This place is a joke do not work here. They treat their employees like children. The wages are nothing. I worked in a restaurant before and got paid more. The managers they have here. Some of them are good. Some of them are just ridiculous. Their training processes suck. I recommend not working here unless you don’t care about getting treated like a child and not an adult And make sure if you do work there you get hired for the position you applied for and another thing 2weeks ago my girl came in and got food and then Ended up getting food poisoning from it

After waiting forever to get to the drive thru speaker, we were greeted with could you please wait.. then after another 5 minutes we were asked what we would like to order. Repeating our order 3 times, we were finally instructed to pull forward. We paid them asked again to pull forward to wait for our food. 3 cars pulled up afterwards, all in which received their order before ours. We didn't get anything special just burgers, fries and drinks for 2 people. We waited over 15 minutes to get our food. From the time we pulled in to getting our food over a half hour. I understand it's made to order but that was well in the window of time. After getting the long anticipated order a real disappointment. We haven't eaten at Culver's in awhile. I'm not sure what changed but the size and quality definitely took a change for the worse. It wasn't worth the wait whatsoever.

Not sure why I keep coming back to this location. Took more than 10 minutes to get a mixer and cheese curds while waiting inside today. And to make matters worse I had to be asked by more than 3 people what I ordered and was waiting on. Meanwhile I could see my own order on the screen still waiting to be made. Then I was given the wrong order and attitude from the staff when I was asked again what I ordered even while holding a receipt and the number they gave.

This location doesn’t overcook the meat too much like others tend to, which is good, but… Serving sizes this tiny?Come on manMy large curd had MAYBE a normal curds serving amount in it, if not less. For how expensive stuff is just come onThe food itself was all good and they actually got toppings right, (rock falls is notorious for not) but serving size just felt really small and my whole party agreed so

I've been to the Culver's in Cedar Rapids (SW side) Iowa and also in Clinton, Iowa. Both places are outstanding. I've been to both places with long lines in the drive thru. Thinking this was going to take forever to make and get my order... I WAS VERY PLEASANTLY SURPRISED HOW NOT ONLY HOW FAST I GOT MY ORDER BUT IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED. Something that now days other restaurants I'm sorry to say don't do.

Classic Burger place. McDonald's and BK don't compare in my opinion. You'd expect to pay more but even the cost is competitive with those other two, with way more attention to quality and taste. Butter Burgers are where it's at. Can't go wrong with their Swiss and Mushroom Burger, if you like that sort of burger. My girlfriend enjoys the Sourdough Melt when she doesn't get a butter burger.Last note, they're incredibly fast and efficient. I've been through the drive thru where the line was backed up into the parking lot and I've gotten through between 7-10 minutes. Something that always surprises me compared to the other burger places around.

Very helpful staff. The young man who took our order was very patient with my wife which I greatly appreciated. All staff were very friendly. Food was very good. A very well run Culver's. My hat is off to the Management. Bravo!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. Ample handicapped parking. Restrooms are also very accessible and clean. Just an exemplary store.

To bad you can't give zero stars. The previous 2 times I was here, my burgers were burnt. Tonight, my burger had a hair melted into the cheese. Good thing I add extra catchup and mustard ... I would not have seen it. Then the manager "couldn't wrap her head around it. They wouldn't have any way to get a hair there." Needless to say, I got my money back. Will not return or recommend to anyone.

The food is always fresh & delicious, the employees are friendly, and we've ever had any issues with our orders. We also love that they have gluten free buns for my daughter.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns.

On April 3rd, 2023 I went into the Culver’s location in Clinton Iowa. I ordered two meals and added two concrete mixers. By the time I got to eat my concrete mixer, I was almost 18 miles away from the store. I took the first spoon full and all was good… then came the second one. I took the second bite and as I swallowed it, I felt what seemed like a chicken bone lodged in my throat… I was not able to cough it up, but did swallow it down. I tried to take another bite, and realized there was a chunk of plastic in the ice cream. It was a piece of a plastic lid. I looked closer and found several more! With a cut in my throat from what I can safely assume was a piece of the same plastic, I drove back to the store. I spoke with Lara Martin (manager), and she was very apologetic! She completely refunded my purchase price (I didn’t ask her to do that), and told me I would be getting a call from Faye Dyson (area manager) or Monica Kohl (general manager) to check in on me. Two days later, Lara called to see if I was ok, but to this date (one month later) I still have not heard from upper management! I incurred a bill from doctor on demand, and had to deal with a cut in my throat, yet upper management simply didn’t care enough to reach out to me. Needless to say, after years of eating at Culver’s, I will not be going back! I’m sure there are plenty of ice cream places that serve plastic-free ice cream!
