Checked in 8pm it is now 8am the following day and I'm still here. Hauling frozen fish in bound. Word of advice DON'T do this load I don't plan to ever again. No offer of drop and go to the truck stop. No driver's lounge with vending and restrooms like Smithfield. Your just stuck because they don't have the freezer space. Well maybe if drivers refuse to come here because of this they'll change a few things.

That’s ridiculous and terrible location. I have been check in for delivery 14 hours ago and another one truck sitting in front of me over a 20 hours waiting to get unloaded. Front gate person rude and disrespectful. Office people say “call to police” when you try to figure out approximately unload time

Most loads are tail-heavy. Last one required the tandems to be slid to the 42' mark to be legal. It's a good thing I wasn't going to VA or I'd had to have it reworked. Also, 1 of the top stacks broke loose in transit. I found this out when I dropped the load in a dock.

This is to inbound management or upper management for what it’s worth. Why would you let me sit at your facility for hours while I’m billing you $110.00 an hour to off load to your company. Poorly managed company someone pls look into this

Pretty good place they get you unloaded early if your appointment isn’t till the next day or so but you may have to wait awhile but they will work you in.

The best thing I can tell you to do is if you get a load coming here give it back. I don't know where these good reviews are coming from. I'm thinking they're paid actors. Because if you talk to anybody in person about this place that's been here they'll tell you it's a horrible place to unload at.

Luckily I can turn down loads. 9 hours wait. Freezer full. Had to wait on room. I lost my next load so will lose half of tomorrow at least. . I'll NEVER be back. People are ok, not thier fault.

I drove to the guard shack. I was told to circle back around and exit to drop my empty trailer in the yard to the left. It has been a few years since I have been there before today. It was easier this time from what I remember. I do not remember that yard outside of the entrance. Maybe it was there. Maybe it wasn't. Anyway, I bobtailed back to the guard again and made a right to get my load. Then I checked out. I think the woman in the guard shack is the type of person who does not like to repeat herself. I can read people at times. So I tried to remember as best as I could on what to do. Sometimes people talk too fast but I also know how busy they are. So this is for anyone who generally wants to know what to expect before arriving on a drop and hook. I swept the trailer out very well but they did not inspect the trailer. So it was pretty smooth for me.

Collaborative people with a great benefits and extras package. Pay is great with regular bumps every six months. Quarterly bonus. Overtime available. Clean environment. Safety and employee health conscious.Employees are well looked after and cared about. It's not just fluff that doesn't get done, Nestle is a great place to work. The plant is pretty spotless compared to other manufacturing places I've worked. Employee store. Making pet food isn't just a no thought process. Quality is taken extremely seriously. Training is hands-on with classroom, but it's well balanced. You learn on the job, take notes, lots of notes. You will regret not having them if you don't. Lots to remember, but it's manageable. Work smarter and use the tools you're given to your advantage. The most important thing is safety.......leave as healthy as you came in, is almost a motto.I do not regret one bit accepting the offer of employment.

My appointment was between 08:00 AM-3:30pm, arrived too late 19:00, the women in receiving unloaded me in 30 minutes!! She is so nice, however the security guy was looks mean!

Arrived at 1438 to pick up a preloaded trlr that was supposed to be available after 1200. Checked in and was told they hadn't started on it yet Didn't start to load me until 1530, and didn't get out until 1825 . SLOW, ARROGANT, INEFFICIENT, AND LAZY...HORRIBLE PLACE

This place is terrible, and this was my first and the last time picking up a load from this place.Drivers DO NOT waste your time coming here.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THE POOR TRUCKERS THAT HAUL LOADS TO THIS PLACE DESERVE SO MUCH BETTER. MY FIANCÉ SAT INSIDE THE FACILITY IN HIS SEMI FOR OVER 48 HOURS. He would ask about updates on when he’d be able to unload and the response everytime was “we are still full.” If you don’t have room for the product.. then DO NOT ADVERTISE THE LOAD.

About the worst place I've ever loaded at. Took almost 4hrs to load and I was the only live load there at the end of the bldg. Wouldn't recommend going there to get loaded. My time is worth more than that !!!!!!

This be the place that makes you not want to work in the trucking business anymore… got here last night and still here waiting… they said the freezer is full and that they always have this issue🤦🏽‍♂️ Never again will I drop here and I hope all the truckers read the reviews before accepting a load to this place… Drive safe Gents💯

Worst place to pick live load !My appointment was 11:00am , checked in 10:30am, got a dock after 30 minutes and still here 16:29 and i don't even know when i will be leaving...Do not use address 2200 manufacturing Dr, use 1901 Windsor Dr, will take you to the truck entrance

Once I got a door got off loaded pretty good pretty quick half-hour but sit there waiting for a door because they had nowhere to put the product for nine and a half hours
