Rating not related to the service, but for the behavior displayed by one of their employees/drivers. This morning around 7:45am, while taking my daughter to school, we were on I-80 east bound heading out of Cedar Rapids and were almost run off the road by one of their workers. He first started tailgating us when we were already going over 70mph in the left lane with traffic in front of us, to which I slowed down to about 69mph because he was riding so closely. He didn’t let up, so I will admit I flipped the bird, to which he then floored it over 80mph swerving and cutting me off ( he would have slammed into my daughters door with the trailer if I hadn’t slammed on the breaks.) He then proceeds to, take the next exit, towards Swisher.Hopefully the floor install was worth the almost near death experience.He was in a Grey 2023/2024 Chevy Silverado blacked out alloy wheels, with a Randy’s trailer attached, LIC Plate # IF 4086. The driver was a white male approx late 30’s-40’s, with beard, wearing a black baseball cap and hoodie. *photos provided below thanks to my wonderful 10 yr old.

This was our second project we've worked with Randy's on and they did a fabulous job. We were very satisfied with the results of our carpet install and we loved working with Caitlyn who helped with everything from finding the right product to making sure the job was complete. Will definitely stop back for our next project and highly recommend for anyone looking for flooring.

Very disappointed. My wife spent an hour in your Coralville store, invisible, without one sales associate asking if they could assist her. She finally went to the counter to request samples and ask questions. And then they wanted to charge her one hour time to move our couch. I expected them to say, "of course", and factor the cost into the price of the carpet, or not charge. Very poor customer service!

Randy's was great to work with. From the estimating to the install everything went smooth. They kept us updated throughout the entire process. The installer took the time to properly prep and level the floor for the vinyl plank flooring and it turned out great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring.

I really liked the sales girl that helped me. I really liked the tile I chose. However the person who installed it did a terrible job and left a huge mess that he just left for me. When I complained the manager and Ryan came to my house and gave me nothing but excuses. None of the 3 had their stories straight either. I was told different things and the installer thought he could sweet talk me with his BS. I would have easily done a better job. He was never going to come back and then when he came back because of my complaints gave me a few different stories. I mean if you are going to lie please continue with the same one and not different ones. I will never do business with Randy’s again. Then I spoke to other people who had similar stories. My advice go somewhere else or do it yourself.

We had a great experience with Randys. Chris M was a great sales person & helped us pick a great tile, we are so happy with how it looks. He was able to get an installer out quickly to put the tile in. The installers were courteous & very good about cleaning up when the job was done.

I needed to replace my old flooring and went to Randy's website to get ideas. Once I contacted them it was a top notch experience from measuring the square feet, flooring selection, and installation. Every step along the way they exceeded my expectations! The new flooring looks absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Randy's and will use them on my next flooring project.

Everyone I worked with was so professional, clean and personable. The demo guys would spend a few minutes chatting with me everyday. In the course that we had our floors done we had to put our dog to sleep and I was really emotional. And the installer was quick to comfort me and listen to my stories about my dog! Great experience and great quality work!

The salesman was very helpful in finding a flooring product that I like. It is affordable, looks nice, should wear well, appropriate for the space, and affordable.The installation of 1/4" underlayment and LVT was excellent. The installers were friendly, professional, and communicated each part of the process very well. They cleaned up well and did a good job in dust mitigation for sanding the floor.The LVT seems to be high quality and looks great!

Our kitchen was the second time we have had them install tile in our home. Both times we were pleased with the quality and service. Gary even had a design drawn up of the backsplash so I could see it before ordering the tile. Everything came out as I expected. I have no hesitation to use them again.

Very good service. Mike was very attentive and even came to do measurements the same day we came in store. Installers were friendly and seemed to do a good job. My only reservation was that the prices seemed a little high, but I felt like I was dealing with very competent, professional people throughout.

Overall I had a great experience! The process of ordering my flooring was easy and the salesperson was very knowledgable. He always answered all of my questions, no matter how many times I emailed! Even though the actual installation process took a little longer than expected and there was a little bit of damage to my house during the installation process, I am so very happy with my floors. They turned out great and look beautiful!

Everyone we worked with was very helpful and kind. We told them what we were looking for and showed us just the product we needed. No high pressure sales tactics. My time was respected, and every appointment was kept. The installers were respectful, arrived at the arranged time and did the work well. Billing was straight forward and there were no surprises. We were pleasant surprised with Randy's. They have a lot of selection and the showroom is very nice. Might not be the cheapest place in town, but we weren't looking for cheap. Ashley helped us pick out window treatments, came out to out place with all the selections for colors and materials, measured, and got out blinds on order. Getting our Hunter Douglas blinds took a bit of time but everything seems to be that way these days. Our installer we prompt and professional. Got the job done pretty quickly. We will consider purchasing from Randy's for other things in the future. The only reason we aren't giving a 5-star review is we were given an estimated deliver date but after two weeks had passed, we finally called to follow up on the date. The communication broke down somewhere.

We were looking for vinyl plank for my wife's sewing room and carpet for our bedroom and closet. Randy's advertise they have a large selection in stock. I went in and talked to Dee, she was very helpful and they do have a large selection for both plank and carpet. The cost was very reasonable. The gentlemen that came to install the flooring did a excellent job. We would definitely recommend Randy's.

The level of customer service from Shana was exceptional! I would go through her again and any friends I refer I will send to her.The installation team she sent did an amazing job. They asked questions, did a great job cleaning up, worked well as a team, and were polite and friendly.
