My dog Louis seemed in good spirits when I picked him up after a short stay. Next week he will be there for two weeks. Louis did great during his two week stay. One of the caregivers, Savanna is excellent. They took great care of my pal. He will be going back soon.

We took our cats there for the first time ever boarding them & they were pretty nervous & freaked out at first but when we picked them up, they seemed surprisingly relaxed & at ease. I've known this family for years and am happy to see the direction the new management is taking! Plus it's so beautiful out in the country & I love the dog area, almost makes me want to get a dog - if only my cats would go for it!

This kennel is immaculate....facilities are very clean and well kept. Nice country location without the noise of city for pets who are away from their owners. Owners truly are animal lovers who will care for your pet as if it were their own. Highly recommend!!!

Thanks so much for your great care of Zoey while we were away on our family vacation. She seemed happy and in great condition when we picked her up, which is wonderful considering how emotionally needy she is! I first boarded my cat with Beds & Biscuits in Nov of 2010 and my husband and I both felt that the facilities were wonderful and the care takers seemed like good people. When we picked up our cat they said that she was well behaved and gave them no issues at all.When I contacted them again to get my cat boarded for over the Christmas holiday this year I was told that they wouldn't accept my cat because she was "difficult". They had no way of telling me what she had done that caused her to be considered "difficult". In the short conversation I had with the lady that takes care of the cats she flat out stated that she ROUTINELY LIES TO FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS because her husband doesn't like it when she's honest with a customer when their pet is difficult.BE WARNED if you are a first time customer that you may get a rude surprise if you try to go back
