Pharmacist called this location to see if my medication was in stock because my usual location was out and it was back ordered. They had it so my doctor called in script again. I then called to see how soon it could be ready since someone was nearby and could pick up if ready within an hour or less. I called at 11 AM and was told the soonest they could get it ready was 2:30 PM that day. Then suddenly my app was showing that the medication was out of stock. So I called and spoke to a girl and said we were just told that you had them in stock she says nope we haven’t had them in stock for a long time and I’m pretty sure it was the same girl I talked to this morning who said it could be ready at 2:30. No professionalism and no idea how to run a pharmacy

Jill Zimmerman is the pharmacist responsible for my review as I call 1 hour ahead of time to have them prepare my prescription. when I showed up after an hour I waited in line at the express pick up window for over 20 minutes while they sat in the back. When I asked why my prescription wasn’t ready they told me to fill out an application and apply for a job if I wanted it done faster. Some of the most poor customer service I’ve ever received. Hands down horrible experience for this life long customer. I am going to switch pharmacies because of this experience.

I always a great place to shop for your medicines and other needs. However the lady that checked us out was very rude and slow to us because we were wearing masks. And she acted as if you really didn't want to deal with us in the first place and was wanting other employees to check us out

The store itself is fine. This review is meant for the pharmacy!! Their open hours keep getting reduced, some days they aren't even open due to pharmacy staffing issues.Almost every time I try to go through drive thru they "can't find" my prescription. I go in, and it's usually there. Like ... that defeats the drive thru convenience I was going for.But my BIGGEST complaint is their programming issues. Their walgreens app is constantly telling me my prescriptions are ready, but when I go there, they are not.Or, when my doctor sends them over, they get lost. Seriously, this has happened several times where the doctors/nurses, etc. Can see on their screens that it was sent and received, yet prescriptions are getting stuck in some kind of queue in their system. Long story short, I have to call and get them resent. Like, Walgreens corporate, can you get IT in there???Also, added pet peeve, they take forever (if at all) to answer the phone. I've recently been so annoyed with all their issues, that I've switched to a different Walgreens and so far, it's been WAY better. As I said, it's this location of Walgreens on Edgewood and Johnson that really needs to get their sh*t together pharmacy wise.

Intended to get flu shots as we have before without any issues. This time we were asked for our Medicare card -- we have a Medicare Provider insurance but they wouldn't take it, they have before ! We left and went to anther pharmacy received the shots, no problem. In the future we likely won't go there.

I ordered a couple 8X10 photos online for pick up and when I picked them up, they said I was supposed to look at one because it looked odd. I opened it up and the photo was completely smeared and looked like a printing issue, not an issue with what I submitted. Clearly I couldn’t accept it and just had them take it off. Instead of trying to reprint it or calling me once they noticed it to try to resubmit or resolve it, they waited until I picked it up to make me aware.

Went to refill my husband prescription that was called in 2 weeks prior...they said they have no record on file...I called my Dr office and they said it was called in 2 weeks prior.. walgreens did nothing to try to find out the issue...it was 11:45 on a Saturday afternoon. My Dr office had to call the doctor at home to call in another perception...I also call ahead many times to ensure my prescriptions are ready and still have to wait.

My compliments to your floating pharmacist Sang ( I hope I got her name correctly). There was an issue with a family member picking up an RX yesterday. I called and spoke with Sang discussing the situation. She went out of her way, was understanding, polite and able to rectify the situation as best as possible within her means. It was appreciated

The store is well stocked and clean, however, the pharmacy is the longest wait ever! Sometimes 8 hours (not a typo) later a prescription still is not ready for pickup! Other than things being slow in the pharmacy, not a lot of other complaints.

Not only was the staff not enforcing either the posted store policy or the city mask mandate with the large groups of customers in the store, the staff member who appeared to be the Manager on staff had her mask dangling off of her ear too. If they cant even bother with basic, common sense safty policies how can they possible be trusted with more important ones? I'm going to do my business elsewhere and I would suggest you do to.

My husband and I brought our son in to see if there were any medications we could give him. When we approached the pharmacy, we found it had already closed. However, pharmacist Reed saw us through the window and stepped out to help us anyway. He was very helpful and took the time to answer our questions. We are very grateful!

The 24 hour return of COVID test results from this Walgreens is inaccurate. Please go someplace else. The Walgreens at 324 Edgewood Rd. uses a 3rd party lab to do the tests and in my case it has been over a week and still no results. I've called Walgreens and all they say is to call the 3rd party test lab. I call the test lab, PWN Health, and they say that their contract with Walgreens is 1-2 business days for some labs and 1-3 business days for other labs. Well it has been 9 days and still no results. What's the point of a test if you can't get results until after the isolation period has ended.

I went here to get the Covid vaccination, there was no one other than myself at the pharmacy, so I thought it would be fast and easy. As it turns out it wasn't because the three people behind the counter were doing everything else except for going to get my shot after I filled out the paperwork --including taking out the garbage! Needless to say I got tired of waiting and left. I won't be going there again.

Went to pharmacy asked about OTC product & where to find it, told me to look in the isle weren't interested in helping, no wonder companies are starting to close locations. Even professional people don't want to do there job.

Worst Walgreens in CR. Always a wait no matter how much notice you give for a prescription. There is a girl who is always rude in the pharmacy both on the phone and in person. Never been given so much attitude by someone for no reason.

I go here fairly often because it's on the way to and from work. It's rarely crowded and the staff is friendly, even if they aren't always fast.
