First super target I've visited. Honestly, I prefer the regular sized Targets as it took me longer than I thought to find the items I needed. The store itself is much larger and therefore, more time is needed to shop. The store itself is clean, well lit, and well stocked. There was also a plethora of clearance items throughout the store. I found everything I set out to find and more. Bring your walking shoes. 7/10.

I love Target's drive up car returns! What a great idea and innovative because no one else does this as far as I know! Process was simple and fast!

I love the atmosphere at Target! It doesn't feel stressful like other shopping places. Plus I love the sales they have! And it feels like they have better quality items. I was able to find these adorable cookie cutters that are dishwasher safe as well as the holiday sprinkles I wanted. However, some items that are not on sale can be a bit pricey. I wanted a generic rolling pin and could not find a cheap one. Still, I would recommend Target for most of your shopping needs :)

I almost exclusively use driveup/pickup and only shop at target due to the convenience of these options. Over the last few months, anything that isn't groceries, and everything that weighs more then a few lbs is marked "out of stock."Today I ordered a 24 pack of canned friskies cat food, with the option to substitute for any other package of friskies cat food. Staff marked it "out of stock" Yet I walk inside and what I ordered, and all of it's shbstitutes are fully stocked. I guess no reason to come back to target.

Amazing meat selection! The chicken is fresh and doesn't smell or taste like bleach! The store is always clean and bright. I can always find everything I need and even stuff I don't need but buy anyway.

Just an ok experience. Staff was not helpful in relation to merchandise locations. All three employees I spoke to seem very preoccupied on stocking shelves and getting clothes on racks as opposed to helping me as a customer.

Great store. Lots of friendly people work there. Clean and great selection. I go to this store weekly and they actually have people manning the check out lanes. I don't do self check out. I recommend this store.

Generally well stocked. Employees are helpful if you can find one. Not a fan of the self checkouts, but they generally have at least 1-2 checkers available on regular lanes.

No order minimum order to use drive up. All the other stores have a minimum. Very little waiting time to get your order and the person is always polite and friendly!

The available stock online does NOT match what is truly available to the customer in store. I am so sick of showing up at the store to an empty shelf and an employee who has no idea where the item is other than lost in backstock. I have wasted so much time and gas on this store to constantly come away with nothing I came for.

Really like this Target. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. Can always find what I need, and easy to get in/out of. Never crazy packed, and the staff at the checkout lines are very nice and quick.

They did not have wide ruled filler paper in the entire store. Which I understand because it’s school supply season anyway. We got notebooks like we wanted. The reason for this one star review is because as I was walking across target this employee was showing around another employee. She passed someone and said hi loudly and told the employee “I always make it a point to say hi to every customer.” Then proceeded to past me and say “except her.” I have no idea who she was but hearing that just ruined my entire experience at Target. I passed by her again later and read her name tag. Courtney, that was very rude of you and next time you want to give pointers like that, give them a little more quietly.

Good store. First experience with Super Target and it was nice. Walmart Supercenters seem to be slipping as of late and their stores are not a joy to shop in. Target is clean. Employees are friendly. Prices are generally competitive.

Trisha in HR was extremely helpful to me on 5-12-22. I was looking to buy a basketball hoop you had on sale and you had the last one. I couldn't even buy it online. She kept me on hold while she tracked it down and saved it up at the front for me. Despite technical issues she was having on her end, she kept her attitude upbeat and calm. She stayed focus and got the job done. Thank you!!

The customer service was very prompt & courteous. We did not have to wait long to get help. The persons that helped take it to the car were very polite and helpful loading it in our vehicle, They also gave us recommendations on what to do once we got home with our TV.

They were helpful when I couldn't figure out how to work my app to change from in-store pickup to pickup outside. Two young men carried out my TVs and very carefully loaded them for me. Prompt and extremely friendly.

Not enough employees to help you find something. Great fruit displays and fresh vegetables are excellent. Super muffins if you're looking for a quick breakfast. 👍

The store itself recently went through a remodel and is so fresh, so clean. However, the behind-the-scenes aspects stopped me from patronizing the place; I worked there for eight years, and made the decision to leave based on the way the new management was treating staff. The shopping is fine, and if you don't mind shifty managers it's better than any other Target in Eastern Iowa.

I’m currently switching all of my grocery shopping from Walmart to Target for the following reasons:I was created with a hello the second I walked in the door by an employee. As I’m learning the store I had to ask several associates where some items were. Not only did they tell me but took me to the items to make sure I found what I was looking for. The associate working the self checkout area in was so pleasantly friendly and helpful. I also picked up an item that I purchased online. It was so refreshing to not only have a friendly and helpful associate, but she answered several questions that I had. Target South Cedar Rapids, IA, are so pleasant and not afraid to go the extra mile. After being a Walmart shopper for years this transition to Target has been so stress free and wonderful!! Store and bathrooms were immaculately clean. Keep up the great work!!!This visit was 2/28 12:30PM CST- 1300 CST.Keep up the Amazing work!!

Awesome renovations and the store looks so much larger! I love the new layout and just overall better experience. Now if we could only have wine while we shop after work ! I feel like this has been piloted in other locations!

The store smelled really good. ...the employees were very pleasant.....you could tell that they were enjoying their jobs....The interior was spotless and well lit. Some of the prices were not as low as some competitors. ...but the overall experience made up for any monetary deficiencies. .....
