Had a fairly good experience the first time we ordered, however the next time around, not so great. The first order took much longer to arrive than I expected, so I made sure to order early this time, in order to receive our product in time for house guests. I understood it would be busier due to the upcoming holiday, so I emailed the company asking them if they thought it would arrive in time (which gave them 6 business days), so I could plan for backup food in case it wouldn't. I did not receive a response. I followed up with another email a week later (after it was already too late) just to see where my order was, and still no response. The next day I received notification that it shipped. Very poor customer service. When we received the order, everything was very wet, extra salty and over seasoned, and not at all worth the wait.

I was not happy with my experience they ground up my brisket into hamburger who does that? The women I talked to was very rude wont be back

Great service and amazing staff. This is our second cow from here and everything was done to perfection! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, professional quality and extremely quick turn around time, no better locker experience in my lifetime. Thank you all for the exceptional experience.

Some friends and I recently purchased beef here and they lied about processing prices and the amount of beef we would get. Charged us over $6 a pound for mostly hamburger and nothing that wasn’t just cut or ground. DO NOT BUY BEEF HERE!!!

Had me on the schedule to have an inspected butcher first it was drop off on Tuesday the 18th then a phone call and they say they cant take him on Tuesday the 18th because they would not be able to feed him over night. Then a call Tuesday the 18th at 3:53 of course I was not in can I now drop him off before 5:30 ?? I call and of course I can not load him in the trailer a get him to that location by 5:30 so they say drop him off in the morning after 7:30 on Wednesday the 19th. Today. so we get him in the trailer in the rain and I call them just after 8:30 am and they say forget it they have moved on to hogs.. I will find a dependable butcher to bring our beef to in the future . Luckily I have an inspected butcher that is going to fit me in. I have saved the messages left by the people working at this locker and they sound like they are very confused .

Have had a couple quarters of beef processed there, no complaints. Also have meat you can just go in and buy outright.
