*review only applicable to watch repair*I went to purchase a battery for a fairly expensive watch, they offered to put it in for me and assured me they were good at it so I said yes. Unfortunately they broke the inner face of the watch by pressing to hard. Not a bad store just sad my watch broke and recommend doing it yourself or taking it elsewhere

I absolutely love going to Ace!! This store offers depth and quality all the way. And a very friendly, informed, and available staff.Truly a remarkable store. Medium to High price. Easy parking. Great hours. This store surpasses my needs in a zillion ways. Excellent customer service. And if they don't have it in their store they offer you the ability to order it and it comes to the store promptly.Our Ace Store is phenomenal. Great owners. Tremendous staff. And quality. The owners at this Ace location and the New Hampton location do a great job at knowing their customers and what they need or don't need. Most employees mirror the owners hard work and dedication as well. I would never hesitate to stop in and ask questions about a project I have.

😤Really disappointed that the a staff member told me they had to follow me and my kids to be sure we weren't stealing.(because of our race ).😱..HOW RUED I TEACH MY KIDS ALOT ABOUT RESPECT. .😶..this took lessons to a new level....😴 unfortunately its SAD a GROWN MAN yet mind frame on a childish level to feel all black people steals 😷...NEWS FLASH SLOW BOY WE DONT !!!😏....Real adults know better and do better ..SO I TOOK A LONGER DRIVE TO SPEND MY MONEY WHERE ME MY KIDS AND MY GREEN (money💰) WILL BE RESPECTED ...elsewhere 💯🙌😉😋

Have receipt for item I bought they would not take back cause the cardboard piece wasn't on it still. Very unprofessional they should post that u need that in store and on receipts. Will never shop there again. Theisens better anyway. They will give u in-store credit without receipt. SMH. Thanks again ace.

Brought my watch to replace the battery, didn’t work, and might broke my watch. ACE still charged me $3 replacement fee. ACE said something wrong with my watch. I did not agree, but didn’t want to argue. So I paid for the SERVICE fee and battery. This will be my last time at this store.

I walked from one end of the store to the other and was greeted 4 times by separate eager to help employees. Wow!?!

Had to call on my cell phone to Theisens to get ahold of service to get to the department I needed help in. Then I was told I would have to pay $5.00 to have awindshield wiper put on even if I bought the wiper there. I told the clerk Theisens are pricing themselves out of business. I left then& I went to a different store and bought my wiper blade and the store clerk put it on at no charge. $22.00 + tax that might not be a big loss to Theisens but take that amount times 1000 customers or more andthat can be a huge loss over time. I will remember that Theisens now have a service charge for everything and in the future I will consider shopping somewhere else first.

Went in to get a concrete saw because I'm not from around here and all my stuff is back home. Well long story short I told how to do my job and they didn't give me the right blade. I'm not mad about that. I am upset about a lady that worked there thought I left and bad mouth me and told me I didn't know what I was doing.
