Everyone I encounter at Walgreens is always helpful and pleasant! The pharmacists are really slammed with customers, but they all have a smile for me. It's fun to wander around, as there are new items every time I stop in. They have just about anything you can think of.

Worst pharmacy ever! I tried to fill a prescription that the app said I had refills and they plain called me a liar and refused to fill it. So I offered to bring my phone and show them the app! And they stillRefused to fill it. It’s not the first time that I have had problems with them! Taking all day to fill my inhaler. Then having them have the er call in an antibiotic in and taking the whole day plus almost another to get filled. Plus not being open on weekends or later than 6! Who made these hours?!? After today I switched pharmacies and I recommend you do to!

Never had an issue or a mix-up with my prescriptions. The pharmacists know me, if not by name, then by face. They're always pleasant and helpful, as are the rest of the folks who work there. I love to browse, and I must say that Walgreens has the best selection of candy. Lots of cool items to check out. 👍👍🤓😆🍭😃🍭

Walgreens North has been a generally great place to utilize a pharmacy but recently with the shortening of hours, and incompetence it has gotten beyond recognizable as the good place it used to be.My medication needed a prior authorization due to it being a controlled substance. They had the approval from the insurance company and it was listed as approved but was never approved. Which means that someone placed a note that it was approved, but was not filled until a day before my 1 month appointment. While medication for ADHD is not a dire need but waiting a month to get something filled, is negligence.When I went to pick up my meds that they took a 2 weeks to a month to fill, I told them that I needed my sons meds refilled. They said they would be able to get it refilled by later that day. Turns out, they couldn't even get it filled until my wife picked them up around 3 the next day. It took them longer than 10 business hours to fill 2 medications.On another occasion, they received our orders for medication and CANCELED the order because they believed we were getting them filled at another location. Walgreens North has been our primary pharmacy since I moved back here, since 2016. Why would you cancel them on the suspicion of being filled elsewhere?2 of this issues occurred under a women whose name started with an M (maybe Michelle), had brown hair and glasses. Amanda was the one my wife dealt with. This will be copy and pasted to a corporate complaint form as well and other review sites.

Pharmacy is extremely rude, two of the women who work there are terrible. I only caught the name of one, Brooke was very snippy when I went there months ago so I switched to a different pharmacy, somehow I had one still been sent to there so I went and this next woman was rude and not the brightest. She handed me SOMEONE ELSES prescription and when I told her she acted very confused, she didn't understand what I was saying. The name on the bag wasn't even close to mine and when I handed it back stating my name louder and clearer she says "you only have the one, there is no more." I wasn't in the drive-thru where it could be difficult to hear, I was face-to-face with her inside the store. If I were you, just send your prescriptions to the South Walgreens, North end is a waste of time.
