The sales associate were very helpful in showing the many features of the beds. I did not feel that I was taking too much time in making my decision. They answered all my questions and they were very polite and professional. I have worked retail my whole working career and will say job well done. A very happy customer. Amanda was AMAZING!!! She helped my sister pick out a bed a few months back and because of her customer service, I decided to return for my own purchase. She’s not “pushy”, she’s very knowledgeable about the products they sell and does everything to give you the best deal. I was unsure shopping for a mattress as I’m not a fan of salespeople glomming onto me trying to make a sale. However, in this case, Mike walked me through the showroom having me try different types of beds that suited my sleeping preferences and explaining the difference between each bed. It really was a nice low pressure sales pitch, which is what I was looking for. In the end I purchased one of the first models he had me try and I feel that I’m going to be happy with it for years to come. Bonus - he advised me that all their beds are made in Iowa except Serta, so I Ben get to support people in my home state.

Amanda helped us find our new bed (spoiler: we love it!) She asked really great questions to help us find the right fit and keep us in our budgeted amount.Our delivery was scheduled within a week and the delivery guys were courteous and efficient.Now the bed... okay... it's just the literal best! Didn't take much to get used to because it was perfect.It's been 2 weeks and we haven't slept better! Thanks y'all!

I worked with Amanda and Brady and was quite pleased with their assistance and knowledge. We purchased a queen bed originally and had a year to upgrade if we weren't happy with it. I really do not like wasting but the bed turned out to be too small, and we are upgrading to a king . Our upgrade experience is still pending as it is being delivered in a week or so, but thus far I am quite pleased with the service that has been provided.

Rex & Joe came thru for us again with flying colors!! They are seriously the most personable and kind gentlemen. We had decided that the box springs we ordered at 1st were going to be the best for me being as short as I am. Actually, we decided that we needed the taller box springs.Rex & Joe came back out and exchanged them for us and made us feel that we hadn't made a bad decision at all. We were told it was no problem to swap them out! That made me especially feel good.If anyone needs a New mattress please go to Mattress Firm. Their promise is the BEST!!Thanks again Rex & Joe!

My delivery time was scheduled between 1030 and 130. At 10:15 I was notified that they were there on their way! both of the delivery guys were pleasant, personable, and very professional. They have the bed set up in no time and cleaned up after themselves and we’re on their way. Total timeframe approximately 15 minutes. I would recommend them again. As an afterthought, the young lady that assisted me in the store was pleasant, knowledgeable, friendly, and because of her demeanor, I purchased a mattress from this company.

The Delivery people were fast and efficient. 100% great. The Sales Staff I have issues with. My mother was in the hospital when we purchased the bed. I asked (with a witness) about the exchange policy no less than three times-$70 I was told. I wasn't sure between medium and firm. After trying it we had to go from medium to firm. When I called I was told it would be $289, upgrade. When I questioned it I was told it was company policy. I should lodge my complaint with corporate.

I'd vote 10 stars if I could! The people inside the Midwest Mattress store are there to educate and help you, not to "sell" you. The guys who delivered my new mattress were friendly and cheerful in spite of being stuck in their truck in a snowdrift for 3 hrs, and they were quick and professional. I just can't recommend them enough- go to Midwest Mattress for your bed - you won't be sorry!

My husband and I were looking for a firm king-sized mattress for our newly remodeled bedroom. We had found the bed frame quickly locally, but we weren't sure where to go for a mattress as it had been 7+ years since we bought one. We worked with Marc at the Cedar Rapids West store. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a few options that worked for our budget and firmness. We just got our mattress and mattress protector today and we love it! Can't wait to sleep on it.
