I needed some things for work, plus I needed ideas to do some things. They had so much stuff, and some great merch to give me plenty of options. I found what I wanted, and there were several different styles, colors, and other options. The staff asked me if I needed help. When I did say yes, I got some great advice from a staff member who was friendly and professional. I like their selection, and their prices. I will shop here again. I recommend this place.

They've raised their prices so much yet the quality is shady at best on a lot of products. Some of it is worth buying, but definitely not most of it.

Like most retailer you have to be a very Good cherry picker.Since the local expansion that recently took place the staff is bright and very helpful. The shelf's have been well stocked overall. And clean they do keep a clean store.

Asked my kid to stop well she was in town and grab a 3/4 socket. She was not able to find one so she asked for help, showing the employee a picture of what she was looking for and the employee told her they don't sell sockets!!!! Really!!!

The Clinton location is so organized, staff is friendly and polite. When needing something it's easy to find here. This place has tools that any diy would need. For half the price and a good selection I would recommend to anyone. Thank you all who work here you are amazing!!!

it's not matco or snap on but it's not the price of those brands either. I have no complaints on anything about this place or the tools that they sell you get what you pay for

Great little hardware store. Most of the time you will find good sales, and most of what you are looking for. We go in there for certain items and there is never a long wait. We purchased all of our power tools at Harbor Freight, about $1,000.oo dollars and we only had a problem with "one" product....not bad.

Husbands favorite store, ok at least one of them. He has wanted a 12-inch miter saw for forever and finally he got one. The cashier was amazing and the staff so friendly.

Great expirience the first time I went and very friendly staff. Even went home and told my boyfriend about a lot of the deals i saw for all of our upcoming projects. I went back less than a week later to exchange my product for something a little different. Their machines were down so everything needed to be done manually. Therefor, my receipt did not have enough detail to it because it was an exchange. I asked them to rewrite my receipt because this was a purchase for my business and boy did that piss of the manager. She proceeded to shout everything she wrote down on the receipt while every employee working that day stood there and starred at me throughout my entire transaction. She ignored every word I said after I asked for my receipt to be fixed and I even thanked her probably 5 times with no response back from her. Like it was my fault that their business couldn’t produce the receipt I needed?? Okay, lady. I was so shocked at the was she was acting towards me, all I wanted to do was get out of there and unfortunately I did not catch her name. Won’t spend another penny at Harbor Freight.

This is newer location. Excellent renovation into a clean well displayed store. The quality of their tools and supplies has gotten better in the last couple years. The tool selection is good and as a hobbyist they perform well.

Most of their product is is worth the money you pay for it's cheap but durable I own my own company and construction of all types and I used all their products and they go out of their way to make sure you're happy.

Store personnel were very friendly and helpful finding all my items. I have used Pittsburgh tools for a long time and have not broken one tool, unlike my Craftsman tools. Great quailty and a great price! Definitely love this Clinton Iowa store!

Well today was the first day I ever went in the harbor freight it was a lot bigger than I thought there was a lot more in there than I thought I was really surprised how much was in there also the workers were very nice and helpful help me get exactly what I needed so overall it was a very nice place and I know I'll be going back

Great staff very helpful and they know were things are in the store and its clean. just wish they had a tool suggestion box. In store or on their webpage. Cuz there are alot of new tools and old that are not that affordable. For example ( cnc plasma cutting table ) they sell a plasma cutter. Just wish they sold a tabIe that will work together. I like shopping here. Hope to see some changes in their tools
