One of the best and cleanest Wal Mart. The fresh fruits and veggies were well stocked. There's workers there always keeping everything all neat and clean. The deli customer service was very nice, friendly, and courteous.Love this store.

We visited around 2200 on a Saturday night and it was not a clean or stocked store. Items were all out of place on the shelves. Crap in the isles making made difficult to maneuver your cart. The skin care items and cosmetics are in a "secure" area and they announce when you enter so they can follow you. It's wretched - I'd go out of my way not to go back to this store.

If it’s let me do negative stars it’d be -5 .Absolutely horrible service in so many ways. Sat for over an hour waiting an no one would answer the phone or stop n ask if I needed anything. Absolutely the worst store I’ve ever been at.

This Walmart doesn't always have things in stock and the vibe is a little less than other Wal-Marts we've been to? It's not a bad place to be, just not a 5.They have penguin plush though. You need to get yourself a penguin wizard plush.

Walmart has added more self checkouts and using less regular lanes open. However, they have attendants manning many of the self checkouts. I guess it helps with numbers showing more ppl use the self checkouts. Not a fan.

Used Walmart's one-hour photo [service]. I went to pick them up and spoke with five people, including the "Photo/Electronics Supervisor/Manager," who told another person to show us where to go. That person just pointed it out, but we couldn't find it. We went up the aisle to the sewing department, which she said it was in the back. We went back there, but no one was around. We found another person who helped us and said that next time, we should go to Electronics if no one was there. We said we did, and she said they should have helped.Would not recommend Walmart!!

One thing about Walmart, you got your receipt. And if not, they'll look it up and there's no problems. That's why shops are all the time. Online and end store great.Great.

I've been to many Walmarts nationwide, so I have a pretty high tolerance to the standard experience.This Walmart however, would be best to evacuate the half mile surrounding and drone strike the area flat and starting new.

Please be careful when buying meat or anything from this location. Sold me spoiled chicken legs. I’m just glad the STRONG smell caught my attention before cooking & eating it. Called in to let them know and they said I would have to come in to make a report. I definitely will be more observant when buying meat from them.

This was my first and quite possibly my last time going to this walmart,I only went to this walmart because I needed to go to Menards also,so I thought this trip would be good,I generally go to the Grinnell walmart,I don't like using the self checkout,because it means someone is not working,so I like to make sure someone has a job.I got in line behind an elderly lady,the other lanes that were open had a few people in them,the cashier was the worst cashier I have EVER experienced,her name is Shell,all she did is talk to this elderly lady about when she worked at HyVee,I totally understand why she's not there anymore,in all the times I've been to walmart,I've NEVER had a cashier pack my carrying bags for me,or even offer as she did the elderly lady ahead of us,two carrying bags,my wife and I also elderly,she never offered to pack our bags,she is the slowest cashier I've ever had the opportunity to experience,and I hope it's my last,I think I would rather drive down to Arkansas to walmart there before taking a chance going back to cedar rapids walmart and running into Shell again. The elderly couple that were behind us were getting a little upset as well,because they didn't understand what the problem was either. So if you have the need to to have a conversation with someone about working at HyVee,please go to walmart in cedar rapids and talk to Shell

Got followed and stopped by a bald guy with a scar in his head he accused my husband of stealing a phone case he ran up to us as we were leaving with the empty case asking for the receipt but if he would have dug it out the trash like he did the empty case he would’ve saw that it had been paid for in the electronic area b4 we came to the front end idk he was very sure we took it without paying caused a scene and everything I was so embarrassed we had our kids with us and everything I shop here all the time I’ve never stole from here b4 I work to hard to steal if our children weren’t with us we definitely would have returned over 300$ worth of items

The workers here will go against the Walmart return policy due to racism I believe they have a strong hate for certain black peoples my husband went to return a car seat and they wouldn’t let him return it kicked himOut of the store we are not loud people we aren’t combative but he was still kicked out of the store just because he asked for the manager they didn’t return the car seat because they said that it has to be in the originally box when it doesn’t I checked the Walmart website for their return policy it doesn’t have to be in any box the website stated it’s a white manager with glasses that always gives us a hard time my 5 year old daughter who is autistic said hi to him he didn’t say anything back we always have awful experiences coming here maybe the people that actually got help is because they are white and I will bluntly come out and say it that cedar racist is not a place for a black family I don’t feel safe or comfortable here and me and my family never served time in jail we have no criminal records but the workers at this Walmart looks at us as if we are stealing that’s why I shop online and not go into the store anymore what a painful heartbreaking experience below here is proof that the employees aren’t following Walmart policies

I would have given five stars, however the guy at the door stopped me and I don't have time for that because I don't steal. Thankfully my dog who works back in electronics told them not to do it again. Therefore the next day that I visited they did not stop us so they are learning thank goodness.

I'm not really sure I'm in Iowa when I go into this store. Last time I was there I got super anxious with the yippity hoodlums fighting and yelling. The lazy cashier couldn't get off her stool to scan the items under my cart. I started going to target where it feels safer.

This Walmart have a lack of seriousness as it relates to the handling of clients equipment and or the service provided. There is no quality control inspections done after work there. I advise anyone that receives work to do a pre-trip inspection. After finishing up my inspection after having four Goodyear tires installed, I noticed that they had scratched my rims really badly with the crowbar. They also tried to play on my intelligence and tell me that I was missing a lug nut that I know for certain I was not missing. After leaving AutoZone by a $5 lug nut, I had to return to Walmart and tell them they broke my valve stem. I didn't have any problems getting that fixed after I advise them that I had already left a complaint and I will be leaving another one and I also voice my concerns with the manager on duty Saturday morning named Tammy. Those employees affect the integrity of Walmart and is subsidiaries the way my car was handled. The tires alone were $1,000 so I became really frustrated to see how they had scratched my rim up. The lack of care and the lack of professionalism that the employees at the tire center possess Saturday and Friday morning is ridiculous. Both mornings I I greeted the employees and received no answers like I was speaking to myself. Then after 15 to 20 minutes of waiting to tell them that I have a schedule appointment for tire installation there still was no greeting. It almost felt as if I was bothering them! I'm never going back I just needed my tires installed. I have had several experiences that's why I had my tires mailed to my house because previously I had the tires mailed to the store and couldn't even get the tires because of some release that they need, even though the tires were paid for online and I had receipt with me. I usually don't leave reviews but because this is Walmart and I have been doing business with them for several years, it deserves a review. I also made a complaint with Walmart corporation and is waiting a response. More photos available upon request

It's exactly what you'd expect from a Wal-Mart. Carts that are in desperate need of repair, bathrooms that you'd have to be desperate to use... but hey, it's Wal-Mart. We know what we're getting walking in and we're there to save money, not have a 5-star experience.

Simple, nice clean Walmart. Staff there is trained to let me be and they don't stop me on my way out for receipt as they have been told I pay for everything and stopping me gives me a minor heart attack as I used to steal so I jump to conclusions that they are getting me for trespassing but the staff are like family and want me to ship there.
