It's been awhile since I had eaten at Pizza Ranch but I was in the mood for chicken. I ordered the 4 piece chicken dinner to go. When I got it home and opened the container I was truly surprised at the size of the chicken pieces. Was this really chicken or some smaller bird, guinea fowl? If it was chicken then it had to have been a very young bird. The legs were shorter than one of my fingers and the thighs were just as small. For the price I paid I was expecting at least a normal sized leg and thigh. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere for awhile.

We were the only ones there as it was towards the end of the night. The staff were great, let us use a plug in to charge a phone. Main factor of a good rating is the kids had a blast and enjoyed the pizza. The price is what it was for 2 pizza, 2 orders of wings, and a plate of cheese sticks. Somehow we ended up with a dessert pizza, may have been gratis. Thanks pizza ranch. Personally I only go for buffet if possible, great buffet.

Tiny buffet about 4 pizzas, mashed potatoes, chicken, and a very awful looking salad bar. The salad bar looked like the salad was a week old. The service was absolutely awful. We ordered a pizza and we're waiting for half an hour for the lady to tell us they just put the pizza in. We waited another 15-20minutes and just left. The people at the counter were extremely rude when we were paying for the buffet and rolling there eyes at us. Unbelievable. We will not be coming back.

First tired telling me we don’t do take out from the buffetFound out online they do went back and they tried charging me $23.99 for 3 small pieces of pizza and 3 pieces of chickenAnd told me “ I told u , u wasn’t gojng to get that to go “ and then when I told them that’s way to much they took the box and threw the food away

I stop at this restaurant roughly 4 times a year for the lunch buffet, I am always pleased with the cleanliness of this restaurant. The staff is welcoming and treat me right. The food on the buffet is good, at times not as fresh as I would prefer but keep in mind it is a buffet so the mashed potatoes might get a little dry, but I haven't ever had an issue of food not tasting well or it being non-edible. I struggle to give this restaurant 4 stars because my only complaint would be the occasional dry potatoes or waiting for more chicken to come out, but fair is fair (or not) Keep up the good work Pizza Ranch!

It is a chain. This location is clean and ample seating. The parking lot is very small, you will likely need to park somewhere around the block. The pizza is good. I'm not a huge fan of the pizza, I think it's too thin and not enough toppings. But the chicken is great! I've always liked their chicken. The buffet is probably going to be the best bang for your buck. Family friendly atmosphere.

This was a great place to eat! The pizza was fresh & hot, the salad bar was clean, & the service was prompt. There are some thought provoking quotes on the wall. They even gave us flowers for Mother's Day.

The pizza and chicken here are great and the service has been fine. Recently, though due to CO-V2 pandemic, service has been erratic due to staffing problems and some services like delivery has been discontinued making it difficult for those with walking disabilities to supplement their food stuffs when it is difficult to travel to Fareway for groceries. I expect things to improve when pandemic ends.

Decent lunch buffet for a decent price. I went in around noon. I had to pay beforehand, and my total was around $12.50, which included the buffet and a beverage. I sat myself and enjoyed a nice quiet lunch. This is a great place for individuals and business lunches.

Ordered a taco pizza with no cheese. 45 minutes later a received half of a personal size pizza. Cooked without cheese but then they added shredded cheese.. potato wedges were way over cooked. Mellow yellow was empty "found out the hard way" the root beer was gross, the sweet tea was gross. Ended up with lemonade. Mashed potatoes were good. Salad bar was as expected.

Went here to see a Diecast dealer in a party room. Place seemed pretty busy on a Sunday and the selection was pretty good. If I hadn't been looking at a 4-Hour trip home I'd have eaten there.

There wasn't a lot of variety of pizza. And what was on there wasn't enough. The chicken was mainly breast & wings. So I ate off the salad bar,which was fully stocked. The best thing on the hot bar was the loaded mashed potatoes. And this was shortly after 12 noon.

Wonderful staff. My family stopped here after my grandmothers visitation and it was only 5 min before the buffet closed and they allowed us to special order a pizza and kept the buffet open until we were done! Great job Pizza Ranch and thank you

Picked up a buffalo chicken pizza, ranch chips, and ranch breasted potatoes for the family. Really good food and was quick, prepared and ready for pickup in 25 minutes. Not to mention right in the middle of the supper rush!

Yes, This place seems to pack 'em in as when I was here this week at lunch it seems like it is the place to be in town! I know this is a chain restaurant, but I have never been to any of the other locations. For what you pay, I guess it's ok. The chicken is better than the pizza for sure!

Never much food out for buffet. Not just asphalt Management's fault I feel because they are always working with a skeleton crew. I think they're more involved with their profits then worrying about customer service I'm sure it's they are way underpaid so you can never keep help when you're only paying 8 or $10 an hour
