Never got that far called a couple times, waited 4 minutes 1st time and 6 minutes 2nd and no body answered the phone for an appointment. Said they'd call back if I leave #. I have to go to work and don't have all day to make an appointment. I'll call somewhere else. Too busy to help anyone I guess.....

Fair price and never had any issues except when warranties come up then they do not wish to help you. And they hold no responsibility other wise I have no issues yet with farm and fleet

I had terrible service at the auto department, rude and very unhelpful. Bought tires there a couple months ago and they make a terrible sound. I brought my car in to have them inspected and they had it on the lift for about two minutes total. They didn't actually check the tires out at all. Then the rude little kid at the service desk was beyond rude. I won't take any vehicle there ever again. The Clinton store needs work.

I am disappointed in the service my daughter received. She had to make 3 appointments before getting 2 tires put on. First she had to order and prepay for them. Her dad received a call 2 days later telling him that the prepaid tires we being shipped back. Then she was told a special tool was needed to release the spare. No such tool is needed. Finally the third trip was successful. I will not purchase tires from that f&f again. I have purchased from other f&f before and had good service. It was local and should have been easier for her since she lives in Clinton, is. She is very upset because it took her day off to get this resolved.

My vehicle broke down on my way back home over the 2019 Thanksgiving Holiday. It was around 4:00 on a Saturday and the alternator went out. Ended up having to stay in a hotel and the timing was awful. Blaine's was able to get me a new alternator and I was back on the road Sunday. One of the service men even came and picked us up from where we were at to come back and get the car!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

unfortunately I cannot say that because I bought the tires for my fj cruiser with the service and my appointment was for 10/29/19 at 5:30 pm and when I took my car they told me that they could not do the service because In my car I have 1.5 ”spacer
