terry Smith helped me in the showroom, and we went through numerous different flooring options to put in my new-to-me townhome. She was patient with me and extremely helpful in laying out my options! Terry made me feel like part of the family at Floors Direct.The flooring installers, Cade and his helper, were phenomenal! Extremely hardworking, talented, and kind guys! They were able install flooring on my entire first floor in one day, and it turned out perfect! I cannot recommend Floors Direct enough. They have very competitive prices as well. I will not hesitate to use Floors Direct again once I'm ready to continue my new LVP floors on my staircase and in my downstairs area :-)

I went to see Scott after more than one attempt to get my floors replaced elsewhere. He made it so easy and after the struggles I had, that was a gift.The house had been terribly neglected due to the owner being very ill. There is really no way to adequately describe the transformation.

The whole crew at Floors Direct made my hectic moving/install as smooth as possible for me. I went into the store one week before moving and asked Mandy if we could pick out flooring and get something scheduled for a specific date just one week out in 40 minutes and she was up to the task! After the initial selection of materials, Mandy stayed in contact with me and seamlessly scheduled the install. Ryan handled my carpet install, and Jesus handled the LVP. Both did quality work and I am very happy with the finished product. Mandy promptly checked in after the work was complete to see if I was satisfied. Great overall experience, and I'd recommend this company without hesitation.

We had a wonderful experience with Floors Direct from start to finish. Mandy Richey was excellent to work going through all the carpet samples and helping with finding the right carpet and padding we wanted. She worked with us beating out a competitors quote (with higher quality carpet and padding too) as well as working with our timeline. We also thought our carpet installers, Cody and Ryan did great work getting the carpet installed in a timely manner and on schedule. All three of these staff were easy and friendly to work with. If you’re looking for new carpet I highly suggest Floors Direct knowing you will get fast, friendly and can’t beat pricing!
