This Pharmacy is a mess from management to the help . Never let me know when prescriptions are done . Very rude and unprofessional! Don’t ask them a question they get ruder cut you off in mid sentence. Manager of the store won’t call back . I’ve went 10 days past my refill and still no luck . There is definitely not a smile in every isle.

They tell you one day your prescription would be ready for the next day and then when you go to pick it up they say it has to be pre-authorized when it already is not happy with this Hy-Vee pharmacy

The delivery driver loves to lie about animals biting him and or attacking. I asked to see where my German shepherd supposedly bit him he wouldn’t show me which is a lie. I watched my dog come into the house she jumped on him wanting pets never bit him. He reported her as supposedly doing so when come to find out it was a small dog bite. He’s been doing this to several houses with big dogs. Then he just recently lied on my daughter about her yelling at him when she never yelled. She spoke softly and like a normal person would. And somehow Hy-Vee still keeps this man working after he’s constantly lying on dogs and people just so he has to do bare minimum work. Oh he also will leave meds hanging up so people don’t receive them until late and some are life saving medicine just so he can bypass homes. Which is dangerous for the patient. Yet this man is still able to have a job at hyvee had that been anyone else they would be fired. He also stands right directly in front of you two feet not six feet like he should be. And breathes right in your face.

This pharmacy is incompetent and very rude called one time to get my daughters meds and they stated we called several times.. do not use this pharmacy I will be contacting corporate

Do not use this pharmacy. The staff are incompetent and you will wait for a lot longer than you should. They are also rude and impatient and could really care less about their patients. Again, do not go to this pharmacy...you can easily find some place different. And trust me you will want to.
