We started using Graham Animal Hospital in Center Point a few years back with our cat Mittens and since then have had great service. They are always good about getting our cats in when needed and taking care of them. Our latest was Bandit, she had an eye wound from a confrontation with her new sibling and we were worried about her eye. She did have some damage to the sight and possible loss of the eye but after different treatments Bandits eye was saved, maybe not so much the vision, which we didnt expect, but she is back to her normal self and her eye is still improving.Thanks Graham Animal Hospital.

Took my grandmas boy Logan in today for his final breath! I cannot say how great they were. I even got to hold him while he passed. This boy was 17 years young! Thank you all for a great experience on such a sad day. (Sorry for all the tears!) But thank you for being kind!

I specifically book an appt with Dr Graham. This was during COVID, where we couldn't go inside. About 30min later I get a call from the other provider saying she looked at my dog and everything looked good. When questioned why she looked at my dog, she said because they had an emergency and Dr Graham was taking care of it. They never called to ask if it was ok to switch providers, I did not want to see this provider they switched me to because I think she had something to do with my dog dying (my personal opinion). She said I could wait to see Dr. Graham, but it would be a while due to the emergency.I did end up emailing the clinic later that day. The tech apologized for the mistake that happened. Hopefully, it was a one-time mistake, as we all have them and learn from them. Haven't been back since due to moving out of the area.

They are really good with both my dogs . Glad they are here in town . They are so nice a respectful to us and the dogs .They are very gentle with the puppies. Molly just loves going there. Mindy has only been there twice so she's just getting to know them .

Great attention to detail with my four legged friends needs. Curb side service is unfortunate however handled extremely well during this necessary time, keeping the wonderful staff and human companions safe from covid. My friends needs and concerns explained directly to via phone with great detail and understanding helping with better care at are return home.

I had to put my best friend of 14 years down. The ladies were SOOOO very compassionate and caring. They let me take as much time as I needed, and they showed so much care toward me and my dog! Because of this, I will be changing vets' offices, and I'll be taking my other pets here as well. Just AMAZING!

This is an amazing practice! I always feel welcome when visiting and know that my pets will be cherished. They always do a great job of reassuring me if I have concerns about symptoms. I cannot praise this place enough!Update as of 8/22/22: this remains an incredible place to take your pets! I had a concern for my cat and they were able to fit me in the next day. They were very kind and I felt confident that my cat was getting excellent treatment. I thoroughly recommend Graham Animal Hospital!

What a wonderful experience for my puppy and me! The staff at Graham were so compassionate and accommodating at our first visit- my pup's tail was wagging the entire time- even during her shots! Dr. Schubert was so kind and took her time with us- answered all of my first-time-dog-mom questions, gave great advice, and loved on my little girl. We both felt so cared for and I left feeling confident that I chose the best possible vet clinic for my dog. Prices were good too! Thank you Graham!!

We had a very tough morning and the two local vets near us were closed.Graham Hospital was able to get us in and keep our pet from suffering. My wife was very emotional and they did a great job supporting her thru the process. I've been going to the same vets for close to 20yrs, but last year they closed suddenly. I've been looking around for a new veterinarian in the cedar rapids area when my 12yr old cat suddenly began loosing weight.Thank God for Dr. HOuge. She is fantastic.

I had a very good visit here the first time. My Saint Bernard was diagnosed with lymphoma. The vet was intelligent yet kind, gracious & compassionate. I’d give her and the assistant 5 stars. The staff I’ve dealt with to get medication refills leave MUCH to be desired. The whole nation is experiencing staff shortages. It is NOT an excuse for rudeness. I’ll not make the drive to be treated with rudeness and disrespect.

Today was our first time visiting and I found the entire experience very pleasant. Everyone was professional and the staff was very warm and welcoming! My golden retriever has never been treated so well at other places we have been to in the past ...we went here because we couldn't get in to our normal primary vet's office in a doable timeframe so I thought we would try it out. I am SO thankful that we did.Bentley has found a new provider for life! Dr Graham and her staff were the absolute BEST! Thank you for taking us in and taking care of us so well! Kassidy also deserves a shout out for all she did to make our visit wonderful!Thank you again to all of you for the exceptional care you offer to our beloved pets

We were relatively new to Graham Animal Hospital when our beloved Murphy Cat suddenly became very ill. The staff there were beyond wonderful, and treated him and us with care and respect. They walked us through a very difficult day. Everyone we were in contact with treated us with empathy and kindness, and were honest and upfront about his treatment, the cost, and his prognosis. They called repeatedly throughout the day to give updates and recommendations about his care. After making the difficult decision to put him down, the staff took great care to give us his body and we received a card and pawprints and nose prints. The "regular" care we received there was top-notch, and the care we received that day was absolutely superb. I cannot recommend this clinic, the vets, and the staff more!

I love this place! They always have great attitudes, very affordable and up front/transparent about costs. Most importantly, they genuinely seem to care about my animals. I've been to places where the staff is just plain cold and you can tell the people are "just doing their jobs" for a paycheck. This is NOT one of those places!!The only complaint I could muster up if I wanted to would be about their wait in your car, "covid-19 related policies" but it's a small company and if that's what they feel is best, I have no choice but to go along with it. I just like to be by my dogs side as much as possible when they're in an unfamiliar, possibly frightening environment for them. But that's where the caring staff comes in... They always come out with their ears perked and tails wagging.... so, I'd say it's more of an issue for me than it is my dogs. 😅

I have trusted Graham Animal Hospital since they opened and earned my devotion with their caring, amazing care of my beloved cat who had kidney disease along with caring for many of my foster animals. Yesterday, my chihuahua got between two fighting cats and required fairly extensive surgery to mend her wounds. She is pictured, adorably bandaged at Graham Animal Hospital after the tender and very financially reasonable care that she received. (Fyi, I would have paid anything for my baby but was very happily surprised and relieved upon receiving the bill.) Highly recommended for your fur babies!

We said goodbye to our dog, Scout, last Saturday whom we have had as part of our family for 15 years. This was a difficult day, but the staff at Graham Animal Hospital was wonderful. We appreciated the private room they provided us and the caring they showed. We had Scout cremated and we appreciated the wonderful box with an engraved plaque that was returned to us. The hospital also did a clay paw print, cards with Scout's prints, and sent us a nice card in the mail signed by several members of the staff. We would highly recommend Graham Animal Hospital.

Graham Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing! The doctors and staff there really care and know their stuff. Some people might say they are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. My animals are family, so knowing they are in good hands is priceless. Highly recommend!

They are incredible. A little high priced but the experience definitely makes up for it. I took 3 animals in for wellness and vaccines and they made it an easy and pain free trip. Even helped me with the cat carriers so i could get everyone to the car in one trip.

It started out bad as we were told to be there at 2:15. The girl at front desk seemed confused as to what to do but she took us to a room & said they would be here soon. We waited 20 minutes & then someone came in & I asked if this was the comfort room & she said yes.I told her I wasn't happy about that because as we were sitting in the room people were talking & laughing very loud.When the next 2 people came in to do the job of putting her down they were very nice & did a great job helping to give us comfort.I think you should have put more thought into the room for the purpose of helping people feel comfort, very cold atmosphere, no place for 2 people to sit, kleenex in a box on the floor.The old set up before remodel was very nice.Dale Klein

All was great but 2 things: I asked that my cat be dewormed while there but they forgot, and I asked for a price for neutering and rabies shot and they still haven't gotten back to me on that even though I mentioned both numerous times. Other than that, pretty great. They must be busy.Update: I finally called them again and they gave me a price for neutering my cat. It was $50 over other prices I received. If you can afford them, I'm sure they'll do a great job. Otherwise, do shop around.

Everyone is very friendly and Dr. Houge explained everything so well and was very thorough when we took our sick cat in there for the first time. I called this morning to see if I could get him in today for a recheck and that was not a problem at all! I'm very happy we found this place!

At first they seemed great. A few months ago my dog got hurt at daycare and I called them and they said to go ahead and bring him in right away. However, recently, I called on a Friday morning in a panic because my 5 year old dog, without health problems, suddenly started shaking and was walking paws acrossed paws, falling over, and just crying. I live 5 minutes from them, both my dogs went there. I called them right away and they said they couldn't see him because their schedule was full. They told me to take him to the ER vet which is 30 minutes away. I said that my dog could be dying and you won't help me? "No we're full today. Take him to the ER vet." I am a medical professional and full schedule or not, emergencies are never turned away. Thank goodness by the time we got to the ER he was out of the episode. They said he had a seizure but didn't know why. If I could have gone to my normal vet, 5 minutes away, he would have still been in the episode and maybe got a better diagnosis. I do NOT recommend them.Let me clarify, the girl who answered the phone did tell me that "the vets would not be in for another 10-15 minutes, however, our schedule is full so we wouldn't be able to see you today." Waiting 10-15 minutes would have been more beneficial than 30 minutes to the ER vet.

This place is AMAZING. We had an emergency with our cat and they took him right in and got to the bottom of his illness within 25-30 min. They walked us thru each thing they were going to do before they did it and how much it would cost, which was very reasonable. The staff was very nice with us and especially our cat which was not very nice since he was sick. Great place! We are going to transfer our animal records to Graham Animal Hospital.
