Highly recommend Cassie as your groomer! She has a bright, friendly, caring personality and makes your dog feel welcome. After his groom my puppy smelled nice, fur was soft, and nails trimmed and smooth. Me and my puppy left very happy!

Was very impressed with their grooming center. They handled two very stubborn corgis who didn't want their nails trimmed with perfect professionalism. I will be going back here for all their grooming needs. They didn't even have to drug them like they have to at the vets office.

Our local PetSmarts always have helpful and friendly employees. There’s a good selection of pet products for many species. I usually always find a new product I’ve never heard of each time I go there.One criticism is that the pet care information that is shared is not always accurate. With specialty pets, such as turtles, the recommendations fall short of animal husbandry standards. Unfortunately, I don’t think PetSmart as a corporation does a great job of training employees on providing the best information possible.

Person we worked with was very helpful with picking out new tankmates.We have a 30 Gallon tank and needed a few extra bottom feeders. We settled on a rubber nose pleco (my fave) and 2 cory cats.

I was told to go get 3 individual blocks of Coco coir due to them not having the 3 pack in stock, that the buy one get one 50% off would be applied. It was not... The cashier then proceeded to inform me that they never said it would be once the manager came. After I asked Linda why she had lied both to be and then to her manager I was called insecure and stupid. I will not be stopping here again.

Great place for all your pets needs. Several varieties of pet food to choose from. They offer dog training. The also have a cat adoption area. You can bring in pets and walk around with them.

Got my baby Snowball (Syrian Hamster) here and always come back for supplies (she only eats food from here lol)! They are super nice and actually care about my animals! I brought Snowball in her ball because I needed a new cage and they wanted to know all about her! Super nice and helpful!

I had not good experience at Petsmart! I will never take my dog there again! I have a year old aussie she is a miniature. She has high anxiety and was her first time ever. Long story short she went to the animal hospital because the girl nicked her leg and she jumped while they cut her hair on her feet. I would recommend looking elsewhere before here!

Disappointing in the customer service at the store. We purchased 10 fish for our aquarium and within 13 days the fish developed ich. It was a brand new tank and we only had the 10 fish from PetSmart. I called the store and asked the store about what they could do about it, since it was within the 14 days of purchase and the website says they have a healthy fish guarantee. . The individual at the store told me that ich is a stress disease and that it must have been something we did to stress the fish out such as water temp or "stressing them out" and cause the disease to pop up. We would have to purchase additional product to treat the illness.Straight from the PetSmart website:"If your pet becomes ill during the initial 14-day period, or if you're not satisfied for any reason, PetSmart will gladly replace the pet or refund the purchase price."Everything I looked up online says that ich is a parasite disease and not a disease that just "pops up" due to stress. "Ich, also called white spot disease, parasitic disease that affects a variety of freshwater fish species and that is caused by the ciliated protozoan Ichthyophthirius multifiliis"Super disappointed in the customer service and the lack of knowledge of the staff.

The PetSmart employees are so bubbly and sweet at this location. There's one cashier in particular who's just absolutely lovely and always greets everyone with the most cheerful tone of voice and always asks about how my lizards are doing. Love this place.

This review is geared towards the grooming salon and not the store—specifically who I believe to be the grooming manager. Stockier woman, was wearing a blue tank and thick cut headband the day we went in. It’s hard for me to write negative reviews, but something needs to be said about what a snot she is, especially after what I learned today. I had booked a bath and brush with furminator for my GP during my visit to Iowa for my dad’s funeral. We wanted him cleaned up to attend. I live in remote mountain Idaho and our nearest groomer is 2 hours away in Twin Falls. We get to his appointment and the bather told her she thought there was some “matting” on his butt. The groomer then refused to even let the bather bathe him without checking my dog herself, citing the mats. The tone she used made me feel shameful, as I know he gets butt tangles but I never felt mats. After waiting the week for the groom and having to deal with the groomer’s snotty tone in front of other customers, we had no choice but to leave. Today, I brought him to Petsmart Twin Falls after booking differently and the groomer did a thorough check and said there were indeed NO MATS and changed his service to what was originally booked in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa location. Not only was the Iowa Petsmart groomer a complete snot, but she was ignorant as well. I would NEVER take my dogs to someone with a wretched and negligent attitude like hers. Don’t let groomers make bathing decisions without seeing the actual client first. How embarrassing now for her when she left me feeling embarrassed in Iowa.

Been to this store and to the SW side a lot over the last few days...I was super impressed with the friendliness at both stores. Interacting with at least 6 different people and every single one of them was accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. Just had an issue with something I purchased there and they handled it very fairly and professionally. I didn't get everyone's name; but, the ones I did are worth calling out. Thank you, Dorian, Leon, and Redd!!!

The cleanliness of this place is great considering there are animals everywhere. The shelves are well stocked and the animals are so adorable! The grooming area is alright, my dog always has a good haircut. But sometimes the hours are a little confusing? Even when it said it's open, nobody was in there. We also had to wait around for quite awhile because they were still finishing up, but our appointment had already started.

PetSmart is always awesome, every year I buy their PetSmart Ice Melt and it's great on my Deck, my dog Carl doesn't eat it so it's safe for him, we live near a school bus route and have lots of sidewalk for the school kids to walk on so I sprinkle that on my sidewalks to keep them safe when they walk to the school bus in front of my house. PetSmart has a lot of it in stock every season. If you don't see it, they always have more in the back. Thanks PetSmart!

They have stepped up their game in greeting people when they come in. One employee, a couple weeks ago, was very snotty. However, I haven't seen her since then!
