Store is always clean and organized. I always use the self checkout which I never have to wait to get a register. I rarely have any problems getting my items rung up, bagged, and out the door.

It sucked! I spent over 450 dollars and there were no checkers. I had to scan everything myself when there were 4 employees watching me. When id finished and paid, I parked my cart and went to the restroom while waiting on my GF to check out. When we went to leave I was stopped at the door and asked for my receipt. I knew that I had stuck it in one of the sacks in the cart but couldn't seem to come up with it. Finally...with 4 or 5 Walmart employees watching, I resorted to unloading my cart. I found my recipe and they checked out everything. There was another couple waiting the whole time. I was so upset over this whole deal, I have vouched to never go back to Walmart in Centerville.

This SuperCenter Walmart, located in Centerville Iowa,on 23148 ,HWY 5, is a fairly new establishment with experience that displays good management of staff and customers. Note to MNGT. and staff, from a customer who has made several attempts to purchase a item of interest to me, never was ordered and given the reason of no room to place the request of USB to USB cables for electrical components . The grocerie dept. team gives plenty of effort to help customers in need. The displays and shelved items give efforts to a orderly fashion of character placement. The pharmacy and staff, give there all to the customers who need help and give a pleasant smile to all . The parking is the best in keeping clean and the return of food cages to there area is done on a timely effort of staff . The register personnel need more attention to the grouping of customers, awaiting checkout. I do see a lack of personnel at the registers when needed. The overall experience from this Walmart, will show better performance over time and leadership. Thank you for the minutes you gave to read my report of Walmart .

I don't think any Walmart in existence could get 5 stars but this one is pretty good. The only thing it seems to lack that I wish it had would be a hot food deli. It is one of the smallest that is still called a supercenter but it's also in a very cozy place and because this is the rural Midwest you can actually find fairly happy employees here which is a pretty stark contrast to bigger city Walmarts.My shopping experience here has overall been very good.

Nice, clean supercenter. Shelves were being stocked when I was there and the workers were very knowledgeable about where to find what I needed. It was open much later than I had expected for a small town establishment.

This Walmart maybe smaller than others but it’s by far the best one I’ve shopped at!Everything is well organized, staff is welcoming and able to help, I don’t have to wait over 30 minutes for assistance. Produce is fresh up to date and not spoiled. I enjoy shopping here.

Was there to purchase medicine for my eye, but also was looking at the makeup. I found a couple of things that I was going to purchase since I wasn't feeling well and I thought it would make me feel better to touch up my makeup . But while I was in the aisle I could feel someone watching me and there was an employee gawking at me from the ends of the aisles so I put the makeup back and I got my medicine and left.

The grocery side of the store is stocked whenever I'm there. The food selection is pretty good.However, the clothing is greatly lacking. They don't have a whole lot in terms of women's clothing. No selection, just the staples. Even then, they're rarely stocked in different sizes.Unfortunately; for me, I frequent the craft section which seems to be missing what I'm looking for each time. The shelves have areas of vacant slots where products should be and missing items that their website said would be available in-store.The pharmacy is fast and convenient for filling any prescriptions. I've never had an issue when using their pharmacy. I also find their RX Emails notifying me when it's ready to be picked up AND when it's been picked up helpful.

I had no problems. Clerks and staff were friendly and helpful. Would hate to deal with all the customers who become unruly and verbally arrogant to the workers. Had to listen to an unhappy customer who couldn't cash his paycheck because his license/id was expired. It's a shame that politeness isn't a requirement in public.

The Walmart pickup service online is a true life saver. It is so efficient to be able to order online get exactly what you want pick your item pick up time and the staff is always so courteous and friendly. It really makes my day to go pick up my order at Walmart after a hard day at work

I took my dog which is a certified service dog for the first time and the employees there were so kind.The store is always clean. I can't complain other than the fact that they don't carry a lot of stuff that you can buy, you buy it once or twice, then when ya go to buy it again they don't carry it any longer.

Within the last week we have got 2 Items that were spoiled. A block of Mozzarella cheese that had a expiration date of 9/2021 and. A 1lb roll of pork sausage that smelled rotten with a exp. Date of 9/22. Also the dairy and deli meats was was out of alot of items.

This store has 5-6 check out lanes requiring a HUMAN. On a busy Saturday, they had the Express lane and 2 other lanes staffed.Get appropriate staffing for the customers! Not everyone uses the self check out.And, explain to me who are the staff wearing yellow vests, who walk around appearing to do nothing. Couldn't they run a cashier??No one is even friendly anymore.

Nice sized store with good selection - I actually like this size more than the really big Walmarts. Have done a nice job with most products during this pandemic. Produce has held up well. They have had a bit of trouble with packaged deli meats, but restock well a couple of times a week. The people who work here are also very nice and helpful if you have questions. The pharmacy rarely has a line and they move people through quickly when they do.

It baffles me as to why there isn't one cashier ringing customers. I don't want to shop, ring and bag everything myself! Your prices don't reflect complete lack of customer service to your customers. You have now lost my business because I will be going somewhere else to get my food shopping done because there they ring, bag and actually help load it into my car. I hope you are happy with your profits but you have lost my business.

Waited an extreme amount of time at the checkout. 5 cashiers helping & giving a discount to the customer ahead of us (1 item wouldn't ring up correctly). The cashier offered her a survey card. Once we were able to get service, the cashier called for a manager (nothing to do with our purchases), only taking more time + lacking attention to our checkout. After scanned, the cashier handed us the receipt, I asked for a survey card because it was not offered.
