We've been coming to All Pets since we adopted our first kittens in 1998!! We've only used the mobile clinic once - when we were leaving the area, Dr. Sheryl came to our home to give all three kitties their shots. We returned to the area, five years ago, and since that time, we lost all three of our kitties (ages 14-20), as well as a very sickly stray we took in. We had to put down all 4, and each time, the entire staff, especially Rachel and Sheryl were so kind and made a heartbreaking event a little easier to get through. We made it a whole 4 months without any kitties in our home. Now we have 2 young kittens, and are back to All Pets. Over the years, Sheryl has taken extra time trying to figure out what health problems a few of them had, when they couldn't be diagnosed with a simple blood test. We have appreciated the time she takes, with our beloved pets, as well as with us, when we have concerns. She has a great bedside manner. None of our cats were ever afraid to be there. Sheryl even came in on her day off, to see one of our new kittens. My family is very grateful for Sheryl, Rachel and the front office staff at All Pets Mobile Clinic.

I highly recommend All Pets Clinic. My pets have been cared for there for over 30 years. Dr. Ernst and her staff are caring and compassionate. I have recently been there with a newly adopted kitten, and then to say goodbye to a beloved cat. They are excited for new additions and sympathetic, understanding and supportive at times of loss and grief.

I took my chihuahua in due to having a massive seizure and the vet did everything she could've to save him but no luck but she did not charge us for the vet bill and arranged his cremation

Took my lab here because he was hardly using his leg. They prescribed steroid injections after pain pills didn't work. Then he had an incident where he jumped off our deck and wasn't using it at all. We called and told them. The vet didn't look at him and just prescribed more pain medicine. I was told if that didn't work we would up his dose. Concerned, I took him to another vet to learn he has a broken leg, has bone cancer that was what caused his lameness. It has spread from his leg to his chest. And now we will be putting him down. This process took almost two weeks and I feel terrible. If you just need shots and nail trimmings they are really great for that. Super friendly staff. But if your dog has unclear health concerns, I would consider taking them somewhere else.

Best veterinarian practice I've ever used. They get to know your animals and are so helpful and patient to both humans and pets especially when it comes to end of life decisions. This is the only place we will board our previously abused adopted Yorkie mix. He loves it and thinks it's like going to sleep away camp. No separation anxiety whatsoever. Our Chinese Crested powderpuff/Chihuahua mix loves it too. They have been our vet for 15 years and have cared for 5 dogs and 4 cats so far. I really can't say enough good things about Dr. Ernst and the entire staff. They are just simply the best!

This facility can be good with the animals but are out for your money! I was told my dog needed a specific test due to new regulations before being on certain medication. I took him elsewhere for second opinion only to find out there is no such regulation in place. I had his records transferred to show the new vet he had already previously been on the medication and all pets never updated his record to show I had purchased the meds from them. I am so happy to have care from elsewhere this point forward!

This vet cares only about money my pet was recently diagnosed with diabetes. Was told she needed to go on insulin All pets wanted 71 dollars a bottle for it. I called around to see if I could get it cheaper. I found another vet that sold the same insulin for $37.50 so I told all pets I'd buy the insulin from them and let them continue seeing her. I get a call from All pets the next day saying that the vet said if I was going to buy the insulin from another place that they no longer would take care of my pet. I've been taking my pet to All pets for 8 years and then I try to save money on the insulin and they tell me that to me is outrageous. Just All about the money not the well being of your pet

Dr Ernst is wonderful! She saved my daughters Doxie years ago, when we were told to put him down...she did laser treatments on his back and got him up and running to live 7 more wonderful years. She cried right along with me when I had to put my 16 1/2 year old Lab down...she treats my 2 Doxies now and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Sometimes she even treats me! Lol...(Meaning shes calming and reassuring when you are scared when your pet is sick ) Loves all animals and it sure shows....and her staff is amazing too...Pam and Rachael are my favorites, but everyone is just great! I'm a client for as long as I have furbabies!!!❤❤❤

Tried to make an appointment for my dog that had an issue with his tooth and was told to start with another vet. Would not recommend taking your pet to all pets, that’s if they will see your pet.

I can’t even tell you the number of people I’ve heard from that said that they killed their pets due to ignorance or misdiagnosing. Personally, they tried to charge us to just be in the room when we had to put our dog down. On top of the the fee to put them down in the first place. Such a disgusting establishment

If i could give this place 0 ,I would. My husband took our cat the get a checkup and neutered as Im on vacation. He told the dr ,he was sick as he had boogers and a breathing problem. The dr said he was ok put him in surgery and a 1 week and 1/2 later is dead. She ran more tests on him yesterday to find out he had fluid around his lungs. She obviously doesnt listen to you when you know your cat is sick and just takes your money. This was a member of our family. We are devastated that our cat died and the dr failed to recognize that he was sick. Instead of helping him. I do not recommend this dr at all. I called today and the receptionist said the dr explained it all to my husband. Explained what that she didnt listen to him about our cat being sick??

They always are very friendly and very caring towards our dogs and they don't run unnecessary tests that could prove to be very costly they only do what they feel is important. Have dealt with them for many many years and have never been disappointed

Took my cat Malika into the groomers for her sanitary shave and just a brush I was there approximately 5 min. or less and was charged $42.80..the first time I took her for the same reason I was charged 10.00??. I'm in business for myself too..not happy.
