Triton Barn Systems / Saratoga Stalls provided high quality, heavy duty hot dipped galvanized steel horse stall fronts with a modular design for DIY. Most kit stalls don't have this quality and it was much more economical than quality custom stalls. I used Triton European Stalls to furnish my new barn with 7 European fronts as well as exterior barn doors. I had my heart set on having European stalls in my barn and definitely found the best value and got exactly what I wanted with this company! Both Alisha Knight and Aliza Korasz were there for me every step of the way answering all of my questions and helping me from start to finish. Aliza was always available to deliver prompt, courteous customer service and the company stands behind their products. I have beautiful, quality stalls that the horses and I both absolutely love! We ordered two 12 foot stall front kits; the powder coating was chipped and is peeling on several pieces; they were supposed to send us touch up paint, it has not arrived. There were no directions and the hardware pieces they sent do not match the pre-drilled holes (that are not lined up very well), talk about frustrating...we called to let them know the parts they sent do not match up; have left several messages and not received a call back. Some of the wood is warped, some of the wood has chips out of the tongue portion that should fit into the tongue and grove channel...this has been a hot mess and we would appreciate them making this right.

We started a rebuild on our one hundred something year old barn in August of 2015. When we were planning our stalls, we decided to go with Triton. They were amazing to work with and were always willing to help. We purchased the stall fronts and interlocking stall mats. We LOVE them! Thank you Triton!!

Called to get details about ordering stalls. The man who answered was short with me and rude right away. He had no knowledge of our set up other than 2 minutes of conversation and was horribly rude. Will not order from here!!!! I can’t even imaging how terrible they would be if there was an issue with an order.

Full disclosure - we worked with the sister company Saratoga, but it's my understanding it's the same people. The process of walking through what we needed was great. Alisha was helpful and not pushy at all. Stalls came in on time and look better that we'd expected.

Not what I expected, as this is a barn building business not a business in a barn. However... they appear to build intelligent barns, which is a HUGE step up from so many architects that try to do so without understanding the inner workings of a barn!!!

Installing for customer, the instructions are very Mickey Mouse, doesn’t include parts that were shipped, sales rep Nate Kurtz is very unreliable, parts that were bent and missing were supposed to be shipped overnight, here we are a week later and still haven’t showed up, and will not answer or return ph calls, overall very expensive stalls for the quality of service,, the instructions need to be more detailed, I’m a pipe and structure fabricator and had a hard time figuring out the “modular” stalls, not interchangeable at all
