People are phenomenal! The reason it has four out of five stars is because of the address situation. At the front of the plant a sign tells you to go to the north gate if you are a trucker without providing an address or location for it. You must go to the 1901 Windsor Drive location to the gate. A company this large should definitely know better!I took a picture of some of the addresses you can put into your GPS. Be very careful coming through the neighborhood surrounding this place, it seems like 99% of the streets around this area don't allow trucks! Many of these places you won't know until you turn onto the street.

I had a great experience unloading here. It was my first time and it was awesome. Appointment was scheduled for Tuesday 08:00 and they unloaded me on Monday 16:00 took them 30 min to unload full trailer. Guard shack and the unloading guy were all super nice 👍

I had a really bad experienceDont get there before 7am cuz they will send you back but there’s a nice kwik star 1 down the road.But ayy to be honest once they get you a door youre out out.But it took them 6 hours to figure out my load cuz it was a new supplier.

Not sure where these negative comments come from. Came here Saturday without appointment. Had 3 trucks in front of me. Unloaded in 15 mins when in dock. Overall less than 2 hours overall.

Checked in at 2:45pm now it’s 7:00pm.Still no dock.If you have to get unloaded at the south dock there are no restrooms or porter potty’s.Wont be coming here anytime soon.Oh and the big security girl is very rude.

These punks are loading dropped trailers while we’re life unloading trucks here waiting for hours. I went to knock on their door to ask what’s going on, they looked and totally ignored me. I hope nobody brings nothing in here and they can starve.

nice place nice people if you’re dry van driver don’t worry but the drivers for the farmer truck are line and I saw they complain my delivery taking only 30 minutes unloading thank you very much guys

Mill creek turn left if east bound or right west off 30to 16th Ave south to 1650 Windsor is the road to the place.. You will get there. Any other way is painful. The Actual to puruna address is 1901 or 1650 Windsor. Don't... dont.... follow gps or it'll hurt.

Absolutely ridiculous!! I have a reefer frozen load checked in here at 7 am it is now 10:35 pm!! I'm still siting here in the same spot that they told me to park in after they took my BOL AT 7:15 am. Never again will I come here!!

TRUCKERS: when delivering bulk loads, park along concrete wall. Drop paperwork on the wall beside the rail cars. Enjoy your 2 day wait to be unloaded.

Looks like the reviews are spot-on. Had to set tandems back farther than 41' to get the weight legal. If I had been going to anywhere in VA, I would've had to come back for re-work. Also, the guard sealed the trailer before I had a chance to look at the load... despite my telling her to wait for a minute.

Racist people working in the shipping office. Wouldn’t let me throw away trash in the garage can then after waiting for 5 hours they rejected my trailer for not be “clean”.

Delivery less than 2 hrs in and out can’t ask for much more. Only reason I give it 4 stars is cause they actually didn’t have freezer space for my load when I got there, the guy said he would have room in 1 hr and he did. This could be why some people have to sit here so long to get unloaded though. Seems to me they need a bigger freezer.

Securitas guards are rude. Hopefully they get replaced at this Purina location as well! Asked for clarification on dropping a trailer and they treat you like you're stupid. Sorry I've never been here before!!

All the drivers is right about this place worse place you can be to get loaded. Appointment was at 12PM and came few minutes before that didn't get a dock till 2 and its 3 PM now still they even didn't start loading after one hour of been in the dock light is still green. They are more busy loading the empty trailer for big companies who left them here in advance. So bottom line is they have no value of your time at all.

ATTN Truckers: Manager of this facility told me what this building has been running for 50 years, but I had overload on my drive axles, I had to come back 3 times to get reloaded. because they told me to not teach them how to load trucks. Complete disrespectful facility with goofy manager. 3 times Carl, I had to come back for a reload, not 1, not 2, God damn 3 times! And they said it is my fault, lol :D (I am not a first day in trucking, I know where 5th wheel should be and my tandems were all the way forward...) AVOID THIS FACILITY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. I already spent 7 hours, only glad what CAT scale less than 3 miles away.

They seem to have gotten their act mostly together, about 1.2 hours for a 40ft intermodal container load, and no issues with load balance in the last 4 visits.Easy in and out, lots of maneuver room. Loading times sporadic. Sometimes quick in and out, other times 2.5-3 hours for a 40' container. Wear your hardhat, or the loaner they will give u at gate. Dayshift lady in guard shack is grumpy. If you suspect overweight load (I was 4k over on drives and told them - apparently we drivers are too untrustworthy and don't know the state of our equipment arrogant attitude. Who pays the overweight, I wonder...) they are going to send u offsite to confirm, and they won't sign time sheets for detention pay. CAT scale 3 miles away on US 30.Three load attempts. Total of nine hours on this job. If you are an owner o.o, steer clear of this place.

The worst shipper ever this place can’t load a trailer properly for a million dollar bonus. After 6 trips to the scale at kwick mart they still had me over 80,000 pounds. This place and the one in Flagstaff is terrible. Nestle Purina just awful. How do they sleep at night. A 5 year old would get it right the first time

Held our driver there for over 6 hours. Horrible operational standards please avoid this pick up if you care about your drivers. They do not care they will hold you there all day. We will not be picking up from this location in the future. Listen to the warnings !!!!

If you don’t have a tip-top trailer, forget it. They’ll reject you. Otherwise, not a bad place.
