Took my dog there to get shaved and nails cut, they called and said she was to nervous and kept having accidents so they only shaved part of her so I got her home and had to finish shaving her, then my daughter had to do her nails, they charged me for putting her to sleep to do the shave and if she was to nervous to finish then they didn’t give her gas, they didn’t do her nails and charged me over $100. Yes I was supposed to take her back but I didn’t have time I didn’t have time the first time when I work so much, so I just finished it myself, I really really liked this place in the past, really loved some of the vets they have had in the past and I like Mr. McClintock and his wife but unfortunately things have changed and $100+ was to much for this. Sorry

This is probably the most unprofessional vet I have been too in several years. They do dog boarding which is awesome but when you come to pick them up at the discussed and agreed upon time they suddenly have to call everyone on their work roster to see who needs to come in and help us.Sadly I’m not the only person who was told a hit time that is here waiting. It’s crazy how one person, being lazy and irresponsible, can cause a business to lose customers. Sorry not sorry.

I can honestly say I've never been happier leaving my dog in the care of Country Village Animal Clinic. The staff is so caring and kind. I'd call ot the gem of animal care/treatment in Iowa. 1000 out of 1000.

Amazing veterinarian! She was awesome. Knowledgeable, great with my pup! Would recommend her to EVERYONE. Her "bedside" manner was phenomenal. She took great care of our fur baby!

The Drs wife is an evil person just like her "friend" TWC they took my furbabies away from me. Tricked me actually. I wouldn't take any poor furbabies here if my life or my furbabies depended on it.

I really tried to like Country Village but it fell short of what I would call a good animal clinic. The staff is very helpful but the Veterinarian is void of a caring personality. I feel he is very good with large animals but doesn't take us fur baby freaks seriously. Sorry guys!

They are amazing with my boxer, after having issues with a different vet. Explained things and took care of my baby. A little pricey but defiu worth it ! They actually care!!!

Great ppl that care not great about calling you back but hey I get it their really busy but their good with your pets and treat you good or at least they did me and if you follow me then you know I don't go easy on anyone and I'm hard to please so if you gotta animal need this is the place u want to go.

My cat was very sick I went to them and they put him down very easily and very comfortably he was not going to make it through the day I'm so glad that he came in on a Saturday afternoon and made the loss of him go a lot easier
