We decided to stop in at Larson's merchantile while we were in clear lake Iowa. There were so many things to see I didn't even have a chance to take in everything that was there. My husband and I left with a corkscrew opener with my dad's name lol. I would definitely suggest this place for anyone who is going to clear lake Iowa!

I absolutely LOVE this store! You can spend a chunk of time in there and still keep finding treasures. If you love planting, you must visit in the Spring. Their flower and vegetable plant are wonderful. They have beautiful hanging plants to pick from too. If you have a hard to buy for person in your life this store will end the search. You find anything from games to clothes or tumblers to books or crafts and everything in between. Their newest addition to the store is their engraving machine! It is perfect for custom, one-of-a-kind gifts! This machine gives you the ability to add words, dates or images to a selection of items. And it is quick! Or if you can't wait, you can choose what you want and the girls will get it done for when you come back. Trust me, if you visit once, you will be back!

They have amazing gift items as well as your basic necessities. It is so nice to have this place close by the park if you need to run in and grab something. They also have a laser machine that can customize items. We got a little sign with our last name on it and I love it.

Love this store! They have so many gifts, souvenirs, wall decor, clothing and shoes, kitchenware. If there's anything you forgot to pack for your lakeside vacation, they've got it!

I love all the knick knacks and cute lake house decor they have. This store has something for everyone from a kids toy section to kitchen utensils. A fun place to wander around in, I always come out with something!

What a fun store this is! Great, fun selection of items. Be aware, some items are not kid appropriate! (But, oh! What fun!) They have great sales for Black Friday, though they are a little pricey. Great place for souvenirs.

To tell you the truth. This place is an all in one shop at different time through out the year. I find things that I need when I did know they had even tims I go into the store. Never a dull moment to go shopping. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.

Great local, family owned Five & Dime. Larson's Mercantile is a modern version of and old time Five & Dime. They have everything from bolts of cloth, to greeting cards, to hats, t-shirts, and mugs for the tourists.A nice place to visit on Main Street in Clear Lake, Iowa.
