I stopped by this Walgreens on a business trip for some cold meds and such. It was really clean and tidy with full shelves. Employees were both pleasant and helpful

Asked for my prescription to be filled while i was omw. Guy told me it need prior authorization I get here and no it doesn't he was just too lazy to fill it. Now I'm waiting 15 minutes for my prescription that was called ahead.o stars

My child needed a prescription and this pharmacy was out of stock. The tech called a close Walgreens, which was also out of stock. She then offered to call the doctor’s office to see if a different prescription could be substituted or a different competitor pharmacy. While she was on hold with a competitor, she also checked for a coupon for us as it was an expensive prescription and also an online database to see where the closest Walgreens we could get it would be. We ultimately went to the competitor who had the prescription in stock and was closer, but this was a tremendous amount of work for this individual who helped my child immensely. We really appreciate the above and beyond care!

Always liked using this pharmacy as they were open 24 hrs and it worked well with children with health issues. Unfortunately, they have changed their pharmacy hours without no notice! At least have the courtesy to notify your customers that you are changing hours and you're not even open on my way to work!I am editing more to this review. Stopped and the wait outside AND inside is horrible!! How can they run a business this way?? Dated 4/3/24

I was in the drive through and they said my prescription wasn’t covered by insurance. So I said “ok, one second let me find my good rx card the doctor gave me to help with the cost”. She did not wait at all for me to find it. I reached for my baby bag and she said “can you get out of line and go back around when you find it?” It was literally right there inside the bag I was grabbing if she could have waited one second. Unfair and rude to expect me to wait in line a second time for no reason.

Went into print a couple pics around the lunch hour today, 7/14/23. I didn't have any issues with the printing machines other than a question or two, but an elderly lady came in about the same time I did and had no idea what she was doing. It would have been easy to get annoyed, but Jada remained professional and very kind. Helped the lady breeze right through it. As someone who works in sales/customer service, good service is not always recognized as often as it should be and it's so easy for people to leave negative reviews. Especially unnecessary one star reviews. Well done, Jada. Hopefully your manager recognizes you off this review.

Never have I dealt with such a disrespectful, rude, pharmacy tech as I have today. I go into this store and back to the pharmacy to ask a question about my meds and left more confused than when I came in. I asked one simple question due to the fact that I get sent a text saying my order is ready for pick up and get told in a very snappy, rude, disrespectful tone that she doesn’t know what to tell me even after I show her the text sent by them saying my order is ready for pick up and then she tells me to come back tomorrow maybe it’ll be ready then….not something like sorry for the confusion sir let me check into that for you. Nope, not at all…..hey Walgreens you can thank your rude, disrespectful pharmacy tech for losing me as a customer, I’ll be going to a different pharmacy altogether now because of her

I come into this place after making an appointment online for 345pm. I wait in line for 15 minutes, get to the cashier, and they have me refill out paperwork after I already filled it out online to expedite my visit. (Yeah right.) I get done filling the form out and im told i need to get back in line again. Mind you there is now around 12 people in line to the middle of the store. It wasnt the fact I was waiting in another walgreens for an hour of my life, again. It was the fact the woman was so cold in telling me to get back in line, and I even said I had an appoinment for 345. At that point it was 415pm and I need to get kids picked up so I left. I couldnt stand in line another line, especially one with 12 people in it. Felt dehumanizing. This will be the last time i come here.

Pharmacy gave out unnecessary personal info to someone picking up a prescription for me and when I called to let them know, the manager informed me that it wasn’t a “big deal” and nothing would really be done about it, so that it doesn’t happen to other people. Will be changing pharmacies…

This is the place I absolutely avoid when I can one of the employees has a TBI and you can tell. I have been shortchanged there three times so far, and it takes an act of God to get your money back the pharmacy is not open 24 hours like it used to be pretty much it's going downhill fast as you can blink.

Pharmacy spent over an hour lying directly to my face about my (non narcotic) medication that they apparently just didn’t want to fill. Said doctor sent the script over, then canceled it a few mins later.Called doctors office, they said they did no such thing. Had doctors office on speaker phone while talking to the pharmacist saying the doctor did not cancel it. Pharmacist then proceeded to make up a completely new excuse as to why they’re unable to fill.Had doctor send prescription to CVS across the street and had my meds in 15 minutes. I wasn’t aware the pharmacist had discretion over which meds I receive, instead of my doctor. Definitely will not be returning to any Walgreens for prescription refills.

Stopped by this Walgreens for assistance with a medication. Will not be going back due to the unfriendly and rude attitude of the pharmacy employees, especially the pharmacy tech. Based on other customer reviews, it appears others have experienced the same. Perhaps Walgreens management needs to take action to improve customer service.

Called ahead to ask what blood pressure monitors were in stock and the price. The girl said they were sold out completely. Lucky for us we went and looked. Shelves were full. Couldn't risk it because of preclampsia. Breana wasn't very helpful in store. We showed her the literature had a coupon in it also but we couldn't redeem it.

This Pharmacy has got the worst people working the drive-thru. They are very rude!! Both last night and again this morning two different people same attitude. I will never ever ever go here again for my medication I would just as soon drive an hour on my deathbed to get medication than to deal with those people

Very disappointed in the pharmacy. Long story short it took about a week for a prescription to be filled correctly. They put the correct rx on file, and tried to give me the outdated dose 3 times in one week. They have serious lack in communication. If I was a patient that didn't know what dose I needed it could have potentially led to a negative outcome, since I would not have been getting the correct dose of medication. When a Dr. sends over a new prescription it is not hard to see the dose has been updated, and they need to fill the correct dose. Also, store employees trying to help out back there need more training, so they can answer simple questions. Will be changing pharmacies ASAP!!!

Former employee of the store, everyone hates their jobs here. The entire store has gone down hill in the year I worked. They keep switching Assisstant Store Managers, can't keep anyone on overnights, they complain about the high amount of theft (when I asked about upgrading security features I was met with "it would cost too much"), pay sucks, working basically every weekend, and your probation when you first start is 6 months. Only good thing was the store manager and some friendly co workers

I went to this pharmacy to pick up my regular meds and and my new meds and ask for a consolation on my new meds and the pharmacist said to me didn't your doctor tell you how to use them I was thinking how rude was that and she walked away so I said just give them to me I will figure it out myself so I decided to go to CVS with Walgreens meds paperwork and ask them for help with my meds and I will be pulling my meds to go somewhere else.

Sometimes you can find the cutest i guess i would call them treasures here. Although i must admit they are on the pricier side they often have good sales. Also i have done the research and between the constant deals they do carry the best selection and priced make-up. Also they are one of the few places that have 24 hour locations and are open 24/7 365 days of the year.

The store management it idiot's. I have filed a complaint with Walgreens corporate almost every time I shopped there. I drive to marion now instead of using this store 2 miles from my home. Management needs training in all areas including customer service. Horrible place to shop. CVS across the street us much better.Update 1/24/2019 worst.management.customer.service.ever. borderline crooks who must hate their jobs. I wont ever go back....unfortunately the regular staff has some very nice helpful people.working, but if u have a issue, and you will, management is incapable of even a little common sense or decency. Horrible.

This is the WORST place to get medication. There is a pharmacist by the name "Vee" who refuses to fill my medication. This is a very important medication and im pregnant. This is the 2nd time she has been playing "power games" over this medication. My Dr. Is not happy nor am I. I'm planning on calling state as well because of this matter. I'm switching my pharmacy Monday. Really sucks because I used to love this place and never had problems until her.

Horrific second time they have substituted a generic for the name brand without talking to me. Then lied to me and said insurance co would not cover main brand. Im sure they make more money with generic. Sad they dont care what their dr and patient want. I guess corporate profits are more important. Then had the nerve to hand up on me twice when i asked if profits overrode dr and patient decisions. Thanks Matthew

After driving 30 minutes across town from the doctors office, then waiting 4 deep in vehicles at the pick up line was told it would be 20 minutes still at the Johnson ave and Edgewood Walgreens. This is generally the practice at this Walgreens. Asked to transfer all prescriptions to this Walgreens, On Edgewood and 16th Ave.,about four blocks away. Drove over there and pick them up immediately. This is my new place for medications. I Will never go back to the other store!

place is dim and dingy. everything is overpriced, the pharmacists don't seem to understand what is going on so the result is utter chaos. My doctor told me I would have my prescription that day, and these people made me wait a week. I'm not the only one. This is the slowest, most inefficient pharmacy in town.

The girls in the pharmacy were extremely helpful tonight... Bonnie and someone else. I leave for Mexico tomorrow, and two other pharmacies were unable to fill my prescription. They really went above to help me. Thank you sooooo much!
