I live in Illinois and it's a 45 minute drive from us. Everytime I've bought groceries (in store or online) something is spoiled, freezer burnt, eggs cracked, etc.., sure they will exchange it. We do not go to Clinton very often we can't afford it. So usually we end up eating the cost or whatever it is is bad. Worst Walmart ever! When you call the store nobody wants to let you talk to the manager. I've been a long time DieHard Walmart fan for over 10 years spending hundreds of dollars every month online and in store I am going to do something different because I can't get you a different Walmart and get my groceries home before they go bad in the car so I have no choice but to go to Clinton. Better not to go at all..

Very clean and very friendly staff. We found everything we needed and then some. This store must be managed well because everyone we talked to was actually happy to be working even though it was a little late at night.My son even stopped to help a shopper who had dropped her list and pen and she was even very kind to us.I don't normally review Walmart's but this one is worth my time and energy to say thank you and great job!

Everything was good except for the electronics department as usual they don't have enough help and they have everything including small $6 items locked up behind glass so it takes you 20 minutes to get somebody to open it up for you. The other thing I've noticed lately is a lot of the Walmarts are going back to playing the super loud music in PA over the PA system which sounds horrible to begin with it's just brain rattling and stressful I think whatever happened to going back to the quiet relaxed atmosphere. A good shopping experience instead of a stressful one.

Online order with car pickup works good. If you shop in store everything is in a different place than it was. Takes TOO long to find things. Not an improvement remodeling.

I have had it with Walmart these days. You can't just walk in and get what you need and leave anymore. You can't find anything you are looking for. I went in tonight for 4 items: milk, garlic bread, frozen lasagna, and a headlight for my car. Simple enough right? Nope...it took forever to find the lasagna and garlic bread that I knew had to be in frozen section geez. Grabbed the milk and off to get headlight. I figured out which headlight I needed. Pushed the button to get help because of course it's behind glass doors. I pushed the button 8 times and nobody came. I finally found an associate down a couple if aisles and ahe doesn't have a key and proceeded to tell me I needed to push the button. Now I am getting HOT!!!! I explained that I have already pushed the button 8 times. She was going to go find someone to help me. I went over to the Automotive desk 3 times with nobody there. While waiting for someone I pushed the button 4 more times and nobody came. I walked over to the automotive desk again and someone was walking in. I asked if I could get help to get a headlight. Guess what he told me...yep that I had to push the button that I have pushed 12 times already. I explained that I have many times and that an associate was going to find someone for me and that I have now been waiting for help for 20 minutes. I finally got a headlight. Next time I will go to Advanced Auto I am positive I will be helped right away and be in and out with the headlight. WALMART IF YOU THINK YOU NEED TO PUT THINGS BEHIND GLASS DOORS YOU BETTER STEP UP YOUR GAME AND HAVE SOMEONE THERE TO HELP THIS IS SO NOT RIGHT!!! It was only a $15 item and you have it behind glass doors. This is ridiculous!!! I will start buying everything I need elsewhere I can't handle the stress there anymore!!!

I understand why theft is such a huge thing. Theres 3 checkout clerks and the rest is self checkout. All the employees are creepy boy girls and I'm super unsatisfied. Pharmacy always takes 45 minutes longer than they say, and store is poorly setup. By far worst Walmart I have ever been too. I recommend fareway. Or Hy-Vee. Or as a matter of fact ANYWERE else.

I called repeatedly on several different days at several different times for different departments for different information. And no one knows how to pick up a phone. today was just the last day. the big box stores are so arrogant to think they will never fall Sears thought they would never fall Kmart thought they would never fall well your day is coming to Walmart your Managers from what I've seen by the way or just god-awful people they treat their employees like dirt

Extremely busy, overly warm, lines like crazy, isles crowded, and very few actual registers open with a cashier. If you want to use the self check out, you still have to wait on cashiers to come over on some things. Dumb in my opinion, especially at this time of the year.Also, I don't get why some personal items are locked under key. Crazy, in my opinion.

Not a bad store, I was hoping to find the things I usually get at other Walmarts and couldn't find most of it so I'll have to stock up when I'm in the quad cities. I've been looking for my health drinks everywhere and nowhere has them that typically does in the qc.

Super rare to see accurate pricing. It seems like every time I buy something it's listed for one price, but then when I check out the item rings up for a completely different price. I was shopping for curtains today and you guys have an entire section listed as $1.18. I didn't buy any because I had no idea what the real price was.

I was there last night and my 6'4" 195 lb autistic son who struggles to walk was asked to get off of the handicapped scooters twice or we be kicked out. He is 17 and the lady said those are not for kids. He is not a kid. He is a young adult thank you very much. I can't believe people these days are not accepting of mental inabilities. We were just trying to get groceries and got harassed by an employee who clearly doesn't understand autism.

I always dislike going into walmart. Nowadays they have so few cash registers with actual people on them they basically just have 100 self checkouts and 2-3 real people to bag your groceries. Whatever is convenient for a huge corporation to save a couple of bucks on labor. It’s ridiculous. We should be getting an employee discount if we have to do walmarts job for them. And then they sit and expect you to show them your receipt as well. Why have us check ourselves out if you don’t trust us enough to do it? You’re not gonna force me to stay in the store while you check my receipt. It has to be miserable working at this place.

Too many people always shopping and can't go 24hrs where fewer people. HATE HATE HATE SELF CHECKOUT!!! I DONT GET PAID TO DO EMPLOYEES JOB WHERES MY DISCOUNT FOR WORK I DO???? ALSO BEEN DOUBLE CHARGED EVEN TRIPLE CHARGED, BUT WHEN IM HOME AND NOTICE IT WALMART DONT CARE OR WONT HONOR MISTAKE. SO IF U SCAN ITEM/ ITEMS & Dont ring up right away or you swipe ot a 2nd or 3rd time it will add 3x for 1 item that took 3rd spupe before it rang in. Being over charged a buck or 2 is reasonable I can handle that. WHEN OVER CHARGED $20, $30, EVEN $100 IS NOT ACCEPTABLE & NOT GOOD SYSTEM. IM NOT TRAUNED TO BE A CHECKER OR DO I PLAN ON BECOMING ONE. FIX YOUR SYSTEM WALMART STOP OVERCHARGING TO THE ALREADY OVERPRICED COST OF EVERYTHING THESE DAYS. Hate that Walmart is primarily using the self-checkouts I'm not employed by Walmart and I don't support using them. Those are keeping people from a job shame on you. I heard that they are trying to go totally online shopping, another mistake Walmart, people like going in the store and looking at all that is there. If you go in that direction I'll shop somewhere else.

They over charged on 2 tire I had to bring in they charged me 72.00 they charged me for a lifetime balance and rotation for 30.00 I didn't even want. They aren't professional at all. They are rip offs

The automotive dept at this Walmart doesn’t want your business. I was turned down for an oil change at 1PM because someone was busy doing a tire rotation. Hardly a valid excuse to refuse service, but these people are hourly employees. So the fewer customers they have, the less they have to work, and get paid anyway.

Too many closed registers here.Backed up aisles.Does anyone know how to use a cash register anymore?Is this a job that is long forgotten?Are the customers supposed to always scan their own groceries now?I could see if you received a percentage off your order for doing their job.Even a thanks... but, all you get is a..."Can I see your receipt?"

1- no greeting when I walked in even though I greeted the lady at the entrance2- staff walking right in front of you with no path for you to get through like there's a line of them going to break and they're laughing in front of you with no 'excuse me' or politeness for a paying customer in sight3- moving whole shelves/items while people are trying to shop like you can't do that during CLOSING HOURS***the ONLY bright spot was Benjamin Hernandez who has helped me multiple times while other staff members ignored me completely***This store is a joke
