For my first time ever buying and installing new carpet/pad I am so thankful to have had Danny Miller as my sales associate. He visited twice to work through my questions and comparisons, and his thorough industry experience is sincerely appreciated in avoiding pitfalls and unintended outcomes.My installers, Ryan and Cody, were the best! It was a long day's work and they were supportive, focused, efficient and best of all: pleasant and easy to approach.I would definitely recommend Flooring America based on this experience.

I had a great experience with Flooring America in our office! Jesi Jordan helped pick out the perfect plank floor to replace carpet squares. She made the decision easy by sharing her knowledge/input and not overwhelming me with too many choices. Tim Cox and his team did a fantastic job installing! They were here early and finished the job before noon. We'll be using them again when we install more flooring.

On recommendation from our contractor, who was heading up the project of insurance remodeling we used Flooring America out of Clive. The carpet itself looks nice. However, the vinyl that they put down I believe was installed subpar and they made several stops to finish it and they still haven’t done that yet.In fact, I came home finding them using a butcher block cutting board to hold down vinyl flooring in a bathroom so that the glue would take hold. Very disgusting!Told the contractor about this as well as vinyl flooring that is not securely glued to the subfloor, and there is one where they have not come back to put in a transition between the vinyl flooring and the carpet This was told to the contractor as well, and still nothing has been done about it. This may seem small, but we pointed this out several times.In my opinion, Flooring America only does good work if it is not being done for insurance purposes. It has been several weeks since they have installed the vinyl flooring in the downstairs bathroom and still have not returned. Fix the issues and to install the transition. Why they cannot keep materials on their truck to finish the job in one stop is beyond me and you will see where the final flooring and other parts of the house are peeling up as well.I have not had a phone call from Mike Lee, the manager at Clive Flooring America as to issues with the installation which leads me to believe that the contractor possibly has not relayed this to them or they are choosing not to because it is Insurance work.If you can’t do your 100% best at your job, 100% of the time then why even do it? Find another profession cause it shouldn’t matter if you’re remodeling due to insurance and water damage or if you’re doing it because the family decided they need to remodel their house. At the end of the day, You are still being paid to do a job do it right and if you can’t do it right let the customer know so they can find somebody who can.I am giving them two stars due to the fact that they did pretty decently on the carpet.

Danny Miller was excellent in helping me in the selection process. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. Ryan and Cody did a great and timely job installing my carpet. It is beautiful. I am so happy with the service at Flooring America. This was my 3rd experience buying flooring there. I would have used them even without the incentive and pricing offered through my Costco membership.

I chose Flooring America because they have a large selection of LVP at a very competitive price. Elizabeth Condit is great to work with, i would recommend working with her if you are considering Flooring America. She quickly got the quote back along with photos of my basement showing what the floor will like which I loved. Doug was the installer, he was very easy to work with and went out of his way to squeeze me in to his busy schedule. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend Flooring America to others.

Attentive service, competitive pricing, and quick turnaround times from order to delivery. Every pallet of luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and ceramic tile is consistently delivered and unloaded from the truck in excellent condition. Extremely pleased! Our friends used Flooring America and highly recommended them to our family. We decided to tackle 3 bathrooms at once which was overwhelming, but Lisa with Flooring America made it easy for us, and guided us throughout the process while answering all of our questions. We had Flooring America replace all of the carpet within our home. They provided flexible scheduling of the work across 4 days to allow us to move furniture ourselves and limit disruption to our daily schedules. Danny was our sales associate and he was always helpful throughout the process of making our selections as well as scheduling the work to be done. The installers were Ryan and Cody for all 4 days. They were on time and courteous throughout the process. They listened to any concerns we had and provided ways to accomplish their tasks as well as ours. They always cleaned up after their work too, not leaving anything for us to clean up. They also provided some temporary setup to allow moving of furniture out of the way for the next days tasks. The team used by Flooring America was great. I hope to not have any flooring needs in the future, but I would certainly hire them again if any needs arose.

After visiting several flooring stores, we finally selected Flooring America for your home improvement project. Jessica was fantastic to work with and very helpful.We first updated our worn oak floors with a charred oak luxury vinyl floor. Once that was complete, we realized that our staircase and upstairs carpet needed updated after 18 years! I was very worried about replacing carpet upstairs but the installers moved all of our furniture and the install was completed in just 2 days!I highly recommend Flooring America, Jessica, their installers and will definitely use them for our future projects!

George and I were very satisfied with Stephen and Aaron's skills laying laminate floors and carpet. This was a four rm project plus a hall and 3 closets in a 50's ranch house. No big open spaces here. It wasn't easy. Anybody can do the easy ones. Even with a delayed start due scheduling conflicts on a previous project, they finished when they said they would. Some trim pieces damaged in shipping yet to arrive, but will return when they arrive. Music choice just fine as no rap😁😅🤣😂Thank-you gentlemenDeb
