I was just there earlier today and bought my little brother a pair of shoes for Christmas. The lady working the cash register(she didn’t have a name tag) charged me twice for the ONE pair of shoes. I bought FOUR THINGS AND MY TOTAL WAS 119$. Socks,a cup,shoes.and wrapping paper. There is NO REASON that it should have been even 80$. I didn’t think about it until I was about halfway home and looked at the receipt and that’s when I realized I was charged $41.27 twice for the same pair of shoes

The Clinton, Iowa store was Incredibly Clean and Organized so much so that I actually thought about posting it on my Social Media, but then this questionnaire came up. These days people are quick to complain, but I think it’s more Important to give credit where credit is due! You can tell they take a lot of pride in their store. very rude costumer service. was simply laughing with my cousin (nothing inappropriate) and got asked to find my parent or leave just simply walked away and ended up finding my aunt as she was walking around shopping. i went back to the girls section and started getting yelled at to bring a parent over or i can leave while i was asking what i did. my aunt walked over and told her we didn’t do anything and she doesn’t care what the lady had to say. as we all walk away to go discuss if we are done shopping she yells security check. we just payed and left.

Very poor customer service. I was going through the line of people and a gentleman cut in front of me. So I stepped off to the side to look at the jewelry, and I went back to my place three seconds later. The cashier said, 'There is a line hun.' And nods for me to go to the back of the line. I heard her and the other customer talking about how didn't do my job by getting in line properly. I left the $65 shoes and walked out. I didn't have 25 minutes to wait in line. I had one box. Treat all customers the same. If I have to wait in line, so should the guy who budged ahead of me. This is the second time this has happened to me at this store. Not cool. I'll be shopping at a different Kohls. And thanks to Amazon and their 30 day trial, I'll be getting better looking Ascics for $43 instead of $65.

The store was clean and neat. Employees were friendly and helpful. Had to look for a dressing room, they moved them from old areas. The price was right (I had a 30% off coupon) and check-out was easy. Thanks Kohls!

This is a nice store. I have been to a Kohls store in Springfield, MO that could take a cue from this store. Returns are hassle free and if you have Kohls cash or reward points, they are applied at check out.

Who doesn't love Kohls?! Had to return Amazon items. Two VERY fun ladies in the back gave great service. Used my coupons they gave to shop with. Very friendly service when checking out. Love their sales and discount perks.

They always have good clothes, but they have some "ok" sales going on right now. It always seems like they have entitled on sale but what I want. I'm not a big fan of the kohl's cash either, I have to spend more to get more stuff that I really don't need?

The clerk that checked me out was helpful and really cool. Helped with other savings. Great clothing.....and some of the special sales right on....however, normal prices.....through the roof. $80+ for a pare of pants, and I was looking for a watch for my spouse $200. Wonderful product just too pricey for me. Loved the store though.

Its ok the people are nice but they are very expensive and you can go to walmart and get the same jeans for cheaper . And they dont really carry anything in my style . Lol

Went in for an Amazon Return and they gave me $5 in-store Khols cash voucher. Ended up browsing their sterling silver jewelry rack which were on sale 60% off. Another lady passed by and gave me her voucher because she didn't plan to come back before it expired. Turns out vouchers can be combined! So I bought 2 of the pairs of earrings you see here. I liked all of them so I made a collage to ask my husband which he liked to help me decide, using collage here to show some of the variety available (got the $30 plain cross and $30 freshwater pearls on sale for $12 each with voucher down to $7 apiece, not bad).

I came in 20 minutes before closing and bought a carpet cleaner. The box wasn't that heavy but I had hurt my back earlier in the day and asked for assistance with the item. The staff was very friendly and helpful and loaded it on to a wheeled cart, brought it out to my vehicle and helped me load it up. Great service and still all smiles this late on a Saturday night.

We love Kohl's! They have great brand names & great prices! However, I have had my kids (adults)stop in to pick up my orders several times & each time they can not find them. I give them my order information & they both are listed as pickup people. They are also on my kohl's card. Super inconvenient! I have had to make a special trip to town to get my orders because they can not find them while my kids were in town to pick them up for me.

Only reason I went into the store was to buy my daughter shorts with 30% off coupon. Apparently name brand stuff the coupon does not apply. I think this is a trick to get you into the store. Had I known I wouldn't have even went there.
