Walked in not knowing which direction to go for electric scrapper. Then not even a minute a really nice guy came and asked me if I needed help, l said definitely, told him what I was looking for. He said they didn't have them in the store they were on their Web site. He went to his computer looked it up asked me my info an " poof "my order was done . And so was i. Next time I go there I will spend some more time looking around. He was helpful, professional, nice and he knows what he is talking about. Excellent service

They have a great selection of products at reasonable prices! The staff are just wonderful to deal with! They are the biggest reason I keep coming back! Highly suggest everyone to check it out!! If you don't live on the Southwest side of cedar rapids It's a little out of the way but definitely worth the trip.

We go to the one on 6th st and have always had a good experience. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. We are there at least once a week getting feed, and one of the time's a younger man that was working and noticed I was having trouble getting the 8 feed bags due to a bad shoulder. He offered to help me get the rest of what I needed and then pushed the cart to my car and even loaded all the bags for me.

Had the BEST Service at the Cedar Rapids Tractor Supply!! So earlier today we purchased a 36in BlackStone Griddle Grill. When we got home we noticed a tear on the side of the box. Pulled the grill out and saw a huge dent. We took it back right away. They were so apologetic.They had 1 left so we grabbed it. Not only did they give us a discount on it, but for our trouble they gave us a 2 yr warranty free of charge. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were happy. Now that is customer service. We will definitely continue doing business with them!!Thank you to the staff that was working there the afternoon of Saturday July 8th 2023!!

I have ordered from here many times and the app orders are always ready quickly. It makes it much easier to just drop by and pick up my order than to go through the store picking the items myself. It is a huge help especially with two little ones in tow all the time. The associates are always friendly and very helpful.

I am very excited to leave this review! I was looking for a utility wire, welding wire, fencing wire, baling wire, mechanic wire, etc. I was looking for a wire to close a gate or wire up a fallen muffler, an everyday wire that you can use and bend and cut easily. I went to every big chain in Cedar Rapids and could only find one type of wire and it was the same as every other store. So, I called my best friend from Missouri and he said to try give Tractor Supply a try. It was my First thought and Last stop but the store I needed! Thank you Tractor Supply!

Had what I needed. I was looking for a rabbit nesting box, and out of 5 farm stores, they were the first to have it in stock. I also was able to donate to the FFA as TSC is a generous donor. Thank you for supporting youth in agriculture!

Great supply of animal feed. I found a lot of variety in snacks for our ducks. Nice collection of home goods, clothing, pet supplies, and farm needs.The staff are great and very helpful! Easy location just south of hwy 30.

Minus a star due to the fact that they do not refill propane or even do exchange as mentioned on site even after selecting local store. Other than that employees have always been polite and helpful if needed. They do have higher prices in general than other similar stores in the ares.

Seems kind of like a compressed version of Tysons so you don't have to spend five years looking for everything you can find it pretty easily and if not the staff was helpful and knew exactly where the item was.

Came in today, 10-21-20 with an elderly friend of mine who is also visually impaired. He was looking for a specific equine product that we both assumed he'd need to buy off Amazon based on what we thought at the time.Of course I failed to get the employee's name but she was beyond patient when helping us cross-reference products and ultimately finding a product that we agreed would be just as good as what we were originally looking for. I was looking for a corded impact wrench on a day other places were closed. My Dad pointed me in the Tractor Supply direction. They had a website that reflected their actual in stock sale items. I found the best deal and bought the impact.

Was waiting in the check out lane & the cashier up & left without saying anything to the people in line. Sat there waiting & wondering whether I should put my items back, & another cashier walks up to the other register, talking on the phone & doesn't say anything to those of us waiting. What is this, the twilight zone? Can people no longer communicate? Between this and the seedy area this store is in, I will not be back.

I have a good time shopping here. They have a little bit of everything. They have dividers at the registers. Handicap ♿ accessible and Handicap ♿ parking ❤. It os normally quite busy.

Excellent customer service in the Pet department. I went in this am to shop for my new puppy and received quality, informed care by the department's specialist (sorry I've forgotten the young woman's name) I highly recommend this establishment for all per owners🐅 you won't be sorry.
