Stopped by on our route to work. We went through the drive thru… first time trying Culver’s here.. tried to stay friendly towards them but their manners could be better instead of saying “what do you want?” with attitude. And were rude to my mom when she went inside asking for ranch dressing..my mom had asked for it nicely the first time and the lady just slammed it on the counter………overall good food from when I first tried it over a decade ago

Clean location with a friendly staff located just off I-35. Culver's always tastes better the closer you get to Wisconsin and this place is no exception. The double butter burger with cheese and cheese curds hit the spot for this road-weary traveler. I recommend washing it down the Culver's Root Beer. Definitely a good choice to get your vittles!

Great road trip food stop! Stopped at this location to divide & conquer for our groups different food desires.This Culver’s is fast, friendly & accurate. Nice atmosphere with seating both inside & out.They by far have the best gluten free buns of the any fast food place. Docked a star bc everyone’s fries were soggy.Dietary restrictions: Best gluten free fast food bun! 🙌Kid-friendliness: Lots of families present & friendly staff.

The do NOT have gluten free fries as someone else reviewed. (The frier only has fries in it, but the fries are not gluten free, per employee 1-24-24.The gluten free bun was good! Service was great. I got the double bacon cheese burger.

This was the worst service I have had at this store. Person at the register forgot to put an order I plainly told them. Then when the order came out I told them that they forgot. They made me go back up to register which upset me. What really made me lose it is when I ordered the employee snickered about the situation. I then asked for the manager who treated me like a child. I cancelled my order. Packed up my remaining food and left. I will never come back to this Culver’s again!!

This Culver's has become our go-to stop for road-trip dining in Iowa. The staff are fantastic, the food is delicious (and vegetarian-friendly). On our two most recent trips, we went through the drive-through so we could eat in the car with our dogs. The first time through, the cashier/server saw our dogs peeking out and asked if they wanted a treat (yes, please) and gave them each a treat. They were delighted. On our way home we stopped again. One of our dogs never forgets a friendly (treat-giving) person or location, and was elated to be back. This time through, the drive-through was especially busy and the staff member did not notice the dogs (perfectly understandable). The dogs were confused and somewhat panicked by this turn of events. I volunteered to go inside and see if we could get a treat for the dogs. The young man I asked was amused by the whole affair and kindly gave us a couple of treats. The dogs were relieved and grateful. Anyway, we would highly recommend.

The food and atmosphere are in line with most other Culver's restaurants. They did a good job of taking orders even during a busy lunch rush. The staffing level also kept delivering food quickly -- and cleaning tables once people leave. The parking was adequate with many accessible parking spots.Food-wise, I like their butter burgers and fries. My family liked their chili and side salad.

Culvers is my go-to in the Midwest, but I walked in and walked out. They have a strong smell like the grease trap or sewer was backed up, and the staff didn't have an answer when we mentioned something.

CULVERS in Clearlake Iowa is freaking amazing!Their workers are always kind and very helpful and the food never disappoints.Fries are always fresh and hot and the pickles are soooooooo good.The root beer is homemade and they have diet root beer available too.We just can not say good enough things about this place.It is a must try if you are in the area.

We don't have a Culvers in Arkansas, so we jumped at the chance to try it on our way back from our northern vacation. Mushroom swiss burger was awesome! Any place that serves crinkle cut fries is alight in my book. Will eat here again if ever we are back up this way.

I normally visit this Culvers in Clear Lake, Ia on my way to Mason City with the family. Today, I was sadly disappointed in the service and in the appearance of the location -more than normal. With the current COVID 19 sanitation, I expected the place to be clean. It was filthy. When I asked if I could have someone clean a table for me, the manager , a young female that refused to turn around to give the time of day, told the employee that they did not have anyone working the dining room because the person was on break and they didn't have anyone else. Yet, there were five (5) people just standing around literally doing nothing while I was placing my order. I cleaned the table with paper towels. When the food did arrive, it was luke warm, put together sloppy, and way too much condiments on the burger. The table where I sat had fly parts on the ledge by window which means it had been there a while. I decided to get some custard in the form of a hot fudge sundae. What I recieved was chocolate custard with chocolate magic shell. It was NOT hot fudge. When asked, they swore it was hot fudge. I have NEVER had fudge solidify into a hard shell. One last stop, to wash up before I left. The bathroom was atrocious. TP was literally stuck on the walls like someone had a wet TP fight. The floor was wet and toilet was icky. I turned around and walked out. I finally saw someone cleaning the dining room - 45+ minutes after my arrival. As I returned to my car, I snapped a pic of the entrance and the garbage can outside the front door. This is how the can outside the outside seating area looked as well. My visit today had turned me off from this location for a while. If corporate operations reviews this, my visit was today 7/26 @ 1419 HRS.

I have gone to Culver’s in several different states. We were on vacation and stopped here. Very disappointed. We had to wait a long time for the food, via the drive through, and the order was wrong. We didn’t realize it until we were back on the highway. No ketchup or pickles that we had requested on our burgers which were partially cold. Would not recommend this location based on our experience.
