This store was pretty good before - it has gotten better the last year. The manager's been there a minute, so staffing and stocking has improved. They tripled their cooler space... A much better selection of drinks, frozen foods and produce as a result. The location is easy to get to and the new self-check out spaces just add to the improvements. Recent staff is friendly and helpful.

My visit to Dollar general was very pleasant. The two staff members that I met two young ladies they were very nice and very helpful. The store never look so clean.

Britt location always top notch.. Colleen their manager keeps her store real nice. Stuff always stocked on shelves and not on carts like the forest city location or garner

It's a typical DG. Somewhat messy, though the employees appear to always be stocking and putting things away. Very helpful and friendly, joking with my clients. They know my clients and are always helpful, if not necessarily always on the ball when it comes to getting up to the register.

Stopped in to help pick up school supplies for granddaughter. Store needs some attention in the straightening out of a lot of the merchandise. Shelves and much of the clothing were messy. Things out of place on shelves (in wrong section) and clothing honestly was quite messy. Some pretty disorganized.On the plus side, the cashiers were friendly and made sure to open another register without making customers wait long at all. Appreciated that very much. You are able to purchase almost anything you may need with a nice variety to choose from in brand name merchandise. Will stop in again I'm sure, but really hoping they are able to clean up and straighten out everything.

It's nice not to have to run to MC every time something is needed. Frustrating at times that they have 1 person checking and is the same person supposed to be putting away truck. The employees and management have really tried.

There is SERIOUSLY no room to move in this store. .. only one person can fit through any given aisle at a time so if you see a cart in the aisle you need to go down then might as well turn back and take the long way around. Also they are always out of like everything on the shelves but have all these huge racks and whatnot of stuff yet to be put on shelf to sell. And my cats are always switching cat food since they take like months to get any certain thing you need back in the store once they're out

Probably in my top 5 favorite dollar general locations to frequent, usually find what I need here, like anywhere tho they are a little short staffed, nonetheless they are hanging in there

I found that there isn't a whole lot of organization things happen to be scattered about here and there around the store thrown on shelfs in wrong isles stuff thrown on floor. I've noticed there are always plenty of workers for someone to be assigned this tasks. Isles are not very wide others shopping with a cart is hard to maneuver around. Prices are not the greatest for what the product is. I don't like shopping here unless I have to because of the cluttered confusion.

Very messy and disorganized. I try to avoid this place at all cost. But sometimes it is convenient location. But other than that it is piss poor ran, its fairly obvious. But I've been to a few other towns and they appear to be in similar conditions. Do not expect Dollar General to be around north iowa in 5 years.

The store is overstocked so it is pretty crowded. I love having this store close by for when I need to grab a few things. The staff is always fun and friendly.

Dollar General has just about everything you need for household supplies to bath and body products, food, beverages and anything else you might need. They have very great prices as well.

Looks like a tornado just ripped through there, customers actually sitting on the floor blocking aisles with piles of clothes all around them as they scrounge their way thru them.
