Extremely rude customer service. The receptionist took one look at our family, scoffed, said you need to make an appointment—we were told no one could help us, but that we could look around. The receptionist then went on to tell us that there’s only 1 drop in tub and that we wouldn’t have the space for it in our bathroom (it was the exact size we were looking for)…be careful about judging a book by its cover; we won’t be back.

We have worked with Ferguson Plumbing several times while remodeling our house and, most recently, for plumbing fixtures for our new house. I always appreciate their willingness to help us pick good-quality fixtures that will last a long time and yet stick to the budget (assuming it is set with quality fixtures in mind). Sometimes their job is educating us once they know what we're looking for. They even help with some ideas on design that I would never have thought of. This has kept me from picking out things that would just not look good in the end. I really value their help. It may cost more than the home improvement stores, but in the end you get what you pay for.I think good-quality plumbers are picky about what they put in a house and the plumber we've used for the past 15 years swears by Ferguson as a supplier. I'm right there with him.Big shout out to Jessica for help in some of our past projects and Amy for keeping our current project going. They're knowledgeable and friendly.

we bought a tub insert from this location for a new house. when the plumber came to install it, he noticed there was a crack in it, and he told us to call fergusen and tell them so they can send out someone to fix it. I have been speaking to them every week now since the beginning of July, and they just keep saying they can't find anyone to come and fix it. Now, they offered to come and "replace" it. well that would have worked back in July, but now we have drywall up. Iam really not getting anywhere with them, and Iam getting more and more upset.

You might save a few dollars shopping at the big box stores, but I'm sure glad we didn't. The service is top notch - we had a problem with our new dryer and dishwasher, and our sales rep Aaron and his team communicated directly with the manufacturer to get us a new dryer and to fix the dishwasher - saving us time and money. We also got our lighting and bath fixtures here and couldn't be more impressed with the results. Thank you!

My plumber had to special order a drain for our 2 vessel sinks; long story short after 2 wrong sizes and 10 days later, when I went to pick them up they conveniently didn't have the in-store credit from the return promised to my plumber. He had drive across town to bring his return receipt back down there despite having a business account on file. Wasted an hour of my work day and overpaid for the oil brushed bronze we needed.

All possible reviews, must be fairly. Very Over priced, much better selections and better prices at Menards, home depot, etc. Very over priced on everything. If your looking for better selections, and prices, this is not the place to go.

We are starting to get ideas for a bathroom remodel that we are doing ourselves. Sales Associate Ting did an excellent job of answering our questions and asking questions about things we hadn't thought about. Once we make our decision on what we want, we most certainly will return to make a purchase.

Worked with the showroom personnel - always very friendly. Very talented when you are in need of design ideas. These ladies rock! Highly recommend. Good selection of Bath fixtures and lighting accessories.

Walked in to the store only to be reprimanded that I needed an appointment to look. Was redirected to another sales rep who I waited to be helped by. She turned around and walked past me to help another customer who had just entered the store. I felt slighted scolded and overlooked. Will not come back nor recommended to others.

Just an FYI. You need to book appointments a week out. And when you call them, Evidently the staff that answers the phone do not know that. My first experience on a call was that they just told me they were closed for inventory. So, lesson learned. Call ahead. Only reason I’m giving a one star is because of the lack of communication, knowledge and courtesy.
