I find the employees to be generally knowledgeable,accommodating, nice and helpful. The organization is done pretty well. The music is appropriate for everyone. The products are typically neat and organized enough to shop through which I greatly appreciate. The return process is efficient. Lines get long but associates move them along fast enough and still manage to give a good customer experience to those checking out.This store is not handicap accessible as there are no wheel chairs or carts.Overall, this is a decent store to shop at.

Given this star is sad. I'm a single father to two girls and when I wanted my daughter to try some pants on I was told she needs a adult. Well there I am. Can't go in the men's and can't go in the girls for their protection slim tried telling me. I was there to buy cloths and wanted my daughter to try them on. Didn't happen.

Omg. Where have you been all my life?? Seriously. I have found the best stuff at Ross. Name brand quality clothing and shoes; high end makeup and skincare; auto accessories; electronics; gaming accessories; home decor; household products; lighting; and PILLOWS! I found REALLY good pillows for a fraction of their retail price. Go there, check it out, you will be seriously impressed.

Super disappointed. Again their prices have raised dramatically from when they opened to just a few months ago. Their sizing is unrealistic for those of us who live in the real world. A size large is non existent in the women's/Girl section. An over abundance of small, mini, size 0 and xsmall are available. The only hoodies they sell are belly shirts. Bras are well stocked in A, B or Double DD cups nothing in between. You won't find any discounted makeup either. It's all very pricey for a Ross store. Unless your a teenage Boy or shopping for one, I wouldn't waste your time at Ross.

I drive 30 minutes to get there twice a year and it’s well worth it. I actually often go the next day if I have second thoughts about something. Not everything is “top drawer” but I love the hunt.

The place is a mess! Merchandise all over the floor and nobody seems to care. Low inventoryLittle staff on handCustomers who allow their children to raid the storeIt’s a shame as I was recently in the Chicago area and the Ross stores are so organized and full of merchandise.

Upon entry right if front door garbage can overflowing with trash. Flies all over. Most area sparse. Store is way too big for the few items had. Junk...looked like a garage sale. Where is corporate?? Are they ignoring this "write off". Poor excuse for a business.

Most of the staff here is super nice and very helpful. They definitely are overworked and underpaid. Always a good place to find some hidden deals!

Love Ross! I shop here for everything in my house! So much value for the money. Quality merchandise. You can and will find anything you need, and then so much more! Only downside, the checkouts never have enough people, and wait lines too long. But, we all wait because we love our purchases!

Good selection and clean store, but I think they may be slightly understand because every time I'm there the check out lines are significantly long and there are usually only two people working check out. Otherwise, nice store.

I love this store.I had a very good experience today shopping good deals.I forgot my credit card in the machine and left the store.I called the store after half and hour and Isac the sales Associate was kind enough to bring it to my car outside.I would like to thank him.

What a great place! They have nice items for sale from home decor to clothing and cooking pans all for a discount price. I saw a nice shower curtain today that was cheaper than the one I just bought at the dollar store! Next time I'll go there first! Just wish they were closer!

Ross has great prices on their items. I bought 2 pair of Levi's for myself for $41.00. My wife bought several dresses and a sweater for less than $200.00, plus other items. I love their prices.However, their dressing rooms are closed so none can try on anything. You have to bring it back if it dosen't fit. I do not think that is a very good customer service policy. Perhaps they should consider disinfecting the dressing rooms. Very inconvenient.In addition, their restrooms are closed because of a plumbing problem. We had to go to another store for my wife to use the restroom and then return to pay for our items. This cost them some sales because my wife put two items back on the shelves because she found something else she liked at the other store we went to for the restrooms. Again, inconvenient, but Ross lost out. We traveled about 7 miles one way just to shop at Ross. It might be a while before we go back because of the dressing room situation (except to return the dresses that don't fit). That is the primary reason for the low rating today.

I’m a frequent shopper and I work long hours during the day so I always have to swing by closer to their closing time. They’re always quite nice to me, just can be a little pushy when they hit that last hour left until close.However, this time I had to use the restroom. They were locked so I had to ask an employee and when I got in there, the smell was putrid. I opened one stall and someone had basically obliterated that toilet. It looked nuclear, I’ve never seen anything like it. It was like a Taco Bell marathon aftermath. I used the other stall and finished and washed my hands. Upon leaving I looked at their cleaning checklist... it was almost 3 weeks since the last documented cleaning.... negligent and hazardous, especially in a time like this. Makes my stomach turn.

I was pleasantly surprised with how many clothing items they had to choose from...only down side was you can't currently try anything in in the store. I was also impressed with the quality of many of the clothes and the great prices. Seemed like a last stop for things after a TJ Maxx or something like that: many great labels at a super great value point. My impression originally was that they were lower quality, but not so the last few times anyway. I'll check here first in the future!

Really passive aggressive manger here, she heard my family and I talk about trying on pants and went and locked dressing rooms right as we were heading in the area. I can tell she was discriminating, based off how we were dressed. Won’t be spending my money here with service like that. Could see her go and talk to another employee as we left the parking lot. 9/27/22
