I LOVE our local Walmart.1. The pharmacy.We showed up 5 minutes before they close the windows. My eye doctor said I shouldn’t wait until the next day. I felt so bad; I listened though. Jenn and the staff were so nice about it, filled it quickly and joked around with us. They even filled my husbands prescription last minute for him while we were there. I still feel bad about it, but they are AMAZING.2. Jane.She is amazing. What an asset she is. Sunshine. She’s so great.3. Cleanliness.The place is always clean. No place is perfect when it comes to that, but they really try and it shows.4. Prices.Great at price matching online without giving you grief. The clearance isle is awesome!5. Online orders.Whenever we have done a pick up, they are thorough and make sure the alternates are satisfactory. I appreciate that!

I really like coming to this location to shop for most anything. The store and parking lot are ALWAYS clean, the shelves and racks are always stocked, and the staff is ALWAYS very nice and helpful. I appreciate the self checkouts for a few items but enjoy the experience of someone willing to check me out!! I am willing to drive a distance to return to this AMAZING location. Thanks to all the Staff!!

Jane and some of the younger gals at this location were so helpful after I rang up over $100 in groceries only to realize my card was missing from my wallet. After re-ringing up every item, phone calls, & countless attempts to enter a card in manually just for the register to not cooperate, Jane selflessly paid for all of my groceries out of the goodness of her heart. I’m 9 months pregnant & was stressing OUT after an already long day at work. Repaying her was not enough to account for her generosity. Thank you Jane & all the ladies who helped me tonight!

In comparison to other Walmart Supercenters, I would give this store a higher rating than the others I've been to. This store has an excellent team of employees. I highly appreciate the customer service every time I shop. I've never experienced an issue having to wait at checkout, even when they are busy. They always have cashiers working at the registers as well as the self checkout option. Every department in the store has at least one employee available to offer and assist customers. I'm also happy with the varieties and sizes of clothing available for women, men, and children. Also, a very well-kept and organized store.

Everytime I come in early in the morning (around 6am) there is an employee who smells of armpit and sweat. It makes me want to avoid shopping at this Walmart because of how often this is a problem. I can smell him isles over.

I have loved this Walmart mostly since we moved here 15 years ago, but Jennie at the return desk and Amber, manager, were angels today! Shout out to them for helping me navigate a return for a purchase from the app that was fulfilled through a third party. I had ordered 500 plates and opened the package today to find only one of the 4 packages of 125 that should have been there. THANK YOU AMBER AND JENNIE!! Your service was exceptional and noted!

They are very good to me. I'm on oxygen and by the time I get to the check out I'm worn out . They will open a lane and check me out and ask if I need help to get the van. I am very thankful for that. Jeff Smock

My mom has difficulty walking. We went to the Manchester (Iowa) store for groceries. The grocery section was super close to the front and the store wasn't super big so everything was easily accessible. A very nice food selection. We found frozen food items not available at other Walmart stores. Definitely will return. Mom purchased some flowers at the self checkout. The arrangements were beautiful and fresh.

You do not have thick enough sacks when having to put heavier items in it, and it does no good to double bag when they still rip through. I'm also tired of not having larger size bags for some items. The final thing is that I do not like the self checkouts at all when there are numerous people just standing around when they could be checking people out, so there is no congestion. You need to think twice about this.Jean Larson

Generally clean store. Usually have everything in stock. However there seems to be a lack of helpful employees in this store. They seem to be more interested in spying on kids in the toy aisle than helping people find things they are looking for.

Limited selection, not the worst of what I’ve seen in small town Iowa Walmart options. Very attentive, sometimes too invasive staff. Very poor privacy and upkeep in restrooms.

While checking out, the cashier kept picking his nose and whiping the residue on his brightly dyed green mustache. I'm grateful that it didn't wind up on my items, but it was quite disgusting to see.

My two favorite folks at this location are Kathy with long hair at check out, Dave that works all depts. I would Love to say that these two are Outstanding employees. They both are super friendly and always there to help A.S.AP. Most guys run when they hear the bell for Fabrics. But not Dave. He there with a big smile and super duper personality and ready to service u. I been coming to this location for awhile now. Just wanted Folks to know these two are Awesome. I have had a Very BAD EXPERIENCES WITH TWO OTHER LADIES FROM THIS LOCATION NOT GOOD.So folks if U want Awesome Customer service go to Dave & Kathy. 100% caring.( Walmart please read )

Employees .. checkers are nasty and Rude and talk down to the customers like they don't know a thing. And it takes 4 of them to try and figure out what the customers know. And then call the store manager at the time and have them make a snide commitment about there payment method. I think they are all a bunch of nasty A__ holes that need to realize we are the one's who pay there wages

What's Super about Wal-Mart is they make you ring the stuff up yourself.Soon, I understand that customers will be required to stock and face the shelves, clean the bathrooms and lick the gum and cigarette buts off the parking lot.This is all being done so Wal-Mart can give you a more intensive shopping experience, and no one wants or can live on $7.50 an hour.Enjoy.UPDATE-7-1-2022:I understand that Walmart is known as "Super Gulag" in Russia. It shows.
