If you are looking for a residential cleaning company to come in and clean your home…STOP! You need look no further than Cottage Care.I am a single father whose daughter is coming home from college for the summer and I wanted to have our apartment as clean as it could be. I went online last Thursday night and read numerous reviews of just about every company that was listed on Google and only one company stood out from the rest. Cottage Care’s website presentation depicted everything I was looking for in a cleaning company.On Friday, I called Cottage Care and spoke to a lovely woman whose name is Destiny. After describing what I was looking for in a cleaning company, Destiny explained everything in detail on what they offer and how they make sure every customer is satisfied.I explained to Destiny I have not been able to keep up with my home as good as I should have and I wanted my daughter to come back from school to a clean home. Destiny completely understood and believed I would be happy with their services.My apartment is 950 sq feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I have a cat and it likes to shed everywhere, especially on my leather couch. I advised Destiny that both bathrooms were a complete disaster and the kitchen was going to need equal work. Destiny said she could have one of their best people come out the following Monday morning, and for just $188.00 my whole apartment would be cleaned. I was over-the-moon ecstatic.On Monday, a very pleasant young lady named Erica came in and began right away working on my daughter’s bathroom. An hour and a half later, Erica began on the guest bathroom. So, 2 1/2 hours gone just on bathroom deep cleaning. Next was the microwave, stove, and vacuum of the living room and dining area.After 3 1/2 hours Erica had to go to another appointment, so the bedroom’s weren’t touched and neither was the kitchen floor or furniture. Destiny called from the Cottage Care office to see how everything went. I told her I wished I could have kept Erica longer as some things weren’t done do to her having to leave. Destiny immediately apologized and said everything should have been done prior to Erica leaving, but she was newer and her previous employer put strict time constraints for a cleaning job. Destiny reassured me time constraints is never an issue with Cottage Care and they will stay for as long as it takes to complete the job to their clients satisfaction. Destiny said she would have someone come out the very next day to complete the cleaning.This morning, a whirlwind showed up at my door. Her name was Karen. Karen came in and immediately started on the kitchen, wiping down everything, hand scrubbing the kitchen floor and even scouring the trash can. My kitchen is cleaner now than when I moved in 8 years ago.Next, Karen cleaned my daughter’s bedroom and even made her bed in a way I could never duplicate.Karen finished off my bedroom in short order, did a bit of ceiling fan and lights dusting before packing it up to go home.All in all, about 6 hours total cleaning between Erica and Karen. My home looks immaculate and I can’t wait to see my daughter’s face when she comes home on Friday night. Thank you Destiny, Erica, and Karen for a job well done and surpassing all my expectations. I will definitely be calling Cottage Care again for my home cleaning needs.

I moved in the last year and I miss Tannah and Cottage Care so much! I have a lovely family cleaning my house now and they do a wonderful job as well, but Tannah was special. Started off quite well and understanding. Got a great quote and fast scheduling. Told them that a bathroom needed some big time t.l.c. Sent photos over to show what they were getting into. Cleaner comes out and says it’s too much for them. Then they try to blame it on me saying I was not honest with them. Text records and photos don’t lie. Complete waste of time.Edit: Since I can’t reply to the owner. When I got home there were no feces and it’s also impossible for there to be anything related to such in the bathroom because the cat’s litter pan is literally as far from the bathroom as possible and we close the bathroom door so she can’t get in. So now the company is lying to make me look bad. Even more worthy of a 1 star review. I also don’t understand how leaving a 1-star review and asking to speak to someone when denied work is harassing a manager. Whatever makes you sleep at night I guess.Ultimately I don’t care what is said, phClean was much better and made everything look like new at a cheaper price anyways. I will advise everyone stay away from Cottage Care.

Awesome service!! All the staff is very friendly, and they do a great job cleaning! They're also very accommodating with pets and scheduling and such. I have a dog and they have no problem cleaning with him there since he is friendly, which is very convenient. Special shout outs to Tina for being so kind and doing an awesome job, and Destanie and Kacee for being so helpful with scheduling. Highly recommend CottageCare!

I have had Cottage Care cleaners come to my house for a few years now. The individuals have always left my house clean and attractive. Carissa, who comes most often right now, is masterful at the way she arranges decorative pillows in the living and bed rooms, cleans carpets, shines kitchen appliances and counters, and makes sinks sparkle. What I especially like about Liz is that she visits with me a bit to see if I need anything special cleaned. She is very positive and hard-working. I called about setting services up and the office ladies informed me i had to call another number but before i could get that far unfortunately the timing didnt work out in my favor but the least i could do was this! I have been using cottage care for close to 4 years. They are great from start to finish. Every time they clean the house is spotless. They even did the cleaning when we were moving out of our previous home and that saved us few bucks from the rental agency as the home was cleaned to perfection. Very professional, responsive and very affordable .
