I’ve shopped there for over 35 years and always had an excellent experience. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, there prices are highly competitive. Why shop any place else?????

The employees are helpful, However don't try and use your rewards because they won't apply it, I've been given numerous reasons every time why they can't apply it. Aside from not having items on shelves to be purchased on a regular basis , As well as a 10 To $15 pay hike, Just ridiculous. And unfortunate.

I realize that transitions are difficult, but some of the younger staff needs to do some classroom training on customer service. My card wasn’t working during checkout for reasons that I’ll never know and when I asked if I could use a different card (that was still attached to the same account) the clerk made a flippant remark about how I clearly didn’t have any money in my account so she didn’t think it would matter what card I used. My other card worked with no issues, and I left the store hoping I’d never have to return. Also, the last three times I was there the sale items I purchased did not ring up as advertised and each time, I had to get a manager in order to get the advertised sale price. I had always enjoyed this store but recently I have decided that I’ll avoid it at all costs!

All of the staff in orschelns is extremely friendly helpful capable and knowledgeable about every single thing in the store. I went in needing something in a hurry that no other store around town had. In 7 minutes I was back in my truck so that tells you that they are good at what they do and will treat you better than family.

Advertising is bad. They put the ad out on line before the sale starts. I went in thinking some items were on sale only to be told that I should look at the dates of the ad. Ya think!!! I would have if there had been any on the ad I looked at.This review was not on TSC. It wEas on the business that was there before they took over. I’ve only been in the new place once or twice and haven’t had a good chance to check it out. They didn’t have all of their product in yet from the switch so it wouldn’t be fair to judge them or not. They already have a big plus in their favor though. They are open later. Yea!!!

This business has everything you are looking for and more for farm, animals, clothing, boots, cleaning, and yard. The staff is outstanding. At Christmas they have a lot of great toys. Fabulous sales. Parking lot is crammed and awful, I’ve been door dinged a ton!

Whenever I stop at the Clarinda Iowa store. I hope Megan Calder is working. She is always friendly and helpful. Has a smile on her face even wearing a mask. Need more people like her :)

I called ahead. Clerk very pleasant and helpful. And Yes. They had in stock what I wanted. Manager carried it out to my car for me. Lots of good sales going on!!
